Mizz Maddness

Character Info
Name: Kekejian Misterius
Age: 20's
Alignment: CN
Race: Unknown/ mixed
Gender: Unspecified
Class: Nomadic Bounty Hunter
Silver: 72
Landing on the shores of Vilpamolan, Kekeji was in one of the few ares that felt slightly like home. Feeling a small sense of belonging more so than the lands she was raised in. At least here she knew no one would question her choices in dress, heck she'd be lucky if anyone even took a second glance her way.

Stepping off of the dock and on to the streets she took a long look around. Checking to see what was new and what had stayed the same, try to get her barrings you could say. It was nice to know that somethings never change no longer how long you stay away. Sizing up the best route to the nearest tavern she made her move. Kekeji was rather short, so avoiding folks wasn't too hard; a side step here and a dodge there, and she was golden you could say. The biggest hassle she's faced along the way was people accusing her of being a small child. Being bent on keeping people from touching her, she had a good sense of knowing when to turn just before they made contact showing her masked face. Once someone caught a glimpse they'd pull their hands away quickly worried of catching whatever disease she has being her guess. Just couldn't fathom why anyone would want to touch her cold dead feeling skin, the thought of such a thing making her shudder while roving about the streets.

With a sigh of relief now at the door step of one of the local taverns in the city. Whew…. that was close…. If I had to dodge one more man trying to shove his meat on a stick in my face or jingle some jewellery in front of my face I was going to throat punch the next one… Thinking to herself with a little chuckle pushing the door open. It didn't appear to be too crowded today, a few in sprinkled amongst the booths and tables with a handful sitting at the bar. The door swung behind her while she made her way across the floor to the bounty board. Standing in front of the giant wooden bulletin board she scanned for something worth her time. The thought of making new gold causing her stomach to rumble, with a hand placed over top of her stomach below her cloak, Shhhhhh now, I'll feed you soon I promise… Lightly whispering to herself while still holding her stomach. It appeared as though eating all this gold was starting to have even more unplanned side effects. Now even just the thought of gold would start to make her change slightly, feeling it begin under her mask. Pushing the thoughts to the back of her mind trying to think of something else as it began to settle once more. This was starting to get old quick, all these new developments that kept creeping up each time she indulged.

If it wasn't for the fact the hunger that proceeded to follow every dry spell she'd stop cold turkey. It was hunger like no other, one that could drive a person loony. For someone with her background wasn't about to be a long drive if she let it persist. Sometimes the hunger wasn't even that bad in comparison with the dreams; no more like visions that sometimes plagued her were worse. It was always some place she did recognize with players she's never met before. Giving her head a shake Kekeji began to snap back out of her daydream looking back up at the board before her.

Scanning the flyers for something that was worth her time eyes now falling on an odd little flyer indeed. Just barely able to reach the darn thing she pulled at its bottom left corner of the paper prying it loose from its home on the wall. Giving it a closer inspection it hadn't been up long, but had a decent price attached. Taking the flyer with her looking around the room spotting a place at the end of the bar that looked like the perfect perch. Hopping up on to the stool resting her elbows on the bar. Taking one of the pints off of the tray to her side taking little sips. Not one to enjoy ale of any kind, she still had to fit in. Laying the flyer out on the bar she began reading it over to see if it truly was going to be worth her time.

Character Info
Name: Nemesis Volkov
Age: Around 4500, Immortal
Alignment: LN
Race: Vaewolf Deity
Gender: Male
Class: Alpha (lawfully mean)
Silver: 354
A footing was established in this waste of a city; although Nemesis had to admit, these grounds were perfect for both seeking out the devoted that would worship his name and for hunting. Those he had preyed on had no families or other important ties, thus there was no mess or fuss. It was to his liking and the reason why he decided to prowl about today instead of going to Adeluna or remaining in Kurayo. Besides, he had to keep a close eye on how things played out here, just in case the citizens turn out to be not as thoughtful of his church as originally believed.

The man was sure to mask his own identity- choosing that of a larky, dark-haired man that seemed to be no more than a traveling merchant, representing the colors of Adeluna. It was sure to make him an easy mark on the city's seedier inhabitants.

He kept his head concealed thanks to the hood on his cloak as he navigated through the busy crowds. Aside from a few swift glances from some, he was mostly ignored for far more intriguing things such as the arrival of a pirate armada that was on the verge of setting anchor for a while. It meant that the night was going to get a whole lot rowdier, which suited him just fine beneath his subtle smirk as he turned to the tavern.

Inside was less chaotic as the patrons drank their fill and the aroma of cooked food filled the air. As inviting as it was, the man's appetite needed a little something more to wet it. Something a bit meatier. He moved towards the bar and ordered a glass of water and a bottle of Black Oyster Rum. He turned around and looked in the room with a small smile, which wasn’t returned by the others. Satisfied, he returned to his drinks and took a swallow full of water before bringing the rum to his lips and let the burning taste go do smoothly. Nemesis threw some silver pieces the barkeep’s way and in a show of “generosity”, paid him some more to treat everyone around with an extra drink. Throwing one’s money in an establishment like this, in a town like this, was only asking for trouble. But that was his point. He behaved as if he was a friendly, if not naive peasant.

How else was the fox suppose to get into the henhouse if it didn’t manage to ruffle up some feathers first?
