His shoulders relaxed when Crystaline accepted the secret that he had to tell.  it was something that not everyone could understand, but Vadimas had a quiet faith in the young woman.  Bryony's words echoed in his mind as well, and it was in that moment that he knew that they would never be apart.  Unless it was absolutely necessary, anyway.  "No.  Then we can face it together.  And I will take your lessons gladly, my dear," he said, more warmth in his voice than he had felt for quite awhile.  There had been no reason for so long.

He was rather amused at her observation of the other Oracles and how they would react.  "Oh you are quite right about that.  They will be green with jealousy.  It's probably best that you don't see them.  The death stares will be something," he said with a laugh.  It was highly amusing to Vadimas, and he was certain that some of the Oracles would have a nasty surprise coming.

"That is a clematis, Crystaline.  They come in many colors, but that is in a pale blue.  Almost like my eye color, actually.  The color of sky and sea.  There are many petals on that particular flower, I'm sure you can feel them," he explained.

A smile brightened on the girl’s face as she felt good about their future. “Good! I have a lot to teach.” She felt his face for a moment before bringing his head down t hers and kissing him softly. It would be one of many he would receive as he learned how to love her.

Her fingers weaved with his and she giggled lightly. “I can imagine them. You will have to describe their faces to me Dear.” She gave another smile as she leaned her head onto his shoulder. She sat next to him on the bench and felt the flower with her fingertips. As always her touch was soft and slow as she did not want to damage the flower.

“I love the sky, sea, and your eyes.” She chuckled a bit as she tried to be romantic. She leaned onto him once more as she took his hands and held his finger so she could run it softly across the flower like she had to. “It smells good doesn’t it?” She laughed lightly.

Taking the book she brought with her, she set it aside. “I don’t think we should read today but explore.. I guess us? Is there anything you would like to ease into?”

While he did know how to kiss, Vadimas had most often used it as a prelude to a night or two of pleasure for his lady of choice.  But this time different, and he knew that his affections would belong to her alone from this point on.  That seemed to make it all the sweeter.  He laughed at her reaction to the other Oracles, and realized that Bryony was probably right.  "Perhaps you can work on your verbal sparring, that will be quite a weapon.  Especially when people will likely already underestimate you," he suggested.  And there were plenty of people in Arri that would be good teachers for Crystaline.

He nodded, looking around for other flowers to show her.  Even if she could not see them, he would still help her to understand their beauty.  "I think we should just enjoy each others company, and learn a bit more about each other.  I must admit that I've kept myself somewhat distanced from you, my lady.  For example, I cannot recall if you've ever had a pet or not," he said with a chuckle.  There was a reason for the question, though one she would not find out until later.

Crystaline laughed a bit and shook her head. “Perhaps but I would always need to actually know where my opponent is. Sometimes I often talk in the wrong way to people direction wise. Maybe eventually I’ll see auras again. Grandfather Judge taught me to do that.” It felt weird to have her magic so cut off from everything else. She took a deep breath as she moved her hand over to his, after taking a few moments to find it, and gave it a good squeeze.

The Angelic Rosenite took a moment to try to move her eerie light blue eyes towards him. It was like staring into a vast crystal ball. “I like that idea, we have a lot to talk about.” She chuckled softly as her hands moved up to take his face. Her fingers moving around as if it were the first time they had met once more. “I did once upon a time. When I was in the forest with my mother, I had a horse. I can’t tell you the color or how big he was. I just know he was there. I cherished him until I couldn’t find him anymore. I couldn’t find anyone anymore. That was when Aunt Toya came to get me. I think something happened but I was never told anything about it. What happened to my home, my horse, my family.”

Even through the painful past she gave a smile as if it did not bother her. “I came to live with Aunt Angela and she had a lot of pets that I found myself around. Her Nightmare Kyoto was one. I can’t tell you his color or how big he was.” She repeated herself but gave a gentle smile. “But I can tell you he was warm and he had a soul of gold. Those are the most important things right there.”

Taking a moment she smiled. “I do know what your horse looked like because you told me. He was brown with white socks… you had taken him but you told me you were giving him back, I called bullshit if I remember right.” She chuckled softly as she moved her hands down his face.

She leaned down from the bench and moved her hands until she found an aster. She knew this one well. It was one of the first flowers that Vadimas had taught her about. She took his fingers and gently like he would her lift them to the petals. “Close your eyes.” She trusted him to follow her words. “It’s an Aster. They are generally purple like my court but they are bright in color.” She was off about the one in her hand but she was trying. “Sometimes they aren’t bright and are light in color. They have many petals and remind me of daisies. They smell good too.” She reached up and felt his nose before lifting the flower, she didn’t want to smash the flower into his nose after all.
