Aaren flushed and looked down "sorry…I was never educated" he said rubbing his arm embarrassed he then looked up a bright blush spreading over his pale cheeks "If my questions are bothering you I won't ask anymore" Aaren explained then slumped his head back down now playing with his fingers shyly 

"It isn't that! It's just that I barely know more than you, so it is kinda hard to remember the answers to what you are asking." Alistar continued hiding his face on the bunny, his blush so red that he could get an egg on his face. "But you don't have to stop asking, I just don't know if I may have all the answers……….I'm an angel……….so I spent most of my life in Heaven……….I do love gardens though, so I can tell you all about them, cause they were all around in Heaven." Alistar said quietly.

Aaren nodded and whispered a quiet "okay" and pulled the hood up to cover his embarrassment  looking up at Alistar "what's gardening?" he asked curious "also whats heaven?" He also asked 

"Gardening is where you plant many different types of flowers and other things to look beautiful. Heaven is where all good people go after they die." Alistar explains. Making a few images appear in the boy's head. It showed of nicely placed gardens with statues of angels and trees with fruit and many flowers. It also showed Heaven with angels enjoying themselves on what looked like clouds.

"So pretty and colorful" Aaren whispered as the images flashed into his mind a smile spreading across his lips and looked up at Alistar once the images where gone "can we make something like that!?" he asked in wonder and curiosity playing with the hem of his shirt nervously
 

"Maybe! But not here, and not now." Alistar said quietly, floating again and turning around. "Maybe when we find a space with a better amount of good soil and stuff." He said politely, trying not to be mean.

Aaren nodded and looked down at his forgotten apple and looked at Alistar holding the apple out "do you want some?" He asked and turned him head to the side biting his lip thinking the angle was going to say no, but he still offered since Alistar was being so nice and answering all of Aarens questions as best he could 

"Sure." Alistar said quietly, palmng the apple and taking a bite, the sweet taste flowed over his taste buds and slid down his throat. "Wow, I never thought something could taste so good! I can't believe I have been missing this for almost 300 years!" Alistar cheered, causing his voice to echo all around.

Aaren giggled holding his hands up to his mouth smiling that the older boy likes it "you can have the rest" He said then turned walking out into the clearing in front of the cave but turned back and called out to Alistar "C-could you possibly teach me how to fly?" Aaren asked shyly looking at the grassy floor of the forest  

"Hmmm, maybe. I haven't used my wings in a long time." Alistar sighs as he follows the boy, letting his wings appear. He let's them flap a bit, stroking them. "I guess I could."
