CodeAni has worked hard to make it a tad more easier. It looks like Chrome and Firefox are still registering Name as a user but if you hover over it you'll see that it is for your thread name.



The blue is the drop down panel where you can select a regular thread or a passworded one. When you select password it should bring up the dialogue box to put in a password.

The red is thread title.

The thread creators of password protected threads no longer have to input the password for threads they create.

Additionally, for thread creators, the password is now displayed on the reply screen for people.

My synth recipe screen in the admin panel has been fixed so now I can actually see what items are what. This will help me balance recipes a lot easier for people :) Before they all said synthobject recipe instead of the actual item.

We now have an official discord that people can join, anyone even those who need help and haven't joined the site(or can't). It's on the sidebar where "Chatbox" use to be. This will be used until Darros or CodeAni can complete our Chatbox.

"Notify PM" is now in your edit profile. So if you want emails when you get a message you can now turn it on yourself. (Just like Notify Reply on Thread)

Chrome and Firefox will no longer flicker the warning for IE users.

Until further notice: Autofill on Chrome/Firefox will still put your password in the password slot. CodeAni is gonna try to resolve it before bed tonight. Check the PASSWORD option and clear it if you use Auto-fill. Otherwise, you will do exactly what I just did and password a thread you don't mean to. (HA!)

Update 2: Chrome's autofill can't be helped. In order to not check the password field every time you start a thread you will have to not save your passwords and stuff. Otherwise, you will password your thread every time.

According to Google themselves it is a measure of safety that we can't turn this off. We tried and nothing we did worked. So for now just make sure that you clear that field every time. It's a pain and we're sorry =\ We're gonna try one more thing to try and fix it. Codeani is going to add in a false password box since Google only registers the first one on the page. This should fix it but he won't do it until the morning since it's very late. Until then just delete the stuff and we'll try to get this straightened out.

(stabs Chrome through the heart) Fix implemented. Chrome users should no longer need to worry about their passwords autofilling, but please keep the staff posted if this is not the case. Did I mention how tired I am now? Zzz…
