She hadn't been in Canlux long, or even Revaliir for that matter. It have only been three months since Katherine arrived at Canelux and moved in with her mother in Arri. Stopping in her tracks, her eyes looked toward the direction of her home. Determined blue eyes turned and looked away. It wasn't the time for that. She was hunting a pack of orcs that had been going through villages; leaving chaos in their wake. Katherine didn't stand for people or creatures that didn't care for others. She would protect the ones that couldn't protect themselves anyway that she could.

Taking her bow, she gripped it tight for a moment as she made her way through the scattered trees. The cold winter air pierced her cheeks, leaving redness behind.  Her white hair flowed in soft waves down the back of her gray vest that covered a white button down long sleeve low V neck shirt. Her grey skirt was short in the front over her thighs, but another layer of a belted waist cape flowed behind her with the soft breeze. If it wasn’t for her knee high white boots, her ankles would be deep in the snow. The half demon didn’t know of the cold winters that Canelux had. Her old homeland was constantly warm.

With her sword on her hip, and a bow in her hands, Katherine searched the area. With a fresh layer of snow on the ground it was becoming harder for her to track the beasts. Only one thing she was able to do now keep her eyes open and her attention on the smell around her. Orcs gave off a foul smell no matter where they were. Katherine almost shivered at the thought of not bathing. Weather it was in a stream or inside a washroom, she would bathe whenever she could. That would always be the woman in her.

With a mental sigh, she saw the snow fall down from the sky before her. “Not the time.” She thought to herself. “Maybe they will make camp somewhere because of the snow?” She asked herself aloud. Soon the wind started to move more fiercely, the snow fell more, covering where she was going. “Really?! A blizzard!” She yelled aloud as she found her way to a layer of rocks that formed a small cave. The roaring winds took over as she stood back into the rocks, her eyes watching the snow rushing sideways outside the makeshift cave. Holding her arms tight, the woman shivered. “I need to invest in some new clothes.” She managed while her teeth chattered and goosebumps appeared over her visible legs and chest.
