The dreary weather it seemed was keeping the market place from being as busy as it normally was. Rain had soaked the ground that night and now this morning it was muggy and wet with the threat of more rain hanging over the area. But the lack of a huge crowd meant that the stall owners didn’t have as many customers so they sometimes more willing to give better deals.

”So, if I pay extra you’ll have everything shipped out to the Fort as soon as possible and under guard?”

”Yes, sir. Unless your Lord sends his own guards to help keep the cargo safe that is the deal.”

”Well, I can’t speak for Lokir himself, but we do need that iron ore shipment. Ok, you have a deal. I’ll give you the extra for the guards, and should Lokir want to send some of his own men he will, but we won’t ask for a refund. Call it extra insurance on our part.” The tall young man replied while holding out his hand.

”Deal. What was your name again?” The dealer agreed and they shook hand on the deal.

”Tyler.” Lokir replied with a grin and a nod as he handed the ore dealer a bag of silver in the agreed upon amount. He waited for it to be counted before taking his leave.

Lokir was holding back his Divine aura, and had change his appearance so that he looked totally different than normal. Brown hair instead of grey, a slighter build than his normal well built self, he had shaved his heard off and was wearing plain clothing to blend in with everyone else. He had decided to get away from the Fort for a day, alone. Basse knew what was doing but had stayed at the Fort for now. He had wanted to procure some needed supplies for the Fort, such as the iron ore shipment he had just purchased, on his own time to give some of his people time off.

Since the invasion by the insects Lokir and his people had noticed a marked increase in the amount of people who wanted training to defend themselves. That was great news, but it also meant that they were burning through supplies at an increased rate compared to before the war. So Lokir had ordered more and more supplies ranging from simple every day items and food, to material to create weapons and armour.

As he left the ore trader Lokir decided to get something to eat. He found a food vendor selling seasoned roasted chicken and ale. Perfect! He bought a small chicken and a mug of ale and found a place to stand to eat while he watched the crowd, but he had to turn his back now and then to eat.
