Drysl said "I know where i live I can take you all there but ill wait till everyone is ready to go"

Cinnamon walked over to Drysl "I'm ready to go old guy. While you wait for the others to get ready to go… how about you let me sit on your lap and then you pet me!"

Drysl smiled then sat down picked up Cinnamon and stroked her soft silky fur while he waited for the rest to get organized and ready to go. "make sure you all grab a burning stick from one of the campfires to use as a torch so we can see where we're going." Drysl said to everyone

Cedric overheard Drysl talk about burning sticks

"No need" Cedric replied, making a small fireball that was brightly lit.

"Lead us to your safehaven sir!" Cedric enthusiastically said.

[OOC: Sorry for being a few hours late, but it's like, no one is responding whenever i'm online. Is it just me? We probably live in different timezones but if i don't roleplay while you guys are in a session, i'm probably sleeping or at school.]

Claribel shook her head with a laugh, "I'm not talking about the cat speaking; I've seen talking dogs before as a child! Im talking about how a cat just managed to make trolls and whisper-hounds flee faster than people getting a whiff of rotten pumpkins in their storehouse after harvest season."

As she spoke, she stooped to gather up the leftover food that had been left behind, picking out the cleanest pieces–along with the pack of dried vegetables that Tea had so generously provided and was sitting under all the mushrooms next to one of the fires–while the undesirables were fed to the flames. The pack of vegetables was carried over and extended in offering to Drysl.

Whether or not he took it, Claribel left the food with (or near) him and the talking cat and went to do as he suggested. She broke a small branch from one of the nearby trees and wrapped its end up with a dirty cloth retrieved from the ground; once she had tied it tight, she stuck that end just over the tips of a still-lit campfire and waited for it to catch flame.

Pick rubbed his skin down with the mushroom anyway. No one was going to eat him tonight. He winced as his flesh burned, and let out a small yelp as it intensified. He did his best to maintain eye contact with the cat as he continued to apply the mushroom. 

After he finished coating himself with toxic mushroom leaned as much as he couldagainst a tree and stood motionless in fear of the pain that came with movement.

"Yup, worth it" he winced, "this was a good idea."

Tea laughed awkwardly, not exactly understanding Claribel's pumpkin joke, if it was one, he didn't really know. He grew up in a temple, jokes weren't their forte. "Hehe, yeah talking dogs…" Tea notice what he said, "Wait what?" He asked himself.

Tea heard Drysl request to bring a torch, so he stopped to get stick in the fire. He then wanted to uses the wraps the closed his injury on his foot, but the boot felt soggy, he had not stop bleeding. "Now is not the time to bring this up, we have to go." Tea thought. He decided to take another wrap in his pack for the torch. He approach the same fire Claribel was using, his chi was almost tapped, he needed it for the wound.

He then notice that Claribel had the food, good he didn't have to search, but he notice that Claribel's torch might have his old wrap from earlier. He keeped quiet though, felt it didn't need to be mentioned. "I'll be ready when this torch is lit." Tea told Drysl

Cinnamon watched and snickered at pick rubbing the poisonous mushroom on himself, "You missed a spot" she said with a grin.

"Alright younglings we better get moving" said Drysl as he put Cinnamon on the ground and stood up "follow me" he said. He then picked up a stick, wrapped it with a piece of torn clothing from a mostly eaten farmer. wrapped the stick and lit it on fire, and then started to walk off Into the woods. 
[OOC ok I have a question for you guys. Do you want to actually roleplay out the trek to the house? Or would you rather just skip that and jump straight to us arriving at the house?]
