There are storys were man has killed a god. A man with something to prove, a man how knew that the god had over stepped ther boundary. If a man could do that than a dragon can talk some since into at least one of them, right? Vinsue knew the dangers of her plans but all of revaliir was in a chaos that was not right all because two angry gods desided that the world needed punishment.

Vinsue did not come for a fight but she was prepared for one. Vinsue was in her true form. The large dragon had her powerful wings folded and her scales were covered in a specially made armor (Ocean Armor and dragon scale armor mix). Her front legs were the heaviest armored. It like her was silver and light weight so it did not hinder movement. She had the god of light's blessing from back when she was trying to remove her curse. This was a protection blessing (protection spell) ment to keep Xunatar from causing her more harm at least until she got get the hex removed.

So here vinsue was looking up at the tower ready to tackle the tower and its horrors. Her gaze moved to a giant flying centepede. It was not as long as she or as tall but it did not get the fact she was not pray but a more powerful predictor that did not have the time for a fair fight. It landed on her back and the rodeo like fight than began.

She'd been feeling sick ever since she returned to Canelux. With the Circles literally on earth, the blight of rampant, uncontrolled desires was everywhere. Once they were over land, she had suddenly started vomiting and her vision was blurry. It was better now, but she still felt like her stomach fluids were coming back up her throat. For somebody who leeched out the darkness in people's hearts selectively, the boom in these twisted desires sent the shadows she was containing into a frenzy. It had begun taking a physical manifestation on her body, and her left arm was covered in a sinister blackness reaching up to her shoulder and spreading onto her back. If anyone knew, it would just make them worry more so she covered herself up with armor and strategically placed clothing. Watching as the Clephsydra steadily approached the spire, she saw that wicked thing sticking out like a splinter in the middle of the Bohar Plains. Immediately she felt another bout of nausea hit, but she forced herself to stand. It was worse than before, and she was sure this was the cause of the continent turning into a madhouse.

Keeping a good distance away, she caught sight of some terrible thing crawling about the exterior of the spire. It had a long segmented body and more legs than you could imagine. Insectoid and armed with vise-like pincers she ordered the airship to fly higher as to avoid drawing it's attention. "What is that thing?" She leaned over Erasmus' shoulder as he turned the steering wheel. "That, dear Captain, is a centipede." "It looks horrible." The deity said flatly. But the more she looked at it, the more intrigued she became when observing its movement and structure. A few ideas were brewing as she watched it climb, phasing in and out of the spire's walls. What if you made something out of one of those? Would it keep its phasing properties, or would it be lost?

Squinting, she noticed a lot of dust being kicked up far below. There was a dragon fighting with one of the centipedes. Strange, but so far the dragon wasn't losing or winning. Then, a thought entered her head. "I've always wondered if the chitin was any good for armor. Erasmus, could you lower the ship? I'll be getting off in a few minutes…"

"When all else fails, move on to plan B. And when that plan fails, move on to the next plan."

Dragons like most creatures had a spot they could no get to and that is where the ugly thing had tried to attack. It's pitchers were lodged into her neck plate but the disadvantage the centapeed had was it's size. Do to that it could not hid in the spot it had tried to use. Vinsue got hold of some legs and ripped them off and spat them out leaving the bug still attached. It coiled but that was about it as the dragon started to buck and role over crushing it than dragging it off her back and tossing it away. She than stretched her wings and legs before looking up at a ship. She did not have time for this as the more time waisted the more people harmed by the two that inhabited the tower. Yes there was a chance that the ship could help but the greater chance was that she would be looked at like a monster. She turned and again headed to the door. At which she was met by More of the bugs. She growled and they hissed. She opened her mouth and lightening came out striking the creatures.

The door to the Clephsydra opened and a figure stepped out, plummeting through the air. Spreading out to reduce her terminal velocity, Shiloh channeled the air currents around her to glide towards the nearest centipede. Looking down she grumbled under her breath as she saw the dragon rip the oversized creature apart. "Well there goes the chitin plates…it'd prefer if the carcass was left in pristine condition." Here she was thinking she could get easy pickings once the dragon was done with it, but no such luck. Too much damage to the body and several legs were missing. Such was the life of scavengers, leaving the only other option being taking down one herself.

Sending a telepathic message back to the airship, she asked: 'Euripides, what do you know about the physical structure of a centipede?' Hearing the tinny voice of the automaton in her head, he replied. 'Ah yes, the centipede! Well aside from its armored, segmented body they typically possess a venomous bite. For normal centipedes this is used to either kill or stun prey. Those 'jaws' are actually not jaws at all, but where they inject the venom from so stay clear of those. Also don't bother cutting the legs–they'll regenerate.'  That was all she had to go off on, so she had to make her decision quick. "Hitting it anywhere on its body'll be pointless. I guess I'll have to go for the head."

That was generally the best way to put an end to rampaging beasts, by removing the head. Using the currents to send her hurtling down, she summoned her axe and braced for impact. The axe head was able to leave a nasty crack in the chitin of the arthropod's head, but wasn't able to go all the way through. Pulling on the handle, she soon realized it was stuck as the chitin layer was extremely thick. She no longer had to worry about getting bisected, but it was starting to thrash around knowing something was on its back. Barely hanging on, she yelled at the thing: "ARGHH–STOP IT! Just hold still and let me hack off your head!" Sending a surge of electricity, the weapon acted like a conduit for the current into the creature's body. Unfortunately instead of killing it instantly, it began to spasm even more violently. The shaking made Shiloh's control on the electricity fluctuate, until it stopped flailing about. By now she was sure her staff thought she was trying to tame the thing instead of frying its nervous system.

Somehow, she noticed that if she changed the strength of the current, the centipede's body would react predictably. Two jolts made it swing its head, while different intensities made it walk at different speeds. When she stopped, the arthropod slumped over and stopped moving. Apparently she had made a rather macabre yet interesting discovery. Applying electricity to a body caused it to move even after death without the aid of spells or necromancy. However it was too difficult to figure out how to 'drive' the centipede so she opted to just roast it from inside out. Slowly breathing in, a bright flash of energy flared as several lightning towers' worth of electrical charge was funneled into the dead centipede and the smell of charred chitin and smoke filled the air. The insides were perfectly burnt, but to her surprise–the outer shell of the carcass was more or less the same.

Normally she wouldn't be in such close proximity of a fully grown dragon, but since it was preoccupied with the other centipedes from the tower Shiloh thought it was fine for now. Noticing the elemental breath it was using, she sent a telepathic message directly to it. She wasn't sure if it could even understand language, but there was no harm in trying. It worked once, maybe it'd work again. 'Oy, don't bother hitting it from the outside, just rip the head off or incinerate the innards. They're venomous anyway.'

Vinsue almost rolled her eyes at the voice. By time it got to her she had already came to the conclusion that the creatures were not effected by her strike. She also knew not to go for the head for the tail contained the venom and injects it. Than again she did not have much to worry about as her armor was more than strong enough to keep her from being injected. Vinsue leaped on one and ripped into it as it attempted to sting her. Her work was quick and deadly as she switched from one to the next and repeated. They swormed her only to have her role over on them and got them squashed. She had no problem scorching there insides as her teath struck it's liquid like muscle. And at this point she was glad they were not millipeads as they had poison meat and a really bad small that the cinapeed lacked.

Finally getting a brake she turned to see who had mentality spoke to her. "I have it under control. Trust me I have had worse threats." She than turned and entered the building.

Apparently the dragon thought it was doing just fine. Shiloh shrugged as she finally freed her axe from the dead centipede's chitinous plate and began making short work on disassembling it for parts. Watching as it entered the Warped Spire, she didn't feel inclined to persuade it from going ahead. "Alright then. Well it was nice knowing you." If she as a deity didn't want anything to do with the twisted thing, then a mythic creature like that probably would be dead well before they even reached the top. And knowing the two who were responsible for Canelux's current situation, anyone brash enough to try scaling the Spire had a death wish that was in process. Prying off some of the chitin plates off the segments, she peeled away the charred insides to free a few of the legs of the dead arthropod. She had left a nasty split in the head, and she had no use for trophies. There was no way she could bring back the whole thing, so she'd have to pick and choose what she'd take. If she needed more, she could come back later.

Settling on a few chitin segments, the mandibles, and a handful of legs Shiloh messaged the Clephsydra to drop down a tether so she could have them haul the pieces up. Once they were all loaded on the aircraft, she herself grabbed a line and motioned for the automatons to hoist her up. Inspecting the parts she had brought, she took one of the severed centipede legs. "This might be nice as a scythe or a polearm…the hardness is just enough to withstand a little sharpening with a grindstone. The chitin plates could easily be repurposed as shields, but I want to test a few things first." "And what about these?" Galatea held up one of the reclaimed mandibles. "Maybe a cutlass or machete, to use when we drop by Bakulaw for deliveries again. This is a pretty good haul. I can't wait to get these back to the Machinarium…" The deity said, rubbing her hands together in anticipation.

The airship rose into the skies and began flying away, leaving almost as soon as it had arrived. Shiloh had no intention of opposing the Infernal Queen and the King of Nightfall, but who said she couldn't choose to help out a few unfortunate souls here and there? Her focus was on the cities affected by the distortion in reality rather than the Warped Spire, since being near it made her physically uncomfortable. Normally she'd go straight to the root with an ax when it came to solving problems, but this time she would take the indirect approach. With the same energy it would take to fight through the Spire she could be saving lives by the dozen. If others wanted to try to break through to the top, then all power to them. But it was likely a lost cause as the two deities had made themselves clear that they weren't going to stop just because general populace proved themselves worthy. To some extent, she agreed with them. Not the idea of literally making hell on earth, but punishing people for lending themselves to vice and excess.

Setting the ship's course for the north, the aircraft was gone as a speck in the clear skies. Things were going south in the kingdoms above the plains, and she needed to check up on how the rescue operation in Horae was going.

At the stairs she started her absent. She did not know what to expect but knowing who set it up it was not going to be easy. Soon the whispers started to call at her. But she did not listen as she entered a room. She stopped immediately as she saw Ray and well the man she always called dad. Both men were dead years ago.The two were in a middle of a conversation which stopped as she came in. "Look at what came in. I told you that she was as worthless as the dirt under your house.' 'Gess you were right she could not harm you for years after the incident and look she thinks she can take on the gods." They spoke. A rage like none she had ever had before filled her as she started a low growl. She attempted to attack with her claws but her hands only passed through them. The two would start to laugh. "Can't touch a spirit hun thought you knew that." They would keep her anger up tell something they said reminded her of what she was here to do.

She continued to find her way up the tower quickly using mind tower to get the voices to stop. Many challenges were met bit none could get her to go back. Once at the top she stopped and looked around even more disgustedat the fact it was like a stage.
