I've created a new user welcome page! This where all new people will be redirected to upon completing their registration. I'm also gonna have it linked on the side for people who need their accounts manually activated. This way everyone can get to see it and we won't have the problem of the people who need manual activation asking for the starter pack page (and me having to dig it up).

This still won't solve the starter page not working for some (I'll have to manually add in those items for you)
