There seemed to be something different about Ezra when he offered his blood to her. It was as if something inside of her instantly clicked into place. Her movements changed, and her eyes seemed to hunger for something more than just the blood. With a smile, he let her sink her hangs into him, and drink of the blood. Unlike the first time, this was much more gentle, almost affectionate. He was tempted to pet her, but chose not too in the end, in case it distracted her and caused her to lose control of her motions.

Finally, she withdrew, taking only what she needed, and after licking the wound, she gazed up at him, her amber eyes hungering. He could tell that something had awakened in her, and with a smile, he shook his head. “No, nothing as of now.” He knelt down, placing his finger at the corner of her mouth to wipe away a streak of blood, running his thumb over her lips in the process. “But soon. In the meantime…you will meet with Julia tomorrow. The two of you will have a special session.” With a sly smile, he stood back up, and waved his hand.

“Come now, Ezra. We can go back now. Do you think you understand yourself a bit better after everything today?”
