She nodded to Mixie. She really was a kind soul and Lily was glad to have met her. She was a bit on edge about spending the night alone so after Mixie disappeared up the stairs she asked the keeper if he perhaps had a got or something that could be brought to Mixie's room. She paid him the same price as if she was renting a room and he said he would bring it right up. Lily made her way to Mixie's room and knocked. When allowed to come in she said, "Hello. I hope you don't mind the intrusion, but I thought I might take you up on that offer. I really don't feel quite well enough to stay alone tonight. But I'll make sure to stay out of your way." The owner then appeared with a cot and put it at the base of the bed and Lily thanked him. After he left Lily sat on the cot, she didn't want to take Mixie's sleeping space but also didn't quite feel up to sleeping on the floor tonight. After a while she began to get sleepier than she already was from the meal and couldn't seem to keep her eyes open. She eventually fell sleep and slept deeply.

She awoke early in the morning and mixie didn't seem to be awake yet. She got up as quietly as she could and left a note for mixie next to her bed. She had to go out shopping for a bit and would be back as soon as she could.

The sun was close to setting when Lily returned. She opened the door to the inn and looked around with a cold, emotionless look upon her face. Her pretty blue dress had splatters of blood all over it and a cut on the back where someone had stabbed at her but left only a deep laceration and the messed up dress. Blood was all over her arms and even some splashed up onto her cheek.  She silently walked over to a chair and sat down heavily. Blood was dripping from her back onto the floor but she didn't seem to care. She didn't seem all bubbly and nice anymore. Something about this town was smothering that part of her.
