Attention everyone! The God Apps will be opening up in sometime in January, so prepare yourselves. This round will have two spots open, so roll the dice and try your best!

With that said, here’s the breakdown of what will be expected for those that are appointed Site Deities:

1. As announced recently, the monthly quota had changed to 12 posts which will be due by the end of a month. The breakdown is 12 posts with the god character or 6 with them and the other 6 posts can be done with alt characters should you have any.
2. Be an active member of both the IC and OOC boards. Being a God means you represent not only the staff, but the whole site too.
3. Make sure to have a yearly event idea.
4. Follow all the Revaliir rules.
5. Be actively present for staff ideas and meetings. Keep in touch with us most of the time, especially if you know you won’t be able to due to emergencies or real life situations like work, vacation, etc.

Now, please note that this isn’t a privilege just to have your character “powerful” or for it to be an ultimate end goal or something. We have seen in the past of people wanting god characters just to have a spot. With this great position comes equally great responsibility. This is a job, and as such we want to pick the best out of our many great writers that uphold by the rules and are dedicated. One of the new rules that we will be enforcing from here on out is that if a new deity doesn’t meet the quota the first 2 months of their reign (without a valid excuse on why they couldn’t), then they will be automatically demoted. Waiting until the last minute to complete will be frowned upon, and should there be a reason for it, please go to Whitney (aka Dalanesca) and talk to her about it. We are all very understanding about how life can change with the snap of the fingers, but we also aren’t mind readers. If nothing is said, we won’t know if something wrong and act accordingly.

Alongside this announcement I would like to say there have been changes to the Conclave:
Angela Rose has absorbed her version of Earth into Life (The explanation is that I have been doing more so life aspect of earth then the physical so I was rping really only 1 domain this whole time so I decided to drop it into the life pool and allow the physical aspect of earth to become available) - She has picked up Love and her title is now Weaver of Life and Love.
Dalanesca has dropped Darkness in favor of picking up Desire. Making Dalanesca and Ang true twin deities. Her new title is The Reaper and The Siren.
In response to our shakeup:
Xunatar has dropped Deceit in favor of picking up Darkness: King of Nightfall or the Walking Paradox

This means Earth's physical aspect and Deceit is now up for Deity Apps. As long as no one else in the Conclave decides to grab stuff up. (ha!)
