Cedric looked around at the cavern they were in, he looked for an exit, but failed to do so.

"Waiting on that portal spell you have" Cedric said to Pick.

"If only we had a dragonslayer friend" 

Cedric walked toward a dark spot in the ground, it broke to pieces and a large dragon serpent emerged out of the hole, but it seemed friendly…

"Hi?" Cedric said to the dragon

"G'day" said the dragon "What are you gentlemen doing down here?"

"We're a bit trapped here, we sunk down the floor and we appeared here!" Cedric replied.

"He's an old man I wronged. He's more powerful than he looks though." Pick looked around, "but again he is old." He looked around the cavern they had fallen in. Then looked up to the hole they had fallen through.  

"I can open a portal to get us back up there." He said opening his spellbook, "no garuntee it will be in one piece though." He smiled, "I've never used this spell."

"Who's this Drysl person? I've heard his name but don't know anything about him. Is he really powerful?" Alistar asks, wanting to know more about who they are trying to save.

Cedric stood up and tried to find an exit

"What was that?" Cedric asked the two.

"Anyhow, we need to find Drysl"

Pick stood quickly and dusted himself off.

"I'm good!" He said checking his body for injuries. He looked around the dark carvern, "looks like we've got no other option, but to keep on going." Pleased with the lack of serious injury on his person he continued forward.

Regardless of who followed after, Tea took the lead, he had traveled this mountains before. As he kept travelling he realized more and more the area was becoming less familiar. He looked to see how close they're were to the ruin, but it seemed progress was little and the sun was setting. Tea wasn't too concerned though, the mountains were nothing like the plains at night. 

"We should camp up right now, better to get this down early." Tea stated, if they travel at night, they'll only get lost.

The night descended as soon Tea finally lit a fire, bedrolls were set and a hollow log laid near the fire as a seat. Before everyone was comfortable by the fire, the ground seemed to sink. Tea was confused and before he could say something, the ground collapsed with darkness to swallow everything above it. Tea hit the ground hard, then dirt and the fire scatter across the new level. The few pieces of burning wood revealed the area. They were in a ruin, and deeper part of it, Tea looked up to see the now dim light of the moon.

"Is everyone alright?!" Tea asked hoping now one was gravely wounded.

"Yes, we're going to sneak, and scared or not we're going." Tea said as he kept walking, "I'll guide us up there, if you follow or not, I don't care."

"Good thing we're just sneaking in and not actually fighting them." Pick said a little annoyed, "pull yourself together. You don't have to help if you don't want. Just point us in the right direction if you know it." He then went back to studying his spell book.

"Nuuuuuuuuu! Not the fire-beast!" Alistar hides behind a tree. "They started burning things and causing mayhem! The fire-beast are cruel!"

Tea looked confused by all of this, "You know what, I'm not gonna ask how you two know each other, or the 'Harbinger' thing." Tea turned to Alistar, "My name is Tea, no last name either, 'case you ask." Tea wanted to get going, introductions were only wasting more time.

Tea scooped up higher in the mountain, he then saw a considerably larger ruin, "Look, there by the summit of that mountain, that looks pretty big, maybe they're there." Tea started walking toward the ruin.

Pick shrugged and shook hands with the stranger. It wasn't the strangest thing he'd experienced in his life. 

"Name's Pick. Don't have a last name." He flashed friendly smile, "have any idea where dragons might be around here? Cedric's right we have to save our friend Drysl."

Alistar lands next to Pick. "I'm Alistar Evee! Great to meet ya!" Alistar sticks out his hand for Pick to shake.

"Well, meet Alistar. He used to be the guard at the mansion I did something to." Cedric looked up on Alistar.

"Yeah, Pick here did a wrong move and now, our elderly friend has been kidnapped by dragons, good riddance, man! We're harbringers of doom!" Cedric said, looking around

Cedric also picked up something back in Adeluna, he made a stone levitate!

Tea was at a state of confusion, suddenly they find Cedric, then some strange person is just above them. He turned to Pick, "I don't get this world anymore." Tea stated.

"The hell is this?" Asked Pick. He turned to Cedric, "You know this guy?" The elf was curious about what kept this mysterious man afloat. "Who are you?" He asked.

"Helloooooooooooooo." Alistar says, floating above the three. "It's great to see you again Cedric, But I do wonder, what are three men doing adventuring around here? This place usually isn't very fond of strangers." Alistar smiles innocently. "You should really be careful what you do out here too, one wrong move and it may be lights out for any of you!" Alistar giggles childishly. "I'll help you again Cedric, if you want me to!"

Pick blinked. Surprised.

"You mean you jumped in the river after after us?"

He thought a moment and then shrugged it off. 

"Sorry about that, we thought you were still here in the mountains. You okay?" He asked a little worried about drippong wet man.

Cedric appeared out of nowhere, he was tired, wet and he was out of breath.

"Where have you guys been?!" Cedric asked the two.

"I lost track of you guys back in Adeluna!"

Cedric put his hands on his knees as he tried to catch his breath.

"I have not ran that far in all my life" Cedric said.

Pick rolled his eyes. As he practiced the somatic portion of his favorite spells. Committing them to muscle memory. The less he had to rely on the spellbook the better. the wizard from before seemed to have them all memorized.

He was enthralled with using magic and contemplating making his own scrolls. He knew nothing about infusing parchment with custom spells, so he just listed off a number of incantations he would make. He'd
Bring it up whenever he felt the conversation being to naturally lull, but ventually stopped after he sensed Tea was probably tired of hearing his proposed "magic hand" spell.

Tea felt uncomfortable about being near the ruins, ever sense the last time. "Well, dragons typically live in higher elevations, we're still pretty low for these mountains." Tea was telling all he knew about dragons, this was something way out of his league.

Tea did remember old myths about the ruins, "Let's not travel too deep into the ruins, they dig down too, so we might even be walking on some collapsible floors." He warned Pick.

Pick was studying his spellbook as he and Tea made their way through the Ancense Mountains. They were looking for their captured friend Drysl. They walked through ruins and poked around caves, but to no avail, and Pick grew impatient,

"Where could four dragons even hide anyway?" He asked exasperated.
