seeing the fire really made Vinsue wonder if she had just lost control of her fire do to the gasses getting to her. she nodded at being told to stay and laid her had down. she quickly fell asleep tell she heard footsteps. it was funny how when she was laying down she was over half the girls hight, though when standing she was twice as tall.

She watched as the inka made the stew and stirred it. it smelled rather good which made her mouth water a bit. "I am called many things. but most call me Vinsue." she said to the question. it was the mae one of her past riders gave her though she had others that was her favorite. and she kept it the longest. "And yours?"

Inka smiled rather softly at the Dragon. Before she threw some toads in a pot of boiling water, in this area, it was pretty safe for fire she had made sure her camp was far enough away from the swamps gases to work on her brews. Inka then told the dragon to wait right here before she bounced off - when she returned she had a few small animals in her arms that she had trapped. These would be skinned, gutted, and thrown into the boil along with some other herbs.

"I make you swamp stew" Inka nodded firmly. She very much respected nature and those that inhabit it. Inka used a random wooden spoon and stirred the stew. The smell was not as foul as one would think. It had a rather sweet aroma.

"What is your name?".

Vinsue followed not too far behind as inka lead the way to her camp. She quickly found a place to lay down as inka did the welcome to my home arm indication. She liked how inkas home blinded quite well with the environment which meant it would return to how it was befor hand quite quickly. she respected when humans did that because the humans respected nature.

"Just about any meat. i'm not that picky." she said as she curled her tail around making herself quite comfortable. if all else failed she could conjure up something to eat and offer it as a thank you gift but she was wary using her magic in these lands for all she knew it to would explode or be uneatable for some reason.

Inka took care to watch over her shoulder - she wanted to make sure the dragon was getting by alright. Inka yawned softly as she slowly made her way around the dangers of the swamp. Inka walked until she came upon her camp which was tucked away from the bubbling gases that made the air so explosive. Inka stepped to the side and half faced the dragon; she extended her hand as if directing the dragon towards her camp.

"What type of things does one like to eat?" Inka had a few toads she could boil - toad soup! it was a rather tasty delicacy. But there was many other things she could - she had some traps set that she had to go and check perhaps if they were lucky she would find some game trapped within them.

vinsue smiled at at the fire comint. She had seen what flames could do but never thought it would explode like that. Food. hearing the word made her tummy rumble. She slowly stood up and stretched her wings. Glad every thing functioned properly she folded her wings and started to follow Inka.

She staggered her first few steps and layed back down. She shook her head and got back up and slowly followed. After a few steps she walked normally her tail swaying as she did.

Inka stopped dancing as soon as she noticed the Dragon moving - ah! she awake lovely. Inka bowed to the Dragon before she turned and began to gather up her kit, stuffing them back into her bag. Inka then glanced over her shoulder at the dragon as if checking on her one last time.

"Careful here with fire, friend". Inka returned to a standing position where she flung her pack over her shoulder. Looking at the dragon Inka smiled slightly. "If you find yourself tired for travel I have a secured camp near by with food and flame".  Inka spun about on her bare heels and headed back in the direction that she had come. If the Dragon chose to she could follow her - Inka would kindly welcome her for however long she needed.

Vinsue did not immodestly respond to the brew or dance but after a minute she opened her eyes. She closed them as she rolled her body over to where she was laying on her stomach. She once again opened her eyes and blinked a few times tell she could see normally. She lifted her head and looked at the academy kit then looked at her leg. She quickly realized the cold filling was helping her and that it was brewed. She than turned to see who had helped and was met with a woman wearing half an animal skull, knowing this was the one that helped her she did a nod to signify a thank you.

Inka noticed a change in the dragon something had worked. This pleased the witch doctor, but she could tell that it would not be enough. Dragons were always tricky because they responded to brews in different ways compared to ancient humans. She had never had much practice working on cleansing a dragon so this was truly a welcomed challenge. Inka picked up her pack and dug out her alchemy kit. She had a bushel of different herbs, vials of random organs from species' she had collected over her travels. She also had different types of insects packed away in small glass containers - it was shocking the amount of things she could fit into that pack. Perhaps it was enchanted? Or maybe Inka was just an expert packer, who knew!

Anywho, Inka got to work. She took out a small wooden bowl which she then filled with a vial of salt water that she had gathered from the coast. then she took out a few herbs, blue in tone and rubbed them between her hands until they broke themselves down into a rather fine dust. Once those were floating freely within the water Inka picked from her selection of bugs - grabbed four or them and pinched them between her fingers so that they popped and spilt into the bowl. Inka meanwhile began to chant in a tongue that was far from common - the language of her tribe.

The chanting was important to brewing  for it invoked the spirits of those which drift around her - her chanting was not just a way to communicate but a way to plead and ask for their favor. Inka was always blessed by the spirits; therefore, the bowl began to swirl and the waters turned to neon blue. Inka then stood and began to dance, awkwardly around the dragon. This was the most important part of her brewing - she even had removed another vial which contained a bright yellow liquid - Shaka - this was lightly sprinkled into the mist as it left its liquid state and began to go about the dragon. Shaka was her most powerful brew, and it was used to amplify all brews to their strongest potential.

She kept dancing around the dragon and chanting and she would not stop until she felt another change in the dragons state.

After a few seconds of the liquid being on her Vin started to move. she moved her tail and legs slowly. dut she did not fully awake. The downside to  having a high immune system was it took more of the remedy for it to work. The upside was it took more to get her sick. It was evident that the potion did something but what was needed For the dragon still laid unconscious on her side.

Inka stood up and took a step back. She walked around to the other side of the Dragon; although she could feel no pulse and see no breathe she figured that she was not gone. Inka could feel her spirit was still connected - her hands moved to grabs ahold of that medium sized leather pack of hers - she flung its flap open and began digging around within it. It only took her several seconds to find what it was she had been digging for. She removed a medium sized vial from her pack. The liquid inside was a strange neon blue; Inka sat her pack on the ground before moving closer to the dragon.

Inka pulled the cork from the vile with her teeth, where she would hold the cork until she was done with it. Once the vial was open the witch doctor took one hold of one of her many talismans which dangled freely about her neck. Muttering escaped her lips, past the cork which she held firmly between her teeth. The vials contents was then dumped slowly out over the Dragons leg - it sort of moved more like a mist rather than a liquid and as she kept muttering it kept flowing out around the dragon - glowing faintly.

Inka was a one who could cure and cleanse - hopefully this mist would aide this dragon. If it was successful the dragon would experience a cool tingling sensation upon wakening if not Inka had many other vials in her pack that she'd try. Dragons were tricky beings for Inka.

The dragon did have a pulse though it was hard to find. The slime or what ever was on her was charred and black which made her look worse of than she actually was. Synce she was fireproof the flame it self had no effect on her but being thrown did. She did not move and her breath was barely present. She had no dreams and also had no sign of waking up.

Inka had heard something - something exploded maybe? Perhaps is was some of those toxic fumes which boiled up from the bog. Inka stood up from her seat upon the earth, she had been cleaning some herbs she had gathered and was preparing to make some brews. Her camp was small, modest and rather decently hidden. Unless you had an eye for the out of the ordinary you would likely miss her set up.

Bare feet traveled carefully over the swamps toxic and bubbling terrain. She had determined which way the sound had come, the light and red color she thought she had saw had come from the direction she was traveling. It would take her sometime to get there but she did - and when she had she noticed a woman had been possibly injured. They had set off the gases from the looks of things, playing with fire here was very dangerous. Inka chuckled to herself before she had moved over to the woman whom lay upon the floor. She would kneel next to her left side and place her fingers lightly against the girls (or dragons?) throat.

Was there a pulse?

What did I get myself into. Vinsue thought to herself as she picked up her foot out of the water and shook it off. She had came to gather some mushrooms that she could sell in the city for some gold and other things. So far her mushroom count was zero and she was covered in the putrid slime of the bog. She pressed on looking for dryland to get her out of the slime like water. after a few minutes she finally found some and pulled herself onto the land.

She felt gross and knew that she must look it to. She picked up her leg determined to clean it somehow and set it on fire. big mistake. As the flame came out the whole world went red. the aria exploded and she was thrown a good ten foot and landed on her side with a ringing in her ears. She tried to sit up but the world went black as she went unconscious.

Something had called her to the eastern side of this vast landscape. Bare feet carried her across lush verdant grass which was rather soft and soothing between her toes. However, like all things, the grass came to a sudden end shortly after she had drastically altered her direction. Something was pulling at her soul - head east - it whispered. So, she had. Inka found herself suddenly standing on the ledge of a very high cliff - the verdant grass ended abruptly and below was a sight that excited her to her very core.

She had not seen a place so wonderful since she had left her world behind. The putridness, the toxic gases, decaying life forms which littered the landscape made her heart soar with a sense of home. Amber orbs blinked rather rapidly as she shook herself back into reality. It had suddenly dawned on her that this bog was something of an execution grounds. From the looks of it bodies had obviously been dumped here, disposed of so that they would decay and leave little behind. Yet the spirits of those bog bodies still remained, and it had been those spirits that had called for her to come east. Amber orbs again moved surveying the bog lands in search of a location that was reasonable, that would host her for the duration of her stay.
