Hello everyone!

We are working on implementing some new updates to our shops system.  However, in order to do this, we have to essentially nuke the current system.  You won't lose any of the items in your inventory, but you will be unable to purchase any new items!  We are not sure how long the shops will be down for, but we will keep you updated as we know more.

In the meantime, if a situation arises where you need an item for your post and you are unable to purchase it, please do not worry.  We will not be giving out strikes or warnings for missing an item (within reason) during the downtime.  Just please be sure to make any necessary purchases once the shops are back up.

Since the question has been asked, here is clarification for this:

The shops are still open and you can still buy items from them right now. However, when the new update goes live, all members will immediately notice that all items have disappeared from the shops. That will be when you don't have to worry about buying items, and the staff will keep everyone apprised of when all items have been readded for purchase. Until the update goes live, you can and should buy the items you need for roleplays.

Darros said that will be performing maintenance for the site either today or tomorrow. However, he is attempting to get the shops up and running right now. That means that the shops will be empty until I can refill them. It shouldn't take that long to refill them all but we'll see how I manage!

While the shops are down you will not be able to purchase items. I'll update this again once everything is alright again.

There are 5 more updates after the shop update that we will be trying to push out this weekend. HOWEVER, the shop update is one of the largest. I'll post again with the changes as soon as we get everything settled! I'll have a complete list of all the changes and what they mean for you shortly.
