Elenoir pauses and tilts her head to one side as she watches, crossing her delicate arms over her chest- idly brushing her fingertips along her collarbone as she shakes her head," I… Don't know what I want," but not a Hippogriff she did not add the last part- but it was rather clearly implied by that hypnotic voice. Reaching up, she  brushed a platinum blonde lock over her ear- at the mention of a Deity, she arches a slender eyebrow and covers her lips with a slender hand to stifle a soft giggle.

Hakon in turn muses softly," I suppose in this world, one can flounce about claiming to be a God- I do hope he paid you?" she tilts her head as she listens, looking back out to the large beast that had settled in front of the ship,"… He can take the heaviest armor you have." She murmurs confidently.

Regi shrugged "It's fine most people don't know what they want and then have Emblems or Sigils applied after a heroic action or deed, a lot like one of those fairy tales you get told as a child" he walked over brushing her hair behind her ears before putting two small buds of wood into them "For the noise, I'm about to start hammering" he almost shouted at her with a large grin before turning back towards preparing his ingredients and a pile of red dust laid next to him on a anvil before looking at Hakon "Even Gods have to pay for equipment, we have a saying in the business, No shoes No shirt No Money No service"  as he finished saying this he shook his head allowing a pair of goggles to fall over his eyes before pouring the dust on the metal causing the room to be filled with heat and light for a brief moment.

As he looked over the glowing metal he began hammering it with his mallet allowing the metal to move on its own and not forcefully yanking it in this state a crease could cause the rider pain or even death, allowing himself to breathe hitting the metal in a rhythm, a lot like how Elenoir uses her Violin to play a music beat he hammered it unique on every beat a song of metal on metal, most people found the sound abrasive and stayed away from forges but for Regi it was a fuel to his dreams to become what his father wanted to become what he wanted, he dunked the chest piece into oil before bringing it back out and hammering the last remnants of heat out of the chassis before dunking it once more in oil and water, he moved on to the other pieces taking care of all of them the same.

As he slid his goggles off to allow himself to have a break wiping the sweat from his soot ridden brow he mentioned the topic of the beast "Heaviest you say? I think I have just the metal for you then" he chuckled eagerly pulling an Orculium Ingot out from the drawers the same colour as Hakon's Armour "Metal made for an Orc's Weapon strong enough to survive a Bezerker" he said almost in awe "Expensive but if made into armour a worthwhile addition" he added passing it to the lady.

Elenoir seemed to stiffen as he tucked her hair behind her ears- but only for the barest moment. She could barely hear his words after the earplugs had been nestled within her ears- reaching up she idly touched the two nubs and flashed him a blushing grin, nodding faintly in understanding before moving to watch him hammer away the chestpiece- admittedly she had no observed many blacksmiths working on their trade- but he certainly worked quickly. Idly she swayed to and fro on her feet, as if vaguely swaying with the beat of the hammer- a small smile curling her lips as ever.

Hakon watched in critical silence, her mind mulling over the possibilities- perhaps if all was well, she could call upon this young man for a higher cause in the future… Hm- shaking her head gently she extended her hand, grasping the ore handed to her. Idly she extended her arm, feeling the full brunt of the weight. It was heavier then anything she had worn before- which was quite pleasing. She had feared for quite some time now that she had hit the threshhold of heavy armors, but this…. She looks to him and nods faintly," If you could create full body armor for myself and Ansgar, the hippogryph out there- you will find yourself quite the loyal customer base." She muses after a moment, pausing before offering the block back to him.

"It may take a lot longer with this metal due to the density and strength required perhaps a week of non-stop work" he tapped his chin before looking at his book of designs taking a deep breath in and opening to the page containing a large floating contraption simply using coal and other materials for fuel the design similar to what the city of Karith makes but with Cogs turning the engines and belts, heat transferring through pipes to boilers large than a War horse, "it's not the best one I've ever made but with it you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for one those con men at Karith sell" his face looking dead serious a change for the young blacksmith, one that shows he's about to make a risky idea, "Of course it's hassle I don't have a flying mount and not sure if I would be good in a fight, but heck I can make anything you need" he looked over at Elenoir with a faint smile "For anyone".

He put the large bag containing a lot of tools and pouches on the counter before his grin appearing "So now that I have tested that you really are The Hand, will you accept a simple man to become an Engineer and Blacksmith for your cause?" the worried look on the old ladies face was replaced with admiration she had already known her son would want to leave with them the moment they entered the forge, Regi had always been dying for adventure a lot like his father in many ways, his mother stood to pick up the plaque putting it in his bag with a small smile and left the room leaving Regi to walk over handing the chest piece to Elenoir as she felt the lightweight but durable metal in her hands.

Hakon idly folds her hands in the small of her back, a small half-smirk curling her thin lips," Well-" she trails off as if simply keeping the young man on edge. Her eyes flickered to the elderly woman, quirking a small eyebrow,"- it seems we are not so discreet in our recruitment process as we had hoped, hm?" Her hazel-grey eyes flicker to Elenoir who shrugs with a soft smile, holding the metallic chestpiece in her hands- the oil dripping over her fingers as she paused to run her hands idly over the gently sweeping curves.

Hakon turns back to Regi, tilting her head to one side, straight locks falling before her face," The Hand is only now coming together, and as all military units do- it needs a blacksmith with the ability to forge for both beast and rider. Your acceptance into our ranks would be slow at first, as we have yet to fully gain all the resources we desire- but, my friend… Would you be willing to help us grow?" she inquires to the young man faintly, arching a slender eyebrow.

Elenoir looked over her shoulder to Regi, tilting her head with a small smile, her bright eyes narrowed with delight. Clearly she was pleased with the work..

The beating of his heart subsided as she paused her sentence until she continued allowing his hands to loosen the grip he had on the counter allowing his grin to reappear on his face "Of course I'm willing to help everyone, I want to see the world and I want to make sure it's here for future generations" he chuckled picking up the materials he would need for her new armour and beast's armour in his bag, looking over as Elenoir ran her fingers over his work, he felt pride but he felt pride in all his work but the feeling in his chest was different in a way, noticing he was staring he looked up to see her eyes narrowed at him her face showing happiness, his smile grew wider before sudden realisation kicked in.

"Ma'am how am I meant to reach The Hand is there a place to go or are we just travelling Vagabonds?" he questioned with concern looking at the gryphon outside, "Hopefully somewhere with a bed I haven't lived in the streets for ages and I don't think my back is prepared" he chuckled quickly picking books up adding them to a book filled with pages wrinkled and turned yellow with age, "Ive always wanted to see that outside world as a kid, my father would come home talking about the times he had defending villages and building houses for wilderness villages" he gazed out the window "And now its my turn to do something good for the world" his eyes drifted to Elenoir's with a small smile.

Elenoir idly held the chestplate to her chest, looking to her motion, seeming to read her mother's hard expression like a book. She pursed her lips before allowing her gaze to drift back to Regi- at his mention of Vagabonds, she simply grimaces and shakes her head. Hakon meanwhile tilts an eyebrow," We are not pirates, nor thugs, nor any sort of scum that threaten the laws of the land. We are knights and adventurers, seeking only to continue the peace of the land by beating back threats to the civilian populace. I cannot guarantee you endless travel- at least… Not yet- you will have to provide your own mount but we shall provide you a home, a base, training and anything you would need in return for your services as a Blacksmith of the Hand. Perhaps someday you can join us on the battlefield, hm?" she offers a wry smile, slowly extending a hand to shake his," Are you sure you desire this? I cannot guarantee that i shall be easy nor enjoyable at all times."

Elenoir meanwhile watched him carefully, tilting her head to one side as she watches Regi, slowly she rose- a small blush still painting the bridge of her nose before she moves out of the shop- outside of the windows, perhaps he would note the young woman interacting with the massive hippogryph, pressing her lips to the beast's viciously curved beak as it raised its head to greet her.

"I'm sure one day I can find a partner worthy enough of flight, but I did not mean to upset you by suggesting Vagabond but before our family owned the forge we worked as maintenance workers for the city resulting in not enough money for a room at the end of the night" he grew silent looking at Hakon before breathing in before continuing "I need no home, as I have grown used to sleeping in a forge, all I request is Material and a Hammock" the smile reappearing on his face, grabbing her hand Regi grinned "I'm not one for fighting, more of a inventor but if the day comes when I'm the only one that can save everyone I care about" he glanced up watching Elenoir leave the shop and interacting with the hippogryph "Then I would happily do it" he finished.

He put his bag on his back and looked at Hakon with confident eyes "Ma'am may I request two things, One, Take me to the HQ now Ive already said my goodbyes. Two, Will you help me find a ride" he let his breath out before continuing "Not just so I can't impress and become closer to someone, but to be able to help people in much more ways than right now" his look didn't change and he wasn't use to not smiling for such a long period of time yet he did it, "I want to prove how serious I am about this, The Clan, The People of the world" he glanced to the window "Elenoir" he said a lot more quietly.

Hakon shook his hand and squeezed it as she shook it- perhaps somewhat painfully, the rather authoritative woman stared him down before smiling gently," We're currently based within my home in the city of Karith- Elenoir needs to get a mount as well, an additional reason as to why we are here. I will give you two days to gather everything you need including a mount-" she pauses, allowing her sharp gaze to flicker to her daughter for a moment before shifting back to him. It was quite clear the veteran knew his mind- perhaps even before he did. Though… She offered him a warm, thin smile as she dropped her hand to her side. She turns upon her heel," I will take my leave, Elenoir knows where we are staying- head out as soon as you can. Until then- take care." She idly waves over her shoulder as she walks out the doorway.

Through the glass panes, one could observe the two women talking. They were quite similar- yet Hakon clearly held quite a bit more experience and pain on her back then her dear daughter, Elenoir clearly being the more delicate of the pair. They spoke as the Hippogryph rose to its feet, stretching its massive wings briefly- the sun being blacked out for the barest of moment before Elenoir turns to peer back into the shop- Hakon having mounted the great beast. The larger woman leaned down to press her lips to Elenoir's head before the beast headed off.

Admitted, Elenoir was somewhat surprised to be left alone, still hugging the breastplate to her chest- she would be fine, she knew this. But… It was nonetheless somewhat nerve wracking being in an unfamiliar city with such a task. She paused, waiting for Regi quietly- where would they find mounts in a place like this?

Regi wandered out of his shop saying his last goodbyes to his mother before looking at Elenoir, "Your probably wondering where to find mounts in a city like this?" he taps his chin before opening his journal reading out loud to himself "There are two possible locations for wild beasts just outside the walls of the city, plus there's one seller of strange and unique mounts in the marketplace so I suggest heading through the market place before heading to the wall" he seemed very nervous now that Hakon had left for some reason he looked over before giving a small smile "Sorry Im just trying to impress you a little" before he chuckled quietly.

The young blacksmith offered his arm to the lady allowing her to see where in the few minutes he was left alone in the forge spent viscously trying to get the soot off his skin and face "I'm not sure how nobles do this stuff but hopefully I won't embarrass you too much" the grin returning to his face and starting to walk towards the market place as he looked at the chest plate "I hope you don't mind I add some engravings when I get into a piece of armour or a weapon they must all be unique so I can keep testing myself" he didn't know what he said would change himself so dearly in a few minutes but he walked on taking notice of the noon sky clear as crystal.
