She nods, extremely tired from the night of memories she spent in the docks. Her mask was back on and shining brightly in the sun's early rays. She felt an odd comfort in the light, almost a presence beside her, pushing her further. "Let us go then… Wizard of the high."

Cijor stood up from his study looking at thw sun dial set into his window, Miri should be awake by now. He didnt kniw what to think of Miri, she reminded him of young Pocket.
He got his ingredients ready for a long distance teleportation.
He got to the docks to see the Elf sitting there.
He came up behind her and said,
"Well, Snowy one, lets go find your mysterious library."

"Drakes come in the night…. Family and friends are lost to the night…" She whispered and held her amulet tighter, reading the names carved in it's core. The she smiled as she looked to the moon again. "I hope you all can hear my love… I hope you can see my strength.. it's all for you.. The families… The citizens… Especially for you sis…." Before she hummed again she sung quietly, the next heavy storm hiding her position.
"Tis the gates of the kingdom, The throne of the king…
Tis the fate of the Maelstrom… That will us to sing.
We sit until dawn…. Like jewels in the snow…
But now we're gone… Yes, we're just a glow..
Soon we'll be of songs…. Legends and myths..
Soon we'll be strong… In the frozen mists…
For our hearts are here…. Stored in our sin..
And though we're not near… We still love our favorite kin…"
Miri about collapsed, her brother made the poem for him before he was shipped… A amulet… A poem.. and a promise to return…

"Very well Miri," The old man said with a sigh,
"But if you will not sleep, than the best thing you can do for yourself is at least dream. Let your mind open to the imagination that comes at night, dreams are powerful things, and they usually hold a key.
So sleep young one, we start out journey tomorrow."

And with that, Cijor vanished into a whips of blue light.

She stepped to the end of the dock and looked up, staring at the larger moon and humming gently. Tears swelled in her eyes as she looked as a large lit area of the moon, from a distance it looked like a small pile of glass in the summer sun but on clear nights when the moon is close to the world…. When the Mana collection was supposed to take place… The lights look like single small candles burning brightly. She then looked down, her hair creating silver snow. "I am sorry.. go rest.. I'll stay here for the night."
Miri held her amulet cuffed in her hands as she began humming again in the silvered hue of the night.

As the child woke up she still had a small bit of amnesia, so while Miri sat and read WearyEyes looked through some of his own books.
"Did you learn anything new from these books?" Was the first thing that was muttered for the first hour.
Cijor looked up, "Yes, but nothing to do with your library. That quest, I must say, I can only come along for the ride, you must figure out your own way"
He shivered, they had been outside sitting on the docks for a while now, and he had depleted a lot of magic to keep himself from freezing. "Miri, we should go. The night comes close and books await us at this library, but first… a good sleep."

Miri woke fully to a random bucket of water. She was now soaked again. For a few minutes she had trouble recalling what happened, even her name. After a few hours and a good deal of glaring silently at the books, she stood up and stretched. Her armor was just a giant chunk of ice covered leather at the time so she couldn't move well. "Did you learn anything new from these books?" She froze the lock on the bag shut and pulled her helmet off, her long flowing hair blew smoothly in the wind, her rosy cheeks stood out brightly against her pale ice covered skin, and her eyes gleamed against the sun's setting colors of orange and dark red. It's getting darker… Colder… Soon she'll have to find the library and deliver the books. She could feel the darkness pulling at her heart and mind.

Ah, recklessness kills, so his father always told him.
At least he knew now that "The Librarian" was Adraejen Porthyrius… interesting. He bent down and caster a simple healing spell to rejuvenate some mans, then started caring for her burns. Levitating the book into her sachel, he still heard the name still echoing around it.
Once he was quite sure she had woken up he went into a shop near by, walking up to the young lady sitting at the counter, he said "Girl, do you have any extra ice-water for your snow-beaded lily crop?"
The young farmer's girl looked at him and then said, slightly confused why someone would want cold water on such a frozen day, "Uh, yes, here you are," pulling an almost frozen water bucket from outside.
WearyEyes headed back outside with his water…
"Well, young one, this should help," he said as he was about to pour the entire bucket on her head.

She grabbed the book and pulled her glove off, touching the seal as massive amounts of dark energy bolt through her, she let out a faint whimper as the seal revealed the name "Adraejen Porthyrius" under the seal. She collapsed, her Mana depleted in seconds to ward against curses made by what seemed like a higher power. The skin on her hand was blackened with burns and she laid unconscious in a flurry.

Ah, that is where the magic was coming from, not her stability but the stability of the book. He knew the book of course, such a book could never have slipped past his dreams. He made sure not to touch it. Levitating it a few feet from him he inspected the seal.
"Ah, The library owner likes to hide his true name, I know him as Dewyen but he usually goes by "The Librarian," a little to dramatic for my taste. If you do want to visit him I can accompany you."

She shook his hand and gently released, making sure as to not pull him into the sub zero flurry. "You seem to catch on quick.. using spells to respect other races biological barriers is an extremely rare and valuable lesson. I have never been out of the castle, the royal guard kept me from leaving the safety of the inner walls. I would like to see more of this city… But… A tragedy has befallen my father's… Well my… Kingdom. I was told to seek aid from the owner of the library with this seal here…" She quickly pulls a book out, the snow around it turning black and heavy, the book had thousands of curses on it and two more were tucked in her bag, each changing the snow color and cursed, the symbol of the god of wisdom rested at the top of each book's spine. "Don't get too close… Direct skin contact can kill someone instantly… Opening them is impossible right now."

Cijor, still wary as not to raise her heart rate or do anything that could spiral her, took her hand.
"Hello young Miri, I am Cijor, my friends call me WearyEyes."

He cast a spell of cooling on his own hand before taking hers. He had figured out that she was like that of fire spawn, could not stand the opposite element.

(RL Note: It's okay, I know what you meant… Was priceless coming from an old elf.)
"My Mana isn't… I mean… I'm a little warm but that's from the sun. Either way, call me Miri. It's nice to meet another mage who's seen plenty of magic." She held out her hand and tilted her head. Her eyes were bright but still shrouded with tears and sorrow. Massive amounts of Mana pulsed through her aura as she moved out of the flurries, her Mana usage went up to keep her cool and yet the flurries seemed natural, not Mana bound like summoned flurries.

"Mana was… ah overflowing you could say"

(RL NOTE: Sorry about that, typing on my phone)

"Ha, don't be scared for your belongings, girl" the old wizard said with a heartfelt smile "And by stable I meant that you looked as though your mama was… ah… overflowing you could say."

"st-stable?" She had no clue what the stranger was referring to, her steps left small turfs of ice as she shifted to face him. She looked through her mask, eyes glowing faintly with ancient knowledge and fairly large amounts of confusion and terror. "I am as stable as you are. I mean… I haven't fallen over." She pulled her bag closer and froze the lock, sealing it off from all forms of alterations. She was uncertain why he asked such a strange question but she couldn't help notice his knowledge and thirst for more knowledge. He was fairly old and extremely smart… But different from her own variation of wizards from Luna Kingdom. "Nice weather we are having." She smiled and spoke lightly, playing with snowflakes.

Cijor walked up the docks, reciting an old script he was memorizing. Hopefully, if he played his cards right, he would know about the storms brewing below the city.
He had worn his fighting clothes today, some light protection spells for sneak attacks… all the usual. Cijor had learned a long time ago that you could never be too careful, especially in a city. He suddenly felt a slight bit chilly, it was cold up here no doubt, but something had changed. He knew this kind of magic, it was passive, no doubt, and definitely came from an Elf, this much Cijor was certain of, the man was far too… audacious for any other race. Something he was not sure of was the type of passive spell it could be, nothing had ever made him feel like this before. "Oh well," He said to himself, "Somethings don't need finding out" and went back to his chanting "Ohm-Mahni-Peni-Ohm, Ohm-Mani-Peni-Ohm"

Cijor walked up the docks of the flying city further, then saw a light glowing from a young girl, sixteen he guessed, dressed in snow white clothing. Old WearyEyes decided to approach the young girl,
"Hello Miss, Are you stable?" Realizing what he had just said, "Oh, Pardon me, what I meant was, you seem to be glowing, people don't usually glow."

The appearance of a Luna snow elf, small and unkown mostly, but dreaded by race of the land outside the mountains. Between the supposed curse that turns their blood to ice, the prophecy of heavy spells and long winter's where one resides, and the unusual eyes and frosty breath, they are known as winter's servants. Little is known about these proud ancient snow elves and their unique powers, no wars or trades outside the kingdom were ever made… Now a great storm blows through from the heavy avalanches, stirring up blizzards and flurries far below the flying city. One stranger, covered in light, thin white leather armor steps onto the city docks. Her entirely snow white armor covering her body and preventing identification, even though the armor is on her, it's obvious that it's too thin to provide any physical protection. She walks quietly, noticed by only a few as her suit leaves frost where she touches.
