The crescents are primarily used in the shops. You can use them in your RPs, but you won't "spend" any if you buy a drink at the tavern in a post. Your silver or gold total is only ever reduced when buying from the shop. Make sense?

So I was wondering if the silver and gold that we earn to buy stuff from the shops, is that the in-game currency as well? So would we use it to rp buying a room at an inn or transportation in the game?
