Elenoir idly moves into the doorway, sliding upon the floor- it was more fun that way any way. She pauses near the edge of the tub, folding her delicate little feet beneath her as she tilts her head back," No one should feel lonely in such a pretty place, Rohan," she chirps faintly before focusing back upon him, she noticed the somewhat sad visage of the boy, her blonde brow furrowing sympathetically. Swaying slightly back and forth, she nods slightly," My mother, she likes to come here after being away for a long time. She gets hurt a lot, so the water helps."

Elenoir pauses before carefully placing her hand into the warm, swirling water- creating a tiny cup with her fingers and lifting her hand back out, she leans over and pours the water over the back of his head, ensuring it would not get into his eyes that way - offering a smile," Are you here with someone?"

"Elinoir… that's kinda pretty," Rohan replied as he watched her come to the door way and kneel down. Her platinum blonde curls reminded him of his cousin Yiva. He smiled weakly. "I'm Rohan," he introduced himself. He sighed and sank deeper into the water for a moment before he leveled himself back up and looked back at Elinoir.

"Are you going to stay in the door way? Or do you want to come in?" he asked her as he turned and looked at her. He motioned for her to come in. "You can stay if you want. I'm a little lonely in here all by myself," he said. He turned again and looked out into the steam filled room before his eyes. "I like the artwork in this room… it makes me feel like I am flying in the clouds," he said idly as he looked at the skyscape all around him. "Flying while swimming, I guess," he added after a moment. "Did you come with your family?" he asked Elinoir.

Pushing herself up unceremoniously, the little girl palmed her somewhat damp eyes and watched the water flee in small waves back to the little boy's pool. Rubbing her lower back with her hand, she slowly shifted into the midst of the doorway, folding her legs underneath the robe as she placed her hands in her lap. Pausing she tilted her head to one side, a veritable waterfall of platinum blonde curls spilling off her shoulder as she chirps faintly," Elenoir, my name is Elenoir-" she blinked at him, her young mind unconciously processing some look of distress in the boy,"- Whats yours?"

As she spoke, and watched him, her brow furrowed with some worry, some concern. He seemed so bored, and unhappy- maybe she could do something for him. Her mind unconciously flickers back to her mother- Mother wouldn't mind, she might even be happy Elenoir was helping a stranger. But then again, she had seen so many bad things from the way her eyes grew distant and teary when she spoke of the 'Old World' maybe… She would be upset?

Rohan was a little too focused on nothing to have noticed the girl coming up the hall behind him and wasn't paying a lot of attention when she slipped on the accumulated water build up on the floor. He wasn't shaken out of the fog he was in until he heard her call out to him, asking if he was ok. Rohan turned around slowly, his body still aching, but enough so that he could see though the open door and look out at the girl who had called out to him. She had to be about his age, and he guessed that she must have been a visitor to the bath house.

"Huh?" he asked her, not sure of what she had said.

He looked at her, and how she was on the floor and wondered why she was just sitting on the hallway floor when he noticed her slight sniffling and every so slightly bleary eyes.
"Why are you crying–oh, did you slip?" he asked her quickly when he saw the water on the floor around her. He lifted his hand out of the water of the bath and placed his hand on the cool white stone floor. The water around the girl recoiled away, fleeing back towards Rohan before it flowed back into his own pool.

"That's dangerous, I'm surprised they don't have people cleaning up the mess on the floor. Slipping on stone hurts," he commented, sounding a little tired. "What's your name?"

So pretty this place was, with its high ceilings and intricate paintings of gods, angels, humans and demons interacting- fighting or relaxing amongst the springs themselves, the little girl did not quite notice her mistake. The beautiful marble floor seemed particularly damp in this particularly steamy room that she hadn't noticed the puddles slowly gathering beneath her feet in greater and great quantity until…

" Eep-!"

Thud!

Little Elenoir slipped upon a particularly nasty puddle and fell rather hard upon her backside. Immediately she curled up in a bally and plopped upon her side, whimpering and holding her blazing butt in agony," Owieeeeee~" gulping back tears, she sniffled heavily a few times to regain her composure before noticing her rather prone state left the little girl peeking into the most beautiful room she had ever seen in her young life. Though small, A circular pool of ice-blue water belched white steam into the air, gathering at the  top of a dome-like ceiling painted akin to the dawn sky as if the young boy submerged rather melancholicly in the bath had his own, privatesunrise complete with clouds. Her young mind could only just begin processing the beautiful artwork that brough the walls and stained glass to life before she noticed the little boy more directly now. Immediately she forgot her throbbing behind upon noticing his pouty, furrowed brow. Though tears still quicered on the corners of her eyes, Ellie paused before asking with a slightly wrinkled nose," Whats wrong?" seeming genuinely concerned.

Rohan sat alone, soaking in his own private bath. He was pretty sure he had his own private floor with all the fuss that had been put up with his arrival. After what had happened… well, everyone insisted that the waters here were supposed to be therapeutic. He didn't understand what that word meant, but the members of the clergy who had escorted him to the bath house from the Tower at the center of the city said it would help him feel better. And he really wanted to feel better. He'd had a very close shave with an accidental overdose of Sanguine Tenebris, and though his Godmother's cursed blood had been purged from his system, he still suffered from some adverse effects. His eyes still looked sunken and red compared to normal and his otherwise tan complexion was still sickly pale with the black marking his veins.
"It's basically a poison." his father had said. "We'll need to raise his body temperature to expel it completely. The bath house in Abed could do it," he had said. Rohan didn't understand why, because they had a hotspring at home. He knew better than to argue though. He did wish that Iva or Hazel could have come with him though. He didn't want to be alone, but this is what had been ordered. He figured it was possibly still him being punished for disobeying and going to Adeluna where he had gotten hurt in the first place. With a heavy sigh, Rohan sank into the medicine infused hot water tried to relax, pushing some bubbles around.

Riding above the Blessed City of Abed from atop a rather high ridge above the city rested the ivory bathouse of Padmaja. The great marble basilica rising like a great, bleached ship from the surrounding city, steam curling above the ornate rooftops and dissolved into the crystalline blue sky. Great airships puttered above and around the city akin to barrel-chested geese of wood and flame.

The bathhouse itself was relatively empty but for several patrons relaxing by the beautifully carved pools of naturally heated spring water. Most notably, a woman and her young daughter settled in a corner of the largest pool, both with rather shockingly platinum blonde hair yet olive skin. The woman's arms rested upon the rim of the pool, covered in rather vicious and horrible scars as well as well as muscled thickly- her head tilting back as her eyes remained relaxed in a content manner- obviously a warrior of some exceptionally experienced degree.

Alas, as for her little daughter- the little girl's chin was nearly swallowed up by the steaming water even as she sat upon her knees upon the bench submerged beneath. The little girl looked utterly delicate, fair-skinned with long, white-blonde locks that swirled around her shoulders as she played with a small ring. They remained silent but for the little girl humming a quiet song, improvising it based upon the experimentally off-key high notes she occasionally decided to try. After several long minutes, the little girl looked to her elder.

" Momma."

The warrior looked up and offered a gentle smile, reaching out to cup some water and pour it over the little girl's head gently," Yes Ellie?"

" Can I go exploring?"

" Of course, baby, just don't leave the Bathhouse and remember what I taught you. Do you remember?"

" Mhm."

" What did I teach you, sweetie?"

" Uh-" she trails off, the little girl's bright green eyes flickering to the swirling water before flickering back to her mother,"-Aim low and run back."

" Ok, baby, you can go now," Gently ruffling the little girl's hair as she clambered out of the steaming pool, the child donned a white robe quickly, her long hair nearly reaching to her lower back as it clung to the child- yet she seemed unbothered by all this, leaving behind sodden footprints as she entered the large building. The soft soles of her feet squealed quietly upon the tiled floors as the little girl tilted her head up, admiring the cracked paintings of an ancient master artisan's hand that adorned the arcing ceilings… What a beautiful place, little Elenoir thought to herself. 'Beautiful' was definitely her favorite word.
