"I, I uh." He said very nervous, he then sighed knowing he won't be able hold his secret, "I don't know how to use magic…" He looked back at Alistar, "And personal space please." He said with an angered tone.

"Oh! S-sorry!" Alistar blushes and backs away. "Anyway there's no need. As long as you can swing a sword then I'll handle the rest!" he smiles again. "So when are we going?"

Noland was visibly disappointed, but he had hired him before he knew he was qualified for the position, so he smiled and said

"That's just fine. who needs magic? Steel's the best. I know it, and you obviously know it. That's why I hired you."

He's so confusing. Why does he feel ashamed because he doesn't have magic. If anyone should feel ashamed of something it's me. Alistar pursed his lips, Thinking.

"We start right now!" Noland answered Alistar.

Noland began walking, checking his map every so often. He moved with purpose and determination. It was good that Alistar was creepily blood thirsty it made him a reliable asset as long as he was able to keep the man paid in gold and blood. He wasn't worried though as there would be plenty of both in the days to come. 

To the untrained eye it would seem Noland was lost, but the man was sharper than that. Even if he was lost he wouldn't admit to it. He was prouder than that as well, but no he wasn't lost. Noland eventually found the thief's lair

An abandoned temple sat behind an overgrown fence. Nolan pointed at the building.

"I am told they are over there." Said Nolan pointing toward the temple, proud of himself for helping.

Collin was quite surprised by Noland accepting he had no magic, "I won't disappoint, that is a promise." Collin was gleeful at the turn in his life, Canelux gave him a warm welcome.

"Purrrrrrrfect! I shall rip their throats out for you!" Alistar smiles innocently as his scythe appears out of thin air. It is a blade made of a pitch black metal with a black wooden handle. It is flowing with dark magic as Alistar's smile becomes creepier and creepier.

He stares at the two, waiting for the signal to strike.

Collin took a look at Alistar's bone chilling scythe, "What was your name again?" The surprised man asked. He looked at his broadsword, "Well, we all have to start somewhere." He thought to himself.

"Alistar! Alistar Evee!" Alistar says, all emotion gone except for his innocent smile. He knew not of who this man was but didn't need him to know anymore than that.
