Her grin widened as she took in the area he showed her in the book, but just as quickly he shut it and rushed to get to sleep. A worried expression crossed her face. Although she wanted to know what had happened to him, she figured that now was not the time to discuss his past. The mage would bring it up when he felt comfortable, so Elowen was okay with being kept in the dark for a while longer. "Right. Big day tomorrow, what with visiting a goddess and all," she agreed, stretching before wrapping herself up in the blankets.

Briefly, she considered how she had never had the luxury of a bed back in Laeto; Wen only had the forest floor to rest her head on. The softness was a welcome change and just one of the many reasons she wanted to remain away from her birthplace for a while. Smiling warmly, the Dryad wrapped her arms around the mage like a pillow and drifted off to sleep.
