Vinsue smiled at the girl trying to use her instrument as a threat as she backed up and practically made herself look like a fish. the male laid down as Vinsue walked into the water than laid down as well. the girl was quick to get out of the water. she looked like a drowned rat at that point. she also just stood there frozen in fear. that was a common reaction for pray especially when they knew running was not going to work and had no chance in a fight. but they had no will to fight.

she repeated a few cords from the song. and waited as they looked at the instrument. after a few seconds she repeated the sounds. they could talk but it was a lot easier to make sounds than it was to use human languages in this form. they both hoped she would play more. the male growled a little closer then stopped and layed down as if he had not moved.

With the last few notes trickling through the air, Rossie soon ended her song on a peaceful note. Being her oblivious self, she hadn't even realised she had just done what many only dreamt of doing. She hadn't even realised the presences of dragons, not until she heard them land that was. With the heavy thuds of their feet landing on the ground, Rossie spun around alarmed. Lute gripped in her hand firmly.

There, in front of her, stood two dragons. Huge and glorious, just as her mother had described them to be. They were as beautiful as they were terrifying. Her feet started to move on their own, walking backwards as her mind was struck with awe. Her feet soon stumbled into the deeper parts of the hot spring, causing her to stumble and fall, like a clumsy child. After a few moments of splashing in the water like a drowning idiot, she quickly made her way out of the hot spring, her tunic soaked, and latching on her body, whole her fiery red hair dripping with the warm water. She had been struck with fear and awe, her feet nailed to the ground. When she opened her mouth to say something, her tongue became drier than a desert. She wasn't even sure if she should run, even if she knew it would be impossible to out run such creatures.

As the song continued they again set to the skies and danced to the tune of her song. They spun around each other and did loops in the sky for a while before landing at the end of the song and looked at the girl who had sang the lovely song. It had been years since she hurd one half as well played. The two folded their wings and watched wondering if that was the end or if she would do more.

With gentle notes floating through the air, and dragons in the sky, Rossie sat down playing her melody with such skill. Note one chord missed, or a single off sounding note. Just pure and honest music filling the air. Her mind had started to drift, like it usually did once she was focused on her music. Oblivious to her surroundings, and her gentle eyes closed. Not even the presence of dragons could take her attention away.

Not much later, about a few minuets into the simple melody, she began to sing soft and graceful lyrics. Lyrics that described the rulers of the skies, and the kings of battle. She sung about tales the dragons and their strength of will, and knowledge. Her voice, which could only be describe as angelic, sailed through the air like the all mighty dragons themselves. Dancing through the air, they could react Vinsue and her partner soon enough, coming in tones of soft whispers.

Vinsue finally cault a male that was young and brown. he had chased off a bigger foe in mere minutes. he also had lovely markings in white that swirled around him like ruin markings. she got up from her spot and went to him than circled him before rubbing against him and taking to the sky. he followed as they played and went to the hot springs so that the process would not be seen by the others. they mated and they landed near the higher levels of the springs. he would be a great protector as she will be useless soon as the egg forms. and would need someone to find her food.

they both heard the lovely tune of the lute and went to investigate. they got in the warm water and swam hopping and gliding down each level tell they could see the girl and her instrument. it was a lovely song and vinsue laid her head on a rock as she was starting to grow a bit sleepy. the male stood strong at first but soon got tired as well.

Not to far away, a young woman with red hair and the deepest brown eyes one might see, had set up camp near the hot springs. She knew of the dragons that resigned by the volcanic islands, and although the thought of fire breathing beasts did terrify her, she wasn't going to run. Her reasons for being at the hot springs where for multiple reasons. One being her travels and how they had lead her here, and another being the fact she wanted to do something for her mother.

Years ago, while her mother was still alive, she sung tales of how only the best musicians could make a dragon dance, in her angelic voice. She sung about her father, and how he could seduce any dragon into a dance, with his almost demonic ability with any instrument. These traits were the two best gifts her parents had to offer. A voice of the angels, and the skill of demons.

Knowing it would only be a matter of time before a dragon found her, she took a couple breaths and relaxed herself. Laying out her flute and her trust lute next to the hot springs and her camp. Which was nothing more than a few spare clothes laid over rocks, her bag, and a small fire. She soon stripped down into nothing but her long tunic and underwear. Rolling up her sleeves and testing the water of the hot springs, she soon lowered herself into the hot springs. Reaching for her Lute she begun to play a simple yet elegent tune. Something that could make most drunken brutes drenched in anger, stop and calm down.

Vinsue had come to the island in her true form in search of something. she was not sure what but she knew to go to the volcano. she had flown over the village a little two close but did not notice it as she flew straight to the volcano. she landed at the summit as many other dragons had done and watched as a few of the males showed off.

a few of the males were trying to prove their strength by fighting on another as others showed of their size and beauty through dances. the females all watched and judged. She quickly realised why she was called to the place. She was ready to mate as was all the rest. she looked and judges as the rest did. there were many types and sizes. after a bit a few of the females joined the dances and left the summit with a egg forming inside. 

She on the other hand waited and watched for one that was strong yet elegant. a few had cault her eye but none had yet stood out enough to get her.
