I'll bite. Drae would have reason to try and keep the streets of Adeluna safe, at least safe enough for people to travel freely.

Hello there! If some character here, who loves Adeluna and it's citizens so much, that they'd fight for it? When the guards are not enough, a brave hero has to step in, isn't that right? My character plans to order his henchmen to assault the citizens and guards of Adeluna itself. Of course it'd be a very small attack, 10 thugs murdering people from inside the city. Who might be interested in defending it from them?
