The game is afoot!  Through the course of the event, the two deities will be playing a game with Revaliir acting as the game board. As each deity moves their pieces and claims an area, that area will be affected based on the deity that claimed it! If Xunatar has claimed the area, it will become a land of chaos, darkness, living nightmares and eternal night ; Should Naota take control of an area, it will be bathed in constant morning light, full of happiness, hope, and fantastical dreams.

This thread will be the update thread for whenever an area is claimed by a deity, so be sure to check it regularly. Updates will also be put up on the discord RP Discussion channel so you have double the chances of being alerted.

And it looks like the first area is claimed by Naota, The Dream Weaver!

Naota has taken control over The Valley of Vada! The crystals and plants glow and twinkle brightly with holy light ; the mists clear and show a beautiful dreamscape version of The Valley of Vada.

The second area has been claimed by Xunatar, The King of Nightfall!
Xunatar has taken control over the Plains of Bohar!  A cloak of night falls like an avalanche ; shadows and monsters creep over the usual bright sprawling hills of the plains.  The Plains of Bohar have become a chaotic nightmare!

Naota has staked claim to Nisshoki!  The sun opens up over the harbor of Nisshoki; dazzling light sparkling off of the water like thousands of jewels.  Menomori Forest glows radiantly with a dreamy calm light.  Nisshoki has been claimed by light and dreams!

The fourth area has been claimed by Xunatar, The Midnight Fiend!
Xunatar has taken control over Eyota Etu!  Darkness surges through the canyon, weaving through in its own river until overtaking everything!  Darkness spills from the hole homes in the walls, and the sun is blinked out of the sky!  Eyota Etu is a nightmare cast in darkness, claimed by chaos!

The fifth area has been claimed by Naota, The Mighty Lightbulb!
Naota has staked claim to Kujishoku, The Spirit Realm!  The usually obscured paths of the Menomori Forest now shine brightly with pure light.  The spirit realm, while already ethereal, now ebbs and flows with the fantastical: the usual nightmarish monsters being temporarily kept at bay.  Kujishoku, The Spirit Realm is now claimed by light and dreams!

Yovaesh Port has been taken by Xunatar!  The lapping waves bring darkness splashing onto the islands shores: pouring through the vegetation and dock stalls.  The usually clear blue sky has been eclipsed in frantic darkness!  Yovaesh Port is now claimed by chaos!

Zets’Ki Cradle has been taken by Naota!  The snowy basin glitters like splayed diamonds as golden sunlight bathes over the town; accentuated by the glistening temple.  Zets’Ki Cradle is now blanketed in fantastical dreams!

Iria has been claimed by Xunatar!  Inky darkness fills the canals, lapping up the sides of the gondolas.  The many walls of the academy are shrouded in darkness, consumed by the power of a god they don't even acknowledge exists.  Ready or not, Iria has been overtaken by nightmares and chaos!

Perditi Cemetery has been claimed by Naota!  A beautiful dawn spreads through the rings of the cemetery; bathing them in a light not experienced for quite some time.  The usual restless dead find peace temporarily in their graves, as their loveliest memories wander through the cemetery in a dream like state.  For a short time, light and happiness has come to Perditi Cemetery!

The tenth area has been claimed by Xunatar, The King of Nightfall!
Baltil has been taken by Xunatar!  In this usually well handled city, if something can go wrong, for now it will go wrong, as chaos is striking through Baltil like angry lightning!  Darkness shrouds the city and nightmares slide down the ropes and pulleys, likewise the dragon is a more terrifying force to consider than usual. Baltil has fallen to chaos!
