The heads paid no heed to the sound of the whistle, perhaps its hearing was poor? Shiloh could hear the other hunters getting impatient, and some of them were beginning to move closer towards the beast. This wasn't good; if they alerted the creature it would surely attack and then pandemonium would break out. Once one of them made the first move, the others would follow suit vying for a chance to steal the kill. And while they would be too distracted in landing the final blow the serpent would make short work of them. There was no point in staying put now. Sooner or later the fight would start, and so would the possibility of casualties. Still displeased at things not going according to plan, she whispered to the tribesmen to have their weapons ready. She then slipped into the tall grass and kept an eye on the monster's movements. 

A beast having a head on each end posed a unique challenge: one could not simply sneak behind it without drawing the attention of either heads. Its wings and clawed appendages made it difficult to get close enough without a crossbow or other ranged weapon. She hypothesized three potential places to strike: the underbelly, the back of the main head, and the spot between its wings. All of them required a hunter to come uncomfortably close to hit said places accurately, running the risk of being torn to pieces. But she would worry about that later. If they were going to attack it right now, she'd have to do everything she could to tip the scales in their favor. Drawing forth her dagger, she pointed it in the two-headed serpent's direction. Imposing her will, she cast a curse upon it and sapped its strength. For a while its strength, speed, and any magical capability it possessed would be temporarily weakened. Its movements would be slower, increasing its time to react against attacks. This wouldn't be enough to fell the beast, but every second counted.
