I've also got this problem and putting the underscore between the first and last name didn't seem to help either :,( I'm not sure how to get around this?

Have you tried replacing the spaces in the name with an _ that's how Britt was able to send me the custom item.

I think I can't PM accounts with spaces in their names. Using this account, I have successfully PMed Pyzis and Celyna, but when I try to PM Bryn yr Gwyn or my alt, Gaius Anseriph, it gave me the error: "Some usernames are unknown or no longer active." I only mention the names in case there's some other commonality I'm not seeing. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
