Are the terms inclusive of deity temples or plot elements such as NPCs created prior to assignment of the position? 

I ask in reference to some of my character's lore such as the mountain city Peaceguard or Obelisk, his lord of destruction. Figure I may as well ask in the event I get a position eventually.
