Kisses Wounds walked through the Pirate Haven that she rarely walked through. Strange, given how many people were often hurt here, but she had slowly come to realise that she was neither welcome nor would she leave if she tended to everyone who was ever hurt here. It took a lot of self-control for her to not come here, but today it wasn't enough. Someone needed her help, and she was far too close to ignore it, so here she was. Finding no one. Now here she left, or at least she tried.

"Hey," A gruff, slurred voice cooed from behind the wolf woman, making her stop. "I ain't never thought about screwing no dog before… But I think you might be an exception…" The guy laughed, making the Druid turn around.

It was a man, obviously, sided by two other men. They were all dirty, gruff, and smelled horribly of alcohol, which meant Kisses was none too pleased.

"Come on darling… A Nice gal like you doesn't walk around like that unless she's looking for a good time," He chuckled, making the Druid roll her eyes a little.

"I am not interested. Please leave me to my tasks." She said coolly, not wanting to be misunderstood.

Unfortunately, the men weren't in an understanding mood.

Vinsue had been in the area cause of a ship and captain that had taken something that did not belong to them. Normally she could care less, but it was more personal than a trinket or pet.

She was in the bar trying to find out who had the young dragon, but to no avail. Everyone in the place was either too drunk to know, or too sober to tell her anything. In a huff, she left the bar. She quickly noticed a creature that did not belong, being swarmed by drunken men. It was a messed up situation, to begin with, but to swarm one of their own was not mutch better. The wolf lady just looked as if she was trying to get free from them.

Vinsue let down her hood and stepped into the group. She looked at the men with an angry face. "She said buzz off! Unless you want to deal with me I suggest you listen."

She took stance seeing that they were not going to back down.

"Oi, ain't no one askin' you to butt in. We're having a nice chat with this pretty little thing. Why don't you go mind yourself then yeah?" The larger of the three said, stepping up to Vinsue. Before he could get much closer, the wolf had stepped between them both, staff in hand.

"I would sincerely prefer the two of you did not fight. Honestly, I would rather just leave you all along your way, so that I may carry on unharried by you…" She stated calmly.

The man did not like being stopped by such a small woman, going to push her out of the way. "We'll deal with you in a seco-" He started, before suddenly he wound up face first on the floor.

Kisses had simply grabbed his wrist and twisted it in such a way as to pull him off balance. The other two jumped at the fighting actions, but Kisses seemed to deal with them in the same bored fashion. None of what she did was actually offensive. She simply seemed to manipulate their own movements, eventually leaving them in a pile on the floor. It was short. It was over.

As the men started to crawl up off the ground, the leader growled. "Ah fuck it! We ain't got time to deal with a freak like ya anyway," He snapped, wanting to get the last word in. A word that Kisses was in no rush to respond to as she stood there silently, watching the men leave.

"I appreciate your interference, though I do not think it had quite the effect you had desired…" Kisses said softly, turning to look at the woman from over her shoulder. "I hope I have not marred your pride at all. I just did not want any of them to get hurt," She said simply, turning to face Vinsue.

Vinsue looked at the woman that was obviously capable of getting rid of the idiots herself. The brutes were past drunk or they would have backed off once she had stepped in. She could hardly believe that the wolf woman had the guts to stand between her and the man. Then just flip him and his buddies around like pancakes.

If that wasn't strange enough, the Druid also just let them insult her, not moving to correct them or defend herself. This probably confused Vinsue even more.

The human-hidden dragon snapped out of her thoughts when the Druid started talking to her, relaxing a little more. "My pride will be fine. I see you value life, and I will not complain about that. Though the three drunk men you just let walk off will probably find another helpless girl to harass, and she likely will not be able to do what you just did." She said, looking to see if the men were still in sight.

She debated on following them but thought otherwise. She had other priorities. "None of my business what you do though. I have things I need to attend to anyway, so until next we might meet," She stated, nodding in acknowledgement. Then she turned, walking down a block to lean against the wall.

Vinsue now had a new problem. How was she going to get to black market traders? Her face was far to known, and it wasn;t like they would just let her waltz near the scum with the bounties on her head. Strange, given the place, was made for criminals. It would most certainly be a fight, that was for sure.

Normally, she wouldn't mind the idea of getting into a fight, be she had to start changing how she did things. She had a hatchling to feed, and another to find. She couldn't start taking any unnecessary risks. Then she looked at the sky, only to learn she had maybe an hour left until she had to be back home. The idea of going yet another night without being any closer to finding her child made her want to scream.

It was in this though, that Kisses walked past, looking at the concerned looked on Vinsue's face. "You seem distraught. I was brought here by pain, thought I was not expecting it to be a pain of the mind. Are you needing assistance?" She asked, looking the woman over.

Then her nose flared a little. "A dragon? I was wondering why I smelled one before, though I suppose I have found my answer now. It is clear, you are in distress. Please, allow me to help how I can," The Wolf offered.

Vinsue looked at the Wolf-Woman as she spoke. It wasn't surprising that she had guessed her true form. After all, her hair and matching skin was enough to say she wasn't human at least.

"I doubt you could help me really. The problem I have is most likely going to end in bloodshed, and by your previous actions I can tell you are not a fan of such things," The Dragon sighed, looking up at the sky as if looking for something.

"My problem is that my child was stolen from me recently, and I am having a hard time getting them back. It seems that no matter where I go I can't get any answers. Some people in the trading market might know something, but I have not been exactly helpful to the goals of the pirates. They won't let me go anywhere near them without raising the alarm."

Kisses nodded slowly, listening to Vinsues story. She thought about the issue, then had an idea. "I believe I may be able to help you. Though, you will have to trust me. Do you?" She asked, arching a brow.

Vinsue thought about it. "To say I trust anyone would be a lie, but I will do what it takes to get my child back." She had trusted in her youth and those same people betrayed her. She also let her hopes get high once just to be disappointed but she would at least do what she must, and having a bounty on her head did not help with the trust issues.

Kisses nodded. "Tell me everything, and I will help you. I am fairly unknown in this area. You will, however, have to trust me… No matter what I have to do," She stated, looking around.

Trust a Wolf. Did she know what she was asking?

Vinsue looked at her "Fine you have my trust." She sighed. Letting the words out was not easy. "My egg was ready to hatch when my cave was attacked. I believe the Drakkollis took it. Once the dust settled one of my eggs were missing and so was he. I know that this was the quickest place to go and the easiest to get it traded off."She looked around then back at the wolf. "There is a jewel trader that would love to have it if its still in the egg but if not the man with a rat on his shoulder would likely have tried to get it. They may look like ordinary salesmen but they deal behind the scenes a lot." She said. "They will be closing shop soon, so now is the best time to catch them."

Kisses nodded. "Alright… Meet me outside of the town. I may be a while…" She stated, turning and walking away from the woman. She could help, or at least try. She walked through the town and quickly found those she was looking for.

She approached one of them, looking them over. "Excuse me… I am told you are someone I should talk to if I should be looking for any strange or unusual things that may be hard to get on a day to day life," She said, looking the Jewel Trader over with a look of mild curiosity.

"And what exactly are you looking for ma'am. I have trinkets from all around Reveliir. If it be something for a crush I would recommend the rose. It is made from a rare stone found only in the most dangerous place on this continent." He said pointing to a small ruby rose he had out.

Kisses looked at it, then shook her head. "I was looking for something a little more exotic. A Dragon, or its egg. I have valuables if you are interested," She stated, pulling a small Ruby Dragon scale from her pouch and rolling it between her fingers to allow the fading light to catch the edges in a very pretty show of sparkles.

"Miss, that is a nice scale but I have not seen any dragons or their eggs in years. If it was here I would have it but," he stopped and looked at the scale. "For that, I could tell you who may know something about it." he stopped and waited, wanting the most he could get out of the girl.

Kisses tilted her head, looking down at the scale, then back at him. "Is it the man with a rat on his shoulder?" She asked plainly, giving him a looked that warned against lying to her.

"You mean Kanin. Ha! He wouldn't know anything or he would have closed up shop! But as I said I know who would know and would gladly tell ya for that." he said not changing his mind on the price of information.

Kisses looked at the small gem. Probably an inch long, flat, and obviously scale shaped. Then she shrugged, giving it to him. It was a scale that was pretty looking.

He grabbed the scale, placing it in his pocket before he looked around. He then lowered his voice. "The Ork named Vinom at the far booth knows everything that comes into the city if it is here he would know. Though he will be less likely to tell anything." he laughed and spoke in his normal tone. "I bet he does look nice." He then started after a young man that had just stolen a ruby from his table.

Kisses watched him leave, chuckling a little at how the boy stole the ruby from him. She gave him a ruby, and he gave her near useless information, only to have a ruby in turn stolen from him. Seemed almost poetic.

Still, she had a job to do, and she went off to do it. "Vinom? You are Vinom correct?" She asked, thanking her lucky stars she came here with a handful of the smaller scales. She would likely need them.

"Depends on who's asking and why." He stated, turning from a box on his waggon. He dusted off his hands and looked at the wolf-human.

"I am simply a wanderer. I am looking for something… Exotic I suppose you could say. I can pay well for it," She offered, pulling out a similarly sized dragon scale from her pouch and showing it to the Ork. She even placed it on the table for him. Would make him like her more that way.

He picked up the scale and looked it over, before looking at Kisses. "What is it exactly that you are after?" One dragon scale was not worth much to him but if she had one she likely had more and he was ready to gain something after a long slow day.

"A Dragon… Specifically a baby dragon. Might not have even hatched yet. I have been wanting a new pet as of late, but I have very specific tastes in this regard," She explained simply.

"A young dragon is all you're after? There may have been a few that I have seen but my memory is somewhat out of wack. Did this dragon have any special markings or any specific colours?"

He then walked to the other side of the booth and started to pack up some of his things and place them into a crate.

"It would have come through in the last few days. Maybe Yesterday or the day before? Possibly even earlier today in the morning? "

"Sorry ma'am, it's been a few weeks since anything like that has been in the area." He said, putting the last box on his waggon. He started securing his stuff. "If ya come back in a week, I may be able to tell you more. If I find it I can hold it for ya if ya like?"

Kisses nodded slowly. "Ah, well… Thank you very much. I would appreciate that. I will likely come back in about a month or so. There will be… Say… 100 gold pieces in it for you if you have the one I am looking for," She said simply, turning to walk away.

The man left with his stuff.

Vinsue had left the city and waited for the news. She was leaning against a tree half in thought as she looked up at the sky. Every now and then she would look towards the road that led into the city.Kisses walked down that road, seeing Vinsue leaning against a tree. "There has not been a sighting of your egg in this city.

"She looked at the wolf-human. "Thanks for helping me out. I think I know where he is." She stated, turning to leave. She had to get back to her one kid that was still at home safe and sound.

Kisses watched her leave, before clearing her throat. "Off the border of the rainforest, there is a village. It is safe, and there is plenty of potential in it. So long as you do your part for the village, I do not see there ever being an issue with you and your children living there. The people there are used to dragons, and will help protect you and your children should you ever need it. Just something to think about," Kisses said, starting to walk as well.

Vinsue stopped and turned as she spoke. She nodded a quick 'I will think on it' then left. She was disappointed that it was not there but she hoped she could find it soon. The thought of a safe place to at least let the one live while she looked for the other was good but she still had trust issues to deal with before she could feel safe near two-leggeds in her true form.
