High above the vibrant land of Onnen lies an island shrouded by ancient primal magic. Surrounded by violent currents and dense clouds stands the temple where the mad dragon Etanu was sealed. In ages past, the scaled serpent wrought devastation upon the lands from the skies, relishing in the chaos and destruction it caused. Vain and vindictive, the dragon scorched the earth with torrents of lightning from its maw. Legends say the old gods of Onnen raised a mountain into the skies, encasing Etanu in rock. They placed a storm around the temple as a barrier to prevent others from reaching the place while hiding the entire island from mortal sight. Now that the barrier has died down, Etanu has awoken and seeks to make the primal lands remember its age of infamy.
