Mel has it right, I'd suggest Earth since it's long been associated with poisons.  Then just have Poison as well.

If a single item/spell, then I'd go with invoke elemental spells. It's the closest to what you're looking for I think, summoning poisonous frogs that go splat.

So I had wonder if a particular spell could be replicated on Rev, but, for once, I'm stumped on anything I would use. The spell is a summoning spell for poison elementals in the shape of toads that explode into a caustic ooze after tackling opponents. Anyone have any ideas on how one would even come close to replicating that spell or if it's even possible?
