The mid morning sun warmed the clean air of Adeluna. The throngs of individual citizens had already begun marching around the particular shopping district that Serci was visiting. While Serci was the mother's champion, he was also an Adelunaian noble, a fact he was starting to forget. This particular day, Serci choose to shy away from the duties and responsibilities that he possessed in Eylisa. Angela, through their shared bond, was in an easy mood, even despite Serci's absence. Taking the chance for a day to his self, he left the temple and decided to focus on his life as an Adelunain citizen. His feet merged into the crowd with ease as he made his way towards a certain auction. Exotic animals were a commodity in higher establishments. A show of money and connections was a demonstration of power, after all. Serci had no intentions of participating, as his life as champion kept him too busy for an animal, but there was no harm in attending to shake hands and continue the relationships his mother and father made.
Or so he thought. An aura hung in the corner of his vision as shook hands with various nobles. A sense of power so thick, it caused the hairs on his arm to stand up. The presence was only more prominent as he stepped foot into the auction building. The auction hall was alive the buzz of hundreds conversations bleeding into one incoherent mess, yet small murmus of a child swam through his pale ears. Distracted completely, Serci excused his self from a crowd of supporters of his family to search for this unknown anomaly. In truth, sweat began to from on the back of his neck. What sort of being could be so powerful to un-nerve Serci. Brushing a strand of long, golden, silky smooth hair away from his eyes, he headed towards a side exit. Navigating the cobblestone alleys, concentrating on the imaginary pull to lead him, Serci felt his stomach churn as the being let loose a spell.
Following a sixth sense, Serci came to a door that was ajar. Inside, the magical aura that disturbed him crashed into him like waves. Whatever was inside was a powerful creature beyond comprehension. Whether it was not yet unlocked potential or magical prowess to a powerful degree, Serci stepped inside with caution, keeping close to walls and shadows until his jaw dropped slack. Up ahead was a fox eared small child, a trail of water in the air flowing from a barrel to her finger. Serci watched silently as the child, no more than seven years old began to heal a small pixie. Serci smiled, observing the child soothe the frightened pixie and awestruck as the pixie wings straitned and glowed with a healing magic. A small, silent chortle escaped him as he watched the small child laugh and play with the healed fairy.
Serci stood amazed, a powerful aura surrounded this small, seemingly innocent child. Was she even aware of her own power? Where were her parents? Serci recalled the auction to be child free. Did she sneak in? All worries aside, Serci thought it best to watch over the child. There were plenty that would take advantage of the child's power. Serci emerged from the the shadows and appeared infront of the door. A warm smile was painted on his feminine face as he cleared his throat. The child seemed alarmed, but luckily for him, Serci was great with children. He walked forward, kneeling infront of the fox eared child. As he spoke, he used a warm and gentle tone as he met the child's golden eyes with his own. "Hello, little one." He said calmly, a friendly smile on his face. He ducked his head as the happy pixie flew around the room. A soft chuckle escaped his mouth as he parted his ladylike lips. "Magic of that talent is difficult, even for me sometimes. Do you like to help those in need often?" He asked curiously. He nodded his head to the side, his blonde hair trailing his face. "Tell me, little one. Where are your parents?"
