Most of the weapons do not suggest what type of material was used to craft them, and those that do suggest the material could most likely be substituted.  Do you have a specific weapon you were looking to have?

That's right, but the armor and protection are only leather, plate and dragon scale.

As for the armor, you can substitute plate armor.

Noticed that we don't have a quiver. Probably should have one after getting some of the other things done. :)

Might I suggest a normal type of fish?  There's lots of sea creatures and common land creatures but not a common 'fish'.

Quivers:
I think the decision was that all bows came with a quiver of their own so we didn't require an individual item. If that's not the case, we will add them after we get other stuff done.

Fish:
Yes, we could do with a fish pet. Given that fish aren't usually solitary creatures, though, we might want to go with a school of fish as an item. Depends what the item committee thinks.

Scratch that, there might have been something mentioned after all a long while ago. At most, it probably should be added to the descriptions if it was intended.
