The time is almost here for us to have guilds, which depend heavily on Telly’s availability status to code for us! So because we’re getting closer to having them I wanted to run down what we’re going to do for guilds.

Guilds are going to be run on “Guild Points” they have a name but we are going to get to that in a few. For now, all you need to know about GP is that it can be gotten by anyone even those not in a guild. GP will be used to start a guild and to buy upgrades for a guild.

Guild Masters will have their own fancy colored title HOWEVER guilds will have to be active and will be checked. They will have to pay an upkeep fee so that we know they are active. The upkeep fee won’t be high but just enough so that we know who is active and who is not. They will get their own forum in the staff command center so they can plot guild events and give us suggestions for guilds. They will be unofficial staff almost or spokespeople for Guilds.

GP can also be pooled like regular currency. Which means it can be bought and traded. This means the more people you have in your guild the more easier it will be to upgrade and to maintain upkeep.

Gods cannot be guild masters. You can be in guilds but we made the decisions way back when we started Rev that Gods are forbidden from being Guild Leaders. This means if you have a guild and you become a god you must give responsibilities to an alt of yours or another person you trust.

Starting a guild will cost GP and buying a guild hall will have GP too.

The store for guilds will only be accessible by those holding the rank of Guild Master.

GP can be gotten from events, quests from gods, and quests from the NPC guilds. GP will be able to be earned by posting in the NPC guildhalls and in guildhalls once they are made.
