Ouch. I went in and disabled the 'optional' upgrade that it had already scheduled, and disabled auto updates. A bricked computer is the last thing I want to deal with right now.

Yeah, Windows has tried to force a download of 10 on me more than a few times before I just went in and blocked the upgrade. It's quite annoying how forceful Windows is being with an "optional" upgrade.
