Alistar laughs. "Convince demons, way out of your league, it took me awhile to……….convince………one………Oops" Alistar covers his mouth. Great job, you just spilled your secret!

Collin looked Alistar confused, he thought he was joking, "That joke wasn't that funny." Collin said, he then turn to the thief, "Alright then, but where is your guild located? Is it in this city?" he asked calmly.

"Y-yep! A joke! Totally joking!" Alistar shifts in his seat, surprised that actually happened. He's either just dumb or "I'm great at being confusing! Either way I didn't get caught! Woohoo!" Alistar had said this aloud, thinking that he was talking to himself.

Reginald didn't care. He was a man who meant business. He ignored Alistar's slip up and mentally logged it under: "things we need to talk about later."

He pressed the thief for more information, "how big is this place?" 

"You've taken down most of us who were here, but our boss is still here. He's in what we think is a sacrificial chamber." Admitted the thug.

Reginald nodded and struck the man unconscious once more.

"Well, lets tie up the live ones and see if we can't cleanse this temple of evil once and for all!" Reginald almost sounded excited.

[OOC Whoops, forgot to acknowledge Foxal's post. My bad. Before the thief was rendered unconscious he said that they were hired by a noble named Lord Geoffrey Sumberland, he's an elite within the guild. He wanted a demon for some mysterious purpose]

Collin smiled, "Now we got some more info for Noland to work with, but you're right Reginald, we have to stop whatever is about to go down, can't have a demon walk around Adeluna." Collin was feeling accomplished, he knew he could greater thing without magic.

Alistar mumbles "To late." But then quickly shuts his mouth, afraid of anymore slip-ups. He quietly waits for their next move, hoping it had nothing to do with anything demony.

As they moved through the halls Reginald looked to Alistar, "Strange one, I want that light magic of yours primed and ready to fire." The no nonsense knight kept his pace until entering a room with a lone man standing in the center of a circle that took up the entire room.

"Stand down villain!" Commanded Reginald, weary of a fight. The lone man turned around a tossed a frost bolt at Reginald. It skewered him. He dropped to his knees blood dripping from his wound. He tried to speak. He wanted to assure his fellow warriors that the fight was still in their favor, but all that came out was chokes and gurgles. 

"Oh gods! What the hell! Attack magic: Piercing Light!" Alistar launches an attack at the man, but didn't have time to see where it was fired. He frowns, "I have to take the magic out of you before I can heal it, it's going to take time. Collin, I need you to distract that man while I work. Kay thanks!" Alistar then kneels down next to Reginald and starts to get rid of the magic surrounding the wound, bit by bit.

Collin was so surprised he almost didn't hear Alistar, "Y-yeah." He said regaining his composer. Collin then turned to the man, he wore a long dark cloak with the hood concealing his face, much like the statues. The man still had his arm out from casting the frost spell, but Collin had to act, so he charge with shield raised. The hooded man subtly moved his arm to point at Collin, thankfully Collin eyes are sharp with magic users. He deflected the attack with his buckler, and finally got close enough the man.

Collin made a thrust with his broadsword, but before he could touch the hooded man, he vanished. Collin looked around knowing that was too easy, the man made himself known to Collin by being right behind him, making a low ringing noise, making himself known. Collin swiftly turned around with his sword swinging, but that ringing noise was the man unsheathing his rapier, so he was able to parry Collin's attack. Collin made more attacks, but focusing on not going ballistic, but the man seemed to parry every attack Collin made, with one hand. Every time Collin used his buckler to attack the lone man would teleport behind him, but now the man started to make his strikes.

They were so fast and subtle that Collin didn't realize he had cuts in his sword hand, or arm, in fact he had more cuts where his armor would leave small openings. Collin didn't notice until he saw blood fling into the air from him swinging his sword around, when he looked down for a moment, his blood was lightly scattered all over the floor. This man was chipping away at Collin, Why aren't you killing me? If you can be this good in a duel, then why not finish me off? Collin asking himself.
