The feeling was so much more different moving through these trees than any other. Every leap and bound, she expected her feet to catch wood and bark, feeling it flex under her weight as she prepared for her next leap, but instead, she had to pause and catch herself much more often as if she was bouncing upon slippery stone. She was sure this were, in fact, trees she was bounding across, but it was as if they were being petrified by an odd, yet common to this land force. After all, from what she saw from the natives, there was no panic in their eyes upon the fate this land was upon. In face, it was more an indifference as they went to gather from these lands as if everything was normal.

Her body braced on the branch, her eyes locking onto the next target before bounding across, her cinnamon fur flashing along the shining exteriors of the crystal trees, before moving again, and again, and agAI– A wash of shimmering bugs flew from the agitated bush, blocking her view and breaking her focus as she found herself fumbling forward. She fought with herself to catch her balance before feeling she really had no chance, and threw her body forward towards a lower, smaller branch. The cracking sound echoed as she landed, but it still offered her a window to brace herself a bit more, focus, and make another leap down as the branch gave way, ultimately returning her to ground level. "Ugh, well that sucked," she found herself saying in Sylvan, her home's tongue of the fae. Not having that height advantage meant scoping the place out would be harder, but considering her constant pauses, would probably be faster if she moved at ground level anyways. "Well then, I guess I just need to push forward, then, and see if I can find it here…" Her hand reached for her bow that rested upon her belt, next to the quiver, taking a moment to make sure it was strung, before making a march forward, her eyes constantly scanning about.
