Entering Canelux was a strange thing for Hamon, but he was here because someone took an interest to him. Like the man, this person certainly had some similarities with him, mainly being people not from around these parts. This Raeguel person sounded trustworthy and he needed some stability and not just being living day to day working for peanuts. The only other problem he had to deal with was that he was all the way up north in Arri and so far, he made it to Vada. He suspected it would take another couple of weeks until he reached the desert oasis and perhaps his destiny.

But as the evening grew closer, he started to set up camp. Firewood would have to be sought out, as well as something to eat. He had passed by a pair of rivers, so that solved the food and water problem. As he finished pitching his tent, Hamon looked towards the setting sun and sighed before he tucked away most of his belongings into the tent and then started to fetch some wood. This was a certain gamble, but he had nothing to lose and much to gain from this venture, should he survive it…

Of course, he would, he made it this long, what were some more weeks to him?

Hamon tried not to worry about it as his arms were soon filled with the woods and a fire was started. One of the sticks were narrow and long, so with a dagger, he sharpened the end until it was nice and pointy to help catch the fish much easier. For a moment, he thought he heard something in the distance and decided to go and see what the hell it was. Perhaps it was just a small animal fleeing from a predator or something. Maybe someone else got lost around these parts, which wasn’t a hard task to do from what he heard…
