She giggled as she cradled the baby in her arms and smiled wide with pride. ”I love you, my son. Mommy will always love you.” She spoke in a soothing voice to the baby she held, swaddled comfortably in a blanket. To have her own child was so rewarding for the short being, it gave her something to live for. She rocked her son back and forth as she walked around a little, only to have her focus taken by a groaning sound from a few feet away.
She looked to the source and grinned stepping closer to the man sitting in the chair. ”Have something to say?” She questioned sliding into his lap with a wicked grin, reaching down with arms to check the bonds that held the man in the place. The man tried to speak but nonsense spilled out and the female giggled again as she leaned in and kissed him before standing again. ”We've been three days together, you know? I doubt at this point if you even know what side of you is up, going with no sleep for that long can have those affects.” She spoke as she carefully settled her baby down on the bed for a nap, the stuffed dragon baby doll smiling always at his mommy. Always.
With her son down for a nap Xyaban moved back to her captive and settled back in his lap sitting so she was straddling him and facing him. She studied the poor guy for a moment; his eyes were half open and bloodshot, once in a while they'd move to focus on something that wasn't actually there. ”What do you see?” Xy asked in a quiet voice to her victim.
It took a couple of attempts but he managed to slur out a sentence. ”Stupid cat, won't go away.”
Xyaban glanced behind her and giggled, there was no cat, he was hallucinating. Xy only stood five feet tall, with long mouse brown hair and poison green eyes. Her figure was lithe and she was pretty with flawless skin of a golden hue, and a pert chest that matched her small frame very well. She wore some simple robes, but her fingers ended in claws and on her back some of the quills that lined either side of her spine poked out. Her four foot tail swished lazily behind her as she moved. She was a dragon of a rare kind, venom dragon is what she'd call herself, if indeed she knew what kind she even was, which she didn't.
The dragoness leaned in and kissed him on the lips again, deeper this time, for a moment. ”I wondered what that new venom would do, now I know.” She smiled and lifted her left arm, from the underside of her wrist slid out a five inch long hollow bone blade, coming to a very sharp point. She poked this into his neck and injected him with her newly created venom. It would cause him sleeplessness and, should he actually fall asleep in any way, terrible nightmares that would make his sleep restless and likely wake him up. ”Three days and no sleep for you, thankfully your bed is comfy for me and Kirin to sleep on.” She spoke standing again and checking on her son, still sleeping soundly.
Xy had broken into the man's little cottage three days before, looking for food, fun and something to kill, which was her kind of fun. At the same time she had been working on making a venom again, being what she was Xy could create all kinds of nasty poisons, toxins and venom in her own body. She could mix them at will to create new affects, and once she made something useful she could always make it again later. It was a process that she'd struggle to explain since it was all internal and happened naturally for her when she put her mind to it.
When the man had come back and found Xy he had tried to chase her away but the dragoness was a lot stronger than her size suggested and she easily subdued him instead. After that she had decided to test her new creation on him and that was what brought them to this day. She gave him water now and then and some food, he wouldn't eat the first day and most of the second but eventually he did if only because he wasn't sure what was going on anymore.
Xyaban found her place back on his lap again and studied him. ”I wonder how long you'll last before it kills you, I'm curious. And you are only human, I'd bet others would last longer than you, but sleep is important to everyone and everything.” Ideas played in her mind and she smiled. The cottage was a fair ways off the main path that had been blazed through the forest and no one had come out their way to find this place. But even Xyaban knew that, eventually, anyone that knew this man would find it odd he was missing for three days and come looking for him. She didn't care, more people to experiment on, or just kill, whatever happened, happened.
