"I have been just about everywhere. Even seen three temples and an Island of four seasons." She answered. Then she thought about her other questions. "A job. No I do not have a job. I do hunt though and I have been hunted but I get my money from treasures that call me. So I guess you can call me a treasure hunter."
A treasure hunter, that sounded interesting. She had never really been interested in treasure. Well that wasn't true. Once she had found silver silverware, washed up in some water. She had been quite intrigued by them. But at the time she had no use of such things, so she had left them by a nearby tree. However she had been drawn to it, kept coming back to it the next day. So in the end she had taken a silver spoon because she liked the way its silver had looked, even though it was worn down.  But it still would be interesting to be a treasure hunter.
"What type of treasures do you hunt?  Do you sell them?"

"I hunt whatever decides to call me. usually the thing i hunt is surrounded by coins and other things that i sell or trade. the thing im after usually ends up in my home the rest depends on things i need. but i must say that the jod has many dangers." she grabbed a few dry sticks as the walked. "I have been attacked from the undead and great munsters. and even got a curse once. that was a bit difficult to remove."

Her main source of income was coins from those that tried to get her head but that was not going to be said. she walked into the cave and laid the sticks on the ground than shot fire from her hands to them.

Vinsue answered that she hunts what calls to her.  Coivaqile wasn't exactly sure what that meant, but she had an idea that it was whatever Vinsue was drawn towards.  She also said that she she gets the things she needs from coins around the main prize.  Then she talked about the dangers and a curse that was difficult to remove.  Coiv was about to ask more about the curse when they turned off the road towards a cave.

As they walked away from the road, she glanced back at the other two still on the road.  She wondered what they would do.  Then they were at the cave.  It was set in some rock jutting out of the ground and was moderately sized.  Vinsue walked in and set some brush into a pile while Coiv walked in and looked around.  It was a nice place, a cave yet different from those where she had come from.  She found a flat-ish rock and sat down, a little tired.  Vinsue arranged the sticks a little, then suddenly fire shot out of her hands and lit it ablaze.  Coivaqile was a tiny bit surprised by the fire; she hadn't been expecting it.  She could do small acts of magic though, so she didn't mind.

Coiv put her bag down and started shuffling through the contents.  The bag itself was little more than a sack, though it had a few straps on the outside to hold it with.  There was also a strap with her fighting staff attached to the side so she wouldn't have to carry it.
She pulled out the silver spoon, worn into a smooth, flowing shape.  She tilted it in the light, watching the light bounce off.

she watched as the girl played with the spoon. it was funny to say in the least but she did not laugh but sat down beside her than took the pack off her back. than it struck her that she had once been intrigued by similar things when he was small. "What species are you if you do not mind me asking? I only ask because you remind me of a friend from when i was little." She hopped to know and would tell the girl hers if she first said hers.

It had been a long time since she had stumbled into one of her own. and she felt she could trust the girl.

Vinsue sat down next to her and took her pack off.  "What species are you if you do not mind me asking? I only ask because you remind me of a friend from when I was little."  She asked after watching her for a moment.  Coivaqile hardly thought about it.  She briefly was curious about the freind she reminded her of, but dismissed it.
She normally wouldn't have said anything, except she had been thinking about it before, so her asking barely tipped the scale into her answering.  "I normally wouldn't have said…" But I think I trust you she thought.  "I'm a dragon."  She watched her to see what she thought.

"Thought so." She said. it made more sense now that the filling had occurred. "Thing is i'm am dragon too most of us know when another is around by a really strange feeling that we get at first." She said. Than looked threw her bag. after a second of fiddling with the things inside she pulled out a star sapphire and held it out so that the girl may take it and examine it further.

"I't has been years since i have ran into one of my own kind. if i may ask how old are you. and what is your breath type?" she asked.

"Thought so.  Thing is I'm am dragon too most of us know when another is around by a really strange feeling that we get at first."  For some reason, Coivaqile wasn't surprised by Vinsue being a dragon too. It somehow made sense.  A feeling of excitement rushed over her like a cold tingle.  But then it was overcome by curiosity.  She had never met another dragon.  She pushed her curiosity down a little for now, she would find out more in time.  "I't has been years since I have ran into one of my own kind. If I may ask how old are you. And what is your breath type?"  She asked her.  "Breath ty… Oh, I know what you mean.  I breathe icy air, frozen.  I've been alive for 96 years."  She remembered the exact number.  Then she wondered about what Vinsue had said about not running into other dragons for years.  "What do you mean by not running into other dragons?"

"There are so few of us out there now that it can be a long time between seeing another of our type. only the wise and strong survive and even than we get hunted. i have learned it best to keep the fact of our species secrete near two leggeds or they may panic and try to hunt you." She said than realised the girl was just older than a hatchling. she did not want to scare the girl just worn her so she would not go through that the hard way.

"anyways I am 200 years of age and my breath types are fire and electricity." she said then asked. "So have you started hoarding yet or shedding your scale? Also if you have any questans just ask. i may not know everything but i can do my best." funny thing was her type and the fact she starved when she was young makes her a good bit smaller than most the other types.

(Exams are over so I'm back! At least for the summer anyway)

Paradox made her way down the road, her limp making her gait rather uneven and jerky compared to her normal self. The woman quickened her pace and caught up to her as she walked. She seemed very bright and talkative and Paradox didn't mind her company. "You may accompany me," she said, giving her a flick of the ear and a downward glance. She continued to ask her questions and the centaur paid mind to them. "I am not sensitive to plants and flowers, at least not those of a natural origin. I should be fine with whatever remedy you can concoct."

She paused momentarily and watched as the two younger girls behind turned off the road and headed toward a small outcropping of rock. It was evidently a cave of some sort, set deep into the stone and shielded from the road by a grove of small bushes. It seemed safe and didn't appear to attract any unwanted attention from the roadside. It was rather low, but she thought she would be able to fit inside, even if she had to duck her head some. The more she stayed near human dwellings the more she was becoming accustomed to ducking her head, due to their low ceilings and even lower doorways. She had never met a human as tall as her, and she doubted she ever would.

She carefully turned and walked back to the entrance of the cave, being careful of her footing and ducking her head so as not to hit it on the rock. She tried to be quiet as she entered to avoid disrupting the two girls conversation. They were discussing their histories, and she figured it was best if she didn't pay attention so that their lives may be kept private. She went to the edge of the cave opposite the girls and found an area of smooth stone to lie on. She slowly folded her legs up underneath of her massive body and flopped carefully onto her side, allowing her wounded leg to stretch out behind her.

She took up a vast expanse of the cave, but not so much that the three women couldn't walk around and do other activities. She watched as the youngest girl grabbed a handful of sticks and then light them on fire with a wave of her hand. This intrigued her and she wondered about her magical abilities, whether as a blooming witch or mage, or some other form of magic. She caught the smell of a rather pungent metallic tang from the two girls, and couldn't decide which one emanated the scent more, or if they both did. It was a familiar and yet foreign smell all at once and a memory tugged at the back of her mind from where she smelled it before. As she thought, she turned her head to watch the mouth of the cave and wait for the young alchemist.

Liselotte was pleased at the mare's reply, and beamed with a smile. "Wonderful, simply wonderful! I'll take care to add some soothing herbs so it'll sting less." She followed the centaur into the cave, stepping carefully when crossing areas with gravel. Her boots were sturdy and made for hiking, but she wouldn't count on using them to climb a cliff. There was not enough traction, and they were far too worn for that. Setting her bag down, she produced an alchemist's kit from her carrying case. Inside said case was lined with various glass and metal bottles, all labelled with symbols or some kind of shorthand. Some of the bottles were transparent, while others were darkly colored and opaque.

Selecting a few of the clear glass vials filled with dried and crushed remains of leaves and flowers, the alchemist nimbly set some water to boil to soften the herbs. There were other more specialized and odd looking glassware in her kit too, but those were not needed for something as simple as this. Taking out a clean set of bandages, she dipped them in the boiling water with a pair of metal tongs she had held over a flame, wrung out the extra water, and then used it to strain the reconstituted herbs into a paste. The smell given off by the heating of the herbal powders was strong and floral, more like medicine and less like a strong tea. She then allowed the water to cool while she prepared the poultice until it was lukewarm, then used it to rinse the centaur's wound to remove any dried blood and dirt. Satisfied that all debris and foreign irritants were gone, she applied the poultice and tied it around the leg to cover the wound. Knotting the bandage so it fit snugly, Liselotte stepped back to admire her work.

"There, that should do it. I took care to counterbalance the disinfecting herbs astringency with cooling balm. Though it won't make the wound close up in a day, it should keep it from getting infected and quicken the healing process." Putting away her bottles and cleaning her glassware she asked the mare: "How does it feel now? If you're feeling uncomfortable, let me know straight away." She saw that the other two seemed to be getting along quite well, bonding through sharing life experiences. She saw the younger one use fire magic to set the kindling ablaze, and smiled. She herself had a stronger affinity with the earth than fire due to her heritage, and didn't show much magical talent until her early adolescence. Perhaps it was fate that she came to learn the field that complemented her own capabilities best.

"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."
