”That’s good to know, but I’d still like to help you with that if it’s possible” Keilmere replied just as the stranger who had been touching her tail came into the conversation. The draenei woman pulled her back so that it wrapped around her leg again as she eyed the woman as she spoke to the sword holder. When the mental message entered Keilmere’s mind she cocked her head to one side for a moment. Other side of what?

Thinking on her fee…, er, hooves, she set herself up so she could take off if needed. She had decided that if the pale haired woman attacked the other woman who had the sword Keilmere would defend the one with the sword. Well, at best she could anyway, with magic seemingly on the fritz, and with no other weapon all she had was her size, hooves and horns. But they were instinctive weapons for a draenei at least so Keilmere did know how to use them in a fight.

Keilmere felt the magic shifting in the air as the portal opened, oh, other side of the portal! She glanced once at the pale haired woman and then took off at a run for the portal. If Keilmere thought she had more time she could have tried to stop any attempt the pale haired woman might make to enter the portal. But her focus was on getting through that portal herself and talking to the Steward, if this was in fact her.

Dashing through the portal her hooves went from digging easily into the earth to strike hard and throwing up sparks against the white stone floor. ”Uh oh.” The draenei muttered as she was clearly trying to slow her pace, but she wasn’t gaining any purchase or friction against the stone floor with her solid hooves. If she had been more prepared for it she would have been fine, but as it was she ended up losing her balance and went flailing down onto the ground, the metal parts of her armour clacking against the stone.

She laid on her back for a moment and one could hear a heavy sigh escape her a few moments before she got back up right again. She was unharmed, but her pride had taken a bit of a hit, as she looked around the place and then back to the sword holding woman, and the pale haired woman if she had gotten through the portal to. ”You, you’re the Steward, right? You’re the one I have been looking for.” Keilmere spoke. ”Regardless, I am Keilmere.”
