1. Yes, you can rp threads with yourself if you have two or more characters.

2. For both the violence and the smut, we want users to avoid make both overly graphic. Basically if the material isn't suited for young teenagers, its likely too extreme. For example, if you get too graphic in how your character is killing another by ripping out their organs and speak of how their entrails pour out, then it's likely not allowed. As far as smut, if you are explaining sexual positions or using very colorful language to describe them or body parts, that is definitely not allowed. A lot of times, users simply use a fade to black/ time skip approach to apply that it happened and move on to afterwards. I think that in the future we will have a way for members to be able to do this privately on their threads without worrying about other members being able to read the threads other than the parties involved.
