"The more ships destroyed the less slaves they can bring. The more dangerous this port the less ships bringing slaves will come because the risk of losing everything is not worth coming here. And now they have mouths of rebuilding to do before they can at least fight the slaves and with the work needing done most other actually will stop. If they use the slaves to rebuild than I can get to them and free them. So it is not a complete loss."

She said as soon as she got a chance to. As of the bounty that was a new problem and she had to get him a brink like she promised. "We need to get to my den before we figure out what to do. As it is way to hepatic here." She said as she than started to lead the way to the forest, and from there to the den.

At the entrance to the cave. She stopped and shot flame at the wall. The flame struck an oil mix that would light up the entire cave.

Hiro was focused on the pirate boss, who seemed to be triggering some kind of teleportation spell of some kind.  He growled under his breath, he needed to bring this guy to justice one way or another, whether through his death, or bringing him to the authorities of a neighboring city.  However, just as the man was about to disappear, SIlvertail appeared behind him, having escaped the trap by herself, then blasted him with a lightning bolt.  The pirate collapsed to the ground, paralyzed from the lightning, though he was still alive.

"Ugh, this was a fiasco, we didn't free any of the slaves.  I did liberate them of their booty though, and I sank their ships.  You," Hiro turned to the pirate captain.  "You deserve a more . . . violent death, but being buried will have to do, bastard."  Hiro spat on the floor..  Silvertail started to destroy the pillars holding the building up, Hiro blew a hole through one of the walls with a blast of flame.  He waved Silvertail onward, they ran out of the building as it collapsed behind them, sending debris and dust kicking up through the air.  The whole city was in chaos, as if they were under attack.  People didn't know what was going on.  Hiro and Silvertail made some distance between them and the building.

"Now what?  I got their booty," he pulled out a bag of loot he had pillaged before he destroyed all the ships.  "What do we do with this?  If we had freed the slaves like we intended, I'd have given them the treasure."

With the sounds of battle she smiled. Truthfully she did not need rescued but loves the fun of a quick skirmish but it seemed hiro was just wanting to get her safe. And in turn had distracted the men long enough for her to work her magic undetected.

Vinsue quickly whispered two spells. The first was to disarm the traps the second was to dispel the enchantings of fire resistance on the cage. As hiro took out the last man, Vinsue got up and started to melt the bars. Quickly and silently she slipped out of the cage and behind the pirate. "Over my dead body" he said as his body started to ripple. She knew he was going to teleport and quickly shot him with electricity.

He fell instantly. Not dead but close to it. "He moved the slaves long before I got here. But we can still destroy this place. Should take a while for him to recover." She said. Dusting off than started to do the dance like thing again. At the end an explanation of melting fire had erupted from her hands at the West pillar. Than repeated the process and struck the south pillar. "Come." She simply said as she started to run.

"Understood, I'll find you, and save you.  Hang in there."  Hiro continued to chase this pirate that was foolishly leading him toward where the Circus was.  A couple pirates came out of nearby buildings to stand in his way, wielding their blades in an attempt to stop the Phoenix Knight.

"I don't even have time to stop to give you guys a fair fight, so excuse me, OUTTA THE WAY!"  Hiro drew his blade from it's sheath, unleashing a a wave of intense flame from the blade, cleaving through the pirates, sending them flying as he charged past them.  The pirate he was chasing turned to see his comrades sent flying by the Phoenix Knight's attack, and causing him to break into a panicked sprint.  He saw a large building, it was the Circus he assumed.  It was more of a castle or fortress than a big top circus.

"Help me!  Help me!"  This guy's gonna kill me!" cried the panicked pirate.  A few pirates opened the door, letting the man inside, then the large metal door slammed closed behind him.  Hiro grinned, he kept charging straight at the door.  He aimed his palm at the door while still running.  The door started to rumble and glow with orange power.  An explosion rocked the door, shaking the building's foundations.  People were sent flying in all directions as metal shrapnel pelleted them.  Hiro charged through the hole in the door he created and ran through the halls.  He used his aura sense, he knew what Silvertail's aura looked like, and he saw a number of people around them, rushing around the building.

"Oi!  Captain Cannon, or whatever the hell your name is, I'm coming for you!  I'll kill every man you throw at me, until there's no one left between me and you.  Better come out of hiding before you run out of men in your crew."  Hiro yelled as he walked through the hallway.  He sensed SIlvertail was in the next room, when a large group of pirates came charging at him.  Hiro drew his blade, the Blade of Wildfire, a sword whose blade was coated in flames.  "Do you guys really think you can beat me?  Look at you!"  Hiro unleashed a blast of flame from the blade with a swing.  He set two of the pirates on fire, the others stopped in their tracks, holding their blades in a defensive stance.  "You are shaking in your boots!  Quivering like children!  I've felled better men than you guys, I've slain orcish armies more numerous than you.  And you think a couple pirates can take me down?"  Hiro swiped his free left hand, as he held his sword in his right.  Sweeping, erupting flames engulfed the men directly in front of him, causing the back line to panic.  One of the men charged at him swinging his blade.  Hiro moved to the side, easily avoiding his overhead swing, and smashing him in the back with his left hand in a kidney blow, sending him tumbling to the ground.  Two more pirates approached, these two more coordinated than the rest.  They swung their swords in unison, to which, Hiro parried both at the same time with his Wildfire Blade, holding the blade in one hand.  Shocked, the two looked over at each other.

Hiro, seizing this opportunity, charged at them, slicing through them with a single swing of his fiery blade.  He slammed a pirate that was behind the two into the doorway to the next room, smashing the door to pieces with the force of his blow.  Stepping over the man's body, Hiro saw Silvertail stuck in a cage, Captain Cannon standing across from her, and one big pirate bodyguard standing in his way.

"Say your prayers!  You'll get no further than me!"  The large pirate, taller than Hiro himself wielded a huge axe.  He approached the Phoenix Knight, raising the axe in the air.  Hiro raised his left hand, pointing a pair of fingers at him, and unleashing quick bolt of flame, like an arrow, piercing the man's chest.  Falling over, the giant pirate was dead.  Hiro approached Captain Cannon, and the cage.

"Out of lives?  Out of allies to throw at me?  You're outta luck.  The next move is yours.  You're going to set my friend free, along with all those slaves you've got in cages, or the next head that'll roll will be yours.  Make your decision."  Hiro smirked, wondering what the pirate captain would do.

"Yea I kinda got trapped but they have not moved me yet. Likely will not, only let me live so that everyone can have fun with my death and what better place than here. Also I knew you could the massager was freaking out and the otheres were stunned. You did good by what I got to hear." She messaged him back after his mind seemed to focus again after the fight. Vinsue was more than over the man guarding her and his lack of what is the word manliness.

She kept her meditative stance and was doing her best to tune out the human with little success. Eventually two men had came in and relieved the guy to pass the message on. She was relieved with the quietness the switch had brought.

Hiro walked through the streets of the Pirate Haven city, flames were burning from each of the ships that were blown up. He heard a voice in his head, it was SIlvertail with her telepathic abilities. He carried a backpack filled with the goods he stole back from the pirates who had originally stole them from innocents."Silvertail, you in trouble? Where are they keeping you? I can come and spring you. I blew up all seven ships, and grabbed the booty they stole. Weren't you heading to the Circus? Just hang in there!" Hiro saw a bunch of pirates approaching him with blades in their hands."Oi, what did the guy we were looking for look like?""I dunno, mate, but that lad over there seems awfully suspicious, he's carrying a heavy sack on his back. Oi! Stop right there, boy!" There were four pirates, all older than Hiro, they surrounded the young Phoenix Knight."Can I help you?" Hiro asked the lead pirate who spoke to him., trying to appear innocent."Yeah, boy! Where did you get those goods on your back? They look awfully familiar, and you seem a little young to be walking the streets this late at night!"HIro considered what he would say to this pirate's questions. He wanted to think of some witty one-liner, or smart aleck response to him, but he was coming up blank. He sighed and shook his head. Then suddenly, an idea came to him."Ah, I got one! I'm s special delivery boy!""Special delivery? What, are you delivering those treasures back to us 'affore we kill ya?""No, I'm delivering Death." He reached to the sword sheathed to his belt. He drew the blade forged by his father. The blade was an exotic looking long sword, with a white grip, leading to a black and orange curved hilt that protected his hand.  The blade was slightly curved, made a black metal that lead to a glowing, orange edge.  "Rage!  Blade of Wildfire!"  A flash of intense heat and flame came rippling from his sword, carving through the first Pirate that approached him.  He collapsed to the ground, his body was ripped through with burns across his abdomen.
Two of the other pirates, the ones to the side of Hiro backed up, while the final pirate, that had gotten behind the Phoenix Knight, must have had more confidence than the other pirates, since he had gotten behind his opponent, he charged fearlessly ahead, swinging his scimitar at the youth.  Hiro spun the sword around in his hand so that he gripped it in reverse, blade facing downward, and plunged the fiery blade backwards into the pirate's stomach, piercing straight through him.  The pirate collapsed to the ground.  One of the pirates that was backing away charged ahead at Hiro, fearfully flailing his sword at him.  Hiro just raised his hand, and unleashed a blast of fire at the man, engulfing him in devastating, purging flames.  He would not survive.  The final man dropped his sword and fled.  Hiro sheathed his blade, then followed behind the man, but keeping some distance, so that the man would hopefully lead him to their leader, the Pirate Captain Cannon.  He would probably be the one keeping Silvertail captive.

The explosion shook the ground slightly and the sound was slightly hurd but did not seam to be noticed by the humans and she smiled. "The boy did it…" she whispered just as a younger pirate came running into the room breathing hard, pointing tword the docks. "Spit it out boy." The captain said. The boy took a few breaths with his hands on his knees. "The.. ships… someone… someone… the ships… they… explosion… fire…" he took a deap dreath sa the otheres started to get inpatient. "Some one blue up captain Cannons ships." He said. Vinsue laughed.

"Sh…, shes got an understudy. You stay here and keep her in the cage you here." The captain had the boy by the caller as he said the second part. He nodded and was released before the captain turned and left with the other men to investigate. Leaving the two in the room alone. Time for some mind games. She sat on the ground with her back to him and her legs crossed. She closed her eyes and started to meditate.

The there quickly commanded she stopped what she was doing. "What afraid that i will escape with my eyes closed?" She said not giving him any attention beside the words. "Funny thig is i have many men at my call and you are nothing. Not me you need to worry about but the men that will kill you in about 15 minutes for keeping me in here." She started to surch for the connection of Hiro as the boy started to get nervous. "Sarry buddy i may be a little late kinda met some ruff seas."

"Could call them off. Let you live and all the good stuff if you just pulled the rope and let me out." She said. He did not speak but the tinten seamed to grow as he got more nervous.

Hiro walked away from the table, hearing laughter from the few other people in the tavern.  He left the tavern, checking if no one was watching, he jumped up onto the roof tops, making his way through the city, until he got close enough to the docks, he had a grand view of all the ships in the harbor, and he was easily able to identify all 7 ships in the harbor.  They had red flags on the masts, so all the Phoenix Knight had to do was sneak his way onto each boat, swipe the valuables as instructed, then find a way to sink them each (which would possibly be the hardest part).  If he sank them one at a time, that would surely draw a lot of attention to himself, and that would make it hard to accomplish the rest of the mission, looting and sinking the rest.  But going by the guy's name, Captain Cannon, he was likely to have some kind of black powder for his weapons on board.

He went from rooftop to rooftop, eventually surveying the docks as he did so.  The ships were lightly guarded, with only a few guards between the seven ships.  Some of them were sleeping too, which would make this really easy.  He sneaked his way on board the first ship, merely creeping way way past sleeping guard.  He found the captain's quarters, found the hidden compartment.  He found all kinds of loose gemstones, jewelry ,gold and silver, coins, all looted from various parts of the land, judging by the different markings on each.

Hiro took what he could, and as he left the room, he saw barrels of alchemical black powder, meant for cannons stored in a room, unguarded by anything.  He placed a finger on one of the wooden barrels, and grinned as he started burning a magical rune on one of the barrels.  He turned the barrel so the rune did not face the outside of the room.  They'd have to turn the barrel around to even see the markings, and pirates without any knowledge would be able to tell what the markings meant.  This was fun, no wonder thieves did what they did, sneaking around, taking belongs of others was kinda exhilarating.  However, Hiro knew these belongings originally did not belong to the pirates, and they were funding the slave trade.  He wondered what Silvertail planned to do with this loot.

Within the hour, HIro had visited the seven ships, the amount of loot was starting to slow him down, though, like some kind of twisted Father Christmas who took instead of gave presents.  He was on his way out of the last ship when a man appeared as he was walking up the stairs to leave the boat.  He was a tall, lanky pirate, armed with a curved sword in his hand.  He wore a red bandana on his head.

"What do we have here?  A thief?  Stealing from the Cannon Crew?  We'll have your head for this, once I bring you to our leader, or maybe the Cap'n will sell you into slavery.  Either way, come quietly, or I'll have to rough you up, boy."  That last word irked Hiro, being called "boy."

"How about the loud way?"  Hiro smirked, he took his hand and snapped his fingers, a spark lit between his fingers.  The runes on all those barrels of explosive powder in each of those ships started glowing brightly.

Deafening explosions rocked the harbor.  Flames erupted from each ship, blasting holes in the hulls of each ship.  The ship Hiro was standing on shook violently, knocking the two of them off balance.

"Oi!  What in the seven hells was tha–"  Hiro decked him in the face with a mightly blow from his right fist.  The pirate was sent flying to the ground, as the ship was engulfed in flames.  Water started pouring through the holes in the ships, sending each of the boats sinking.  Lights illuminated in each of the buildings as the earth shattering ka-booms woke up nearly the whole town that was asleep.  Hiro ran off the boat while he still could, fleeing into the alleyways.  Now to find that meeting point with SIlvertail.

She shook her head with a laugh as he left. "Pore kid gona die" she shouted than drank the last of her ale and placed a few coins on the table. The point was to give him a head start.

She got up and left the tavern. Making sure she was not spotted as she left and made her way to the circus. The entire town was too empty and quite. She remained cautious as she entered the circus which was dark. She quickly started a flame in her hand and started looking around to find chains and empty cells. This place was getting weirder and weirder as time past and she found her way to the center. Somthing was not right about this place but she had a mission and was not leaving until this place was ashes.

She started to call more energy to her as she started a series of moves that looked much like a dance after putting out the first fire. As she was about to toss all the flame energy out a click sounded through out the room and halls.  She did not have time to react before a cage was on her. The flame made 3 foot before the cage hit the ground and stopped it. All the stored energy vanished leaving her filling weak and tird. She immediately took out her sword and striked the wood like bars only to be met with an overpowering force that throwed her agenst the opposite side and to the floor. A laugh filled the chamber as 3 men appeared from the dark. After the second it took her to stand up she sheathed her blade. Looking around. All the twitches around the arena lighted at the same time to show the place and the mens over happy faces.

Her face went emotionless as the facts showed the trap she gad walked into. "Glad you could make it silvertail" one of the men said. "Thought you would never come." She rolled her eyes. "So What now going to kill me and stop my rain of madness or going to give me time to escape as you gather everyone for a show." She said with  a tuch of hummer in her voice.

Hiro blinked as he heard SIlvertail's voice in his head.  She had telepathy, he had to learn how to do that some time.  "I see.  The Circus.  It sounds more like a Colosseum than a Circus, with . . . other 'entertainment.'  It makes me sick to hear them treat people like that.  Like objects, like toys.  They think they can be used then discarded."  Hiro wanted to spit, but he had to keep up appearances.  "Yeah, I can sabotage and set them ablaze.  I'll find a way to sink them completely."  Hiro listened to her scoff at his suggestion of assistance.  He feigned anger.  "People always look down upon me because of my age.  Just because I'm young, doesn't mean I'm useless!  I can hold my own with a blade or a spell."

HIro listened to her explain her plan, and what she wanted him to do.  "Right, so destroy the ships, and loot his treasures.  I can do that.  Meet you in the Alleyway by the West gates.  Good."  He sighed and shook his head.  "You'll regret turning me down.  I guess negotiations are over.  Good luck."  He left a few coins on the table to pay for the food, though the soured milk he didn't pay for, since it was for free.  He started his way toward the door.  He was going to have to figure out a way to loot those ships, then destroy them.  "I'll see you Soon."

"The port was not the target, well not originally see that is where they think I'll strike. and don't worry this is a two-way connection reply likewise." this all was in his head as she used telepathy to conceal all unwanted info from getting out. "See my plan was to destroy the place they call a circus. They made it after I destroyed the arena and it is way worse, not only do they host fights if you got the coin or status you are free to do whatever ya want to any of there slaves. And that will be where I strike. for it will do the most damage but since your willing to help. Think you can get all of Canon's ships destroyed beyond repair." She thought to him than laughed to throw off any spies. "You want to help me." She said with a laugh "What can a boy like you do in this land. You will not last a second outside."

"I think you would make a great help but seriously can't speak of this allowed and you can thank me later for it. Now Captain Canon has 7 ships docked here all with a tower painted on his ships and he always has little red flags flying on the masts. He hides his treasures in the captain's area in a trap door under his char. try to collect as you go and leave your mark on the pear by each ship. meet me in the alleyway by the west gates when you're done." She smiled. "One ship is nothing as you can see no one here knows your name a fleet is a different idea."  She hoped she was not confusing him but the bartender still listening in and he would tell the news to anyone which could spell disaster.

Hiro took in her words.  She was speaking slightly veiled about what was being planned.  She was planning on burning this port down to the ground, this port of scoundrels, pirates, thieves.

"I see, so the 'thorn' strikes tonight.  The thorn in the side of the slavers, the thieves, the rapers, pillagers, and so forth.  Most of the port, you say?  Not enough burning, I think."  The young lad his index finger, up into the air, a small flame, a spark, ignited briefly from that digit.  The flames of mischief danced in his eyes.  He wouldn't normally agree to burning a port to the ground, but this place was filled with the worst people.  People that would kill people like himself, and people that he loved without a second of hesitation.  He was in love with a certain Rosenite girl, and Rosenites were often targets for slavers.  One less pirate crew meant his girl and the rest of her family and race were all that much safer.  Her mother was a Goddess, that afforded  her protections, but what about others of her kin?

"I'm certain a certain . . . firebug, can assist with the burning," he spoke in a whisper.  She gave him advice about acting like the law was after him, and drawing attention to himself about his past activities against pirates.  "I'm certain the walls have ears, so to speak.  I get what you're saying.  I'll give you a hand, no problem.  I'll hold you to it."  He gave a laugh.  "There's no honor among thieves.  They should be met in kind, with similar action.  No mercy for the wicked.  They steal people, and sell them on the black market.  That's the worst."  The fires would be set.  They would light up the night.

She grinned as he spoke of the thorn. Quickly hiding it with a sip of the ale. "Rumor has it the thorn will strike tonight but no one knows where and that has many of the captains worried as she had not striked in a while and last time she whaited so long she burnt down most the port. Wich may explain the lack of people." That was all true as far as she could remember.

She placed the mug on the table. "You actually may want others to think the law is after you. This is the safe haven for outlaws and the higher the price on your head the better you fair here." She stated than lissoned to him speek. His story remided her of her younger years when she traveled in surch of adventure untell she found her calling. "Again carfull the information you give out. Your story would really upset many of the locales. That said you remind me of the thorn mentioned earlier. Her face should be on the wall by the door." She again stopped as the man came around. She chuckled.

"Probably, saying he likly overheard the conversation. As said not everyone around here is as glad as i am that there are other do gooders. And age only gives that excuse. Tell you what. I could use a hand tonight and i get you an celebratory ale."

Hiro was glad she didn't mind that he sat across from her.  He didn't want to bother someone who didn't want to be bothered.  He listened as she explained that some of the captains and leaders were discussing how to "remove a thorn from their side."  That made the young Phoenix Knight curious as to what "thorn" needed to be removed.

"I see, a pesky thorn, huh?  Sounds painful.  So something is going down, huh?"  That made him curious as to how she knew that there was a thorn in their side that needed removing.  She also suggested he not be ready to give his full name out around here.  "It's a pleasure to meet you, Silvertail.  Didn't consider that, but I"m not wanted by the law or anything, I'm somewhat of a known name in certain circles, but not as much as I'd like to be.  But I'm working on it."  He shook her extended hand, she would note he had a firm (though not overly so) handshake.  "I consider myself an adventurer, and a do-gooder.  A righter of wrongs.  One may say I wish to be a hero.  I'm exploring the land in search of adventure, and the winds had blown me over here, to this city of pirates.  I probably stick out like a sore thumb, but it wouldn't be the first time I've rubbed the wrong way on some pirates," he said with a laugh.  "There was this one time, I was passing through a port town, and the place got invaded by pirates.  A woman who happened to be a lycan of some sort, and myself, we ended up driving out the pirates, and doing battle with their pirate leader, who happened to have a trident that controlled the sea.  We saved the town, rescued the lycan-woman's daughter, who happened to be in the town, and defeated the pirate leader.  I think the woman's name was Silver . . . something, Silverstain, Silverstein, something like that.  She was really tough, a powerful with her ice magic, and it inspired me to train harder to keep up."  The bartender returned to the table with more fried fish as Hiro ordered, and instead of a mug of ale, a small bottle of milk.  The bartender laughed as he handed it to him.

"Here you go kid, the drink's on the house!"

Hiro looked at the milk, the glass was lukewarm when he handled it, and he dared not even touch it to his lips, it was likely soured.

"Heh.  Thanks sir, thanks very much!  Much appreciated!"  He laughed, turning the other cheek.  He spoke to Silvertail in a lesser tone.  "Can't win them all, I guess.  My age makes some people look down upon me, but what can you do?"  He took a bite out a piece of the deep-fried catfish.  "At least the fish is good.  You've got good taste in that.  In hindsight, I probably should have asked for water instead.  But hell, they might've given me salt water instead, if the guy felt like it.  No winning at all."

She looked up at the teen and shook her thoughts this place was not the place to be so distracted even though this place brings back bad memories. "I don't mind." She said than took a sip of her drink. She found his statment true food is better with company. Usually she would not have that pleasure as she was not someone the local people would be caught dead talking to for fear of being deemed a person working with her. But he eather was unaware of who she was or did not care eather way she was ok whith his company.

"As far as i know the captains and leaders are have a gathering to discuss how to get ride of a thorn up there side. Where the rest of them are i have no clue." She said before looking around the bar. And started eating when the bartender came around only to stop when he left. "You're no bother but i must say you need to be a little less eager to give out you're full name around here. My names Silvertail or at least thats what they call me around here." She said as she offered a hand to shake than sipped her drink." So What brings you here, Hiro? No offense but you're a little young to be running from the law and a, well your oviously not a pirate"

A tall young man walked into the local tavern.  He appeared young, and in actuality, he was young.  He was a teenager in heavy crimson armor, with raven hair streaked with highlights of red.  A long, flowing cloak sat over his shoulders as he walked through the door, and his bright sapphire eyes glanced at the near empty tavern.  There was hardly anyone in this tavern.  It wasn't early in the day, it was nighttime, so why was it so quiet here?  He was in the pirate town, Vilpamolan City, yet where were all the rowdy roguish and piratey citizens in here?  The tavern wasn't HORRIBLE looking, and a hint of delicious fried fish could be detected as the young man walked through the tavern.  He walked toward the one notable person in the tavern, a woman in a brown robe.  Hiro walked up to her, not wanting to spend his evening alone.  She seemed heavy in thought, he was reluctant to even bother her.

"Good evening, hope you don't mind me taking a seat next to you?  I hate having to spend an evening alone eating.  A meal is always better eaten in company."  The young man asked before sitting down across the table from her.  "Sure is quiet in here tonight, is something going on?"  Hiro wondered if it was a holiday or something, but figured pirates and rogues wouldn't be celebrating much of anything like that, let alone some religious ceremony.  If anything was to be celebrated, they'd be drinking it up.  Something was going on in this town tonight.  A bartender came up to the table, and asked him what he'd be having.  "I'll take an ale and whatever dish she's having.  Some kind of fried fish?  Smells delightful."  The bartender chuckled.

"Sure kid, whatever you say," the bartender walked off with the order.  He wondered if the bartender was amused by the fact that someone as young looking as him was ordering ale.

"Hope I'm not bothering you, the name's Hiro Kouen."  He flashed a kindly smile toward her.  He wasn't giving any condescending or lewd vibes or anything.  Hopefully she wouldn't be annoyed by his presence.

Vinsue had caught wind of gathering of slave owners and pirates in the local town and of course, she was curious as this usually meant more trouble for her. She would usually send Turas her daughter in to get the information but after the fight that could no longer happen. All her allies were known as either former slaves or complete strangers and neither could get in without problems. So she would need to resort to interviewing one afterword. That said the meeting could be all night and she was not one to hide in the shadows that long so she decided to go about her usual town trip, Get a drink, have a fight, somehow mess with the slavers or pirates, then go home.

She was in her human form waring her long brown robe with its hood up as usual when she walked into the Moonlight Inn and sat at the corner table which she always claimed. She was a bit surprised at how empty the place was but was ok with that. once a bartender came over she ordered her usual of ale and deep-fried catfish. As she waited she took out her sword and started to sharpen it. Once satisfied she sheathed it back into its holder in her belt than traced her finger in the backward S with a tail carved into it. It was her mark in the sword her friend made for her just because of her occupation. It was also the mark her daughter got upon losing the challenge and leaving the town. She was lost in these thoughts and did not notice her order had come untell she was asked for the coin. She paid and took a sip before returning to her thoughts.
