Personal Rain Cloud

Captured atop the Zujiuchu Mountains these little rain clouds are pumped full of enchantments. Mages from all different cities have given these little clouds souls and they are not afraid to tell you just how they are feeling… or even rain on your parade. They have been known to shock their owners for bad behavior, so be wary.
