Sweat dripped down the woman’s back as she fell down on the feather pillow. Her breathing slowed from the quick pace it was once. “That was fantastic.” The voice from behind her said as he laid back on the pillow beside her. Feeling him move, his arm was about to circle her when the dark haired woman grabbed his wrist. “You can go now.” She said while getting up from the bed and pulling her black silk robe over her shoulders. “Aw, don’t be like that, Sweetheart.” The man said while grabbing onto her wrist.

She was a blur as she turned to face him. Her hand gripping the man’s wrist. “Go now, or I’ll cut your throat.” Her nails grew and cut into his skin, and at the same moment, her eyes glowed red. “Okay!” He anxiously said as he pulled away. The man only took a moment to put on his pants before he hurried to the door. “Psycho bitch.” He muttered under his breath while grabbing the door handle. The stranger didn’t have a chance to turn the handle before Victoria’s hands were placed on either side of his head, and twisted.

His body dropped with a thud on the ground and she leaned over him. “Yes. I am.” Victoria said with a smirk. Turning away, the wolf demon headed into the washroom. The dark haired woman washed herself up from the sweat and got dressed.

Her corset top had small crystal white gems on the top, and was low cut. Her black overcoat was long in the back, button right below her breasts and had soft glitter in the fabric. Simple black pants and knee high 4 inch black boots finished her outfit. Her hair was up in a high ponytail with a knitted black headpiece.

Victoria smiled at herself in the mirror before leaving the room. She didn’t even bother to look down at the man beside the door as she exited her room.

Arri wasn’t a place to leave dead bodies, she loved coming to their fancy inn’s, but this time she wasn’t in the mood to care. She didn’t have to come back to this Inn, there was many others.

Before she was about to exit the Inn, someone called her name. “Miss. Silverstein, there was a note left for you early this morning.” Turning to face the girl at the desk, Victoria smiled. “Thank you.” She said while grabbing the envelope. With that, she left the Inn. “Hmm. Who is this note from?” Victoria asked aloud to herself as she stepped on the stone streets of Arri. “An Orphanage? In Adeluna?” Her curiosity spiked as she read the sender’s name.

Miss Silverstein,

The mother of Miss Priscilla has died. You are the only closest relative we are able to contact.
Please come to the city of Adeluna. Priscilla has special needs and needs someone to take care of her.

The Orphanage of Adeluna.

A sigh left the woman’s lips as she grumbled. Her nephew left her a kid and he was nowhere to be found. Her niece, Katerina, had been dead for so long, so it couldn’t be her.

“Damnit Will, leave me with your mess to clean up. I am not your mother.” Annoyance rose within the woman as she made her way to the nearest schryer she knew of in the city. The dark hair woman was on a mission to find out where her nephew was. They hadn’t seen each other in centuries, but she knew he was still alive. “Resilient.” She thought to herself as she pictured her nephew in her mind.

Finally reaching the large wooden door, she knocked. A dark beautiful man opened the door. “Hello, my dear! You looked particularly parched. Come in and sit down.” The man’s accent was a bit flamboyant as he spoke to her. Stepping back, he opened the door, before he could open it all the way she walked in with purpose. “I’m fine. I need you to find someone for me.” Turning to look at him, he was still holding the door open. “Oh honey, you don’t need any help in that department. You can have any man you like.” He smirked at his words as he closed the door.

Victoria didn’t smile at his jest, instead she narrowed her eyes. “My nephew, Clause” Was her last words before she left the entryway and walked into his living area. The dark man sighed and walked with her into the living area. He could tell she was on a warpath. From her tone of voice, he knew that the nephew annoyed her in some way.

Moving towards a large wooden amaw, he opened it. The contents of the cabinet were beautiful; crystals of all colors hung on the inside of the doors, and shelves full of herbs and larger crystals. His choice of the many contents were small hanging clear crystal and an old rolled up parchment. Turning, his eyes looked curious at the women who was sitting at the table.

“What did he do.” He asked as he sat down across from her. “Left me with his responsibility.” Victoria voice was stern as she thought about the letter in her pocket. “Well, now. Let’s find him.” With a wave of his hand, the roll of parchment laid out to reveal a map of Revaliir.

Hours later she was on her way to Adeluna with the location of the great niece and her nephew.

A roar echoed through the skies as the creature tore through the skies. His claws tore into the flesh of a man. His oldest son swung at the beast who was attacking his father. The other smaller boys ran off back to their village. “Leave him alone!!” The teenage boy hit at the gangly creature once more. Its black eyes shot to him and the head leaned sideways.

The dark stare of the creature caused the boy to step back and drop his makeshift weapon. “Dad…” He whispered before the beast slashed at the boy’s chest, causing him to fly back and hit a nearby tree.

“Now, that is enough.” The voice was like a father scolding his child. The creature growled as it looked up at the man who stood on top of a nearby rock. “Well, aren’t you an ugly bastard.” He said as he jumped from the rock and onto the muddy ground. “Hunnnttterrrr…” The creature hissed out as it stepped back to ready itself.

Alastair withdrew his sword from his sheath that was attached to his back. The creature’s eyes watched his every move then sprang at him. The wolf demon jumped back, moving out of the way of the long claws. “Damn. You filth.” He said as he slashed at the creature. A twisted scream echoed through the skies once more, this time it was the creature’s. It’s right hand no longer connected. “You should of stayed in your cave.” The hunter said as he dodged the creature’s attacks. Seeing his opening, the man turned and slashed off the head of the creature.

Yellow eyes turned to look at the man on the ground. His throat was slashed and the life in his eyes was gone. “Fucking Hell.” Alastair sighed as his eyes turned to the boy laying on the ground on a nearby tree. He was alive, barely. Sheathing his sword, the hunter made his way towards the fallen boy; the man had to get him help. In an instant, the boy was in the hunter’s arms and was moving through the forest.

“Dad…” The boy said softly, his eyes half opening. “Where are you from, kid?” Alastair didn’t want to share the bad news yet. The boy needed help. “South….” Was the last thing the boy said before he was out of consciousness. “South it is.” Turning, the hunter headed in the direction towards the boy’s home.

It wasn’t long before the two entered the village. A woman cried out seeing the boy. “My son!” She called as she ran over to them. “I thought they were dead!” Her hands circled his pale face. “He needs a healer. I stopped the bleeding as best I could.” Alastair said then followed the woman into her home. “Lay him here! Joey! fetch the healer!” Her eyes never left her son’s face as the hunter laid him onto the kitchen table. The small boy he saw before had ran out of the hut.

Stepping away, the hunter crossed his arms. If only he was a few seconds earlier, then that boy wouldn’t have been hurt. The thought echoed in his mind. He hated when kids got hurt. Hated that they were even in danger. That was why he taught his boys everything he knew.

Hours passed before the boy was out of his critical state, his mother was crying as she said her thanks to Alastair. Crying because she was thankful, but also mourning the death of her husband. “Take care.” He said with a frown before he walked out of the house.

When he left the house, the smell hit his nose; he was downwind from the nearby road. “Vikki?” He said aloud and then the smell was gone. Whistling, a horse came up to him. “Hey boy. Time to find a long lost sister.” Climbing onto his steed, he clicked his tongue, then ran off into the woods.

Alastair hadn’t seen his sister in many centuries. He tried to keep his distance, and his sister let him. She reminded him of the love he lost, but now it was time to move on.

It took almost two days before she reached Adeluna. Victoria sighed as she jumped off the horse and walked into the nearest inn. The wolf demon didn’t care that it wasn’t high end like she liked staying in. It was something for now. Walking up to the barkeep, she flashed him a smile. “Hello good sir. I need your best room for the night please and a hearty meal.” She asked as she took a seat at the bar.

The gentlemen eyed her for a moment. He took in her fancy clothes and jewels. “Folk like you don’t venture in here that often.” Kyle, the barkeep, said as he cleaned a mug. “I hope it’s all to your liking, ma’am.” He said with a smirk as he handed her a set of keys. “Honeymoon sweet.”

Victoria nodded as she pocketed the keys. “It will. Don’t worry. And I’ll pay handsomely.” She threw coins down on the wooden bar. It was at least fifty silver. The man’s eyes widen as he took the silver and thanked her. “I’ll get your food right away.” Before he ran off, he set a mug of ale before her then turned and walked to the back of the bar.

A sigh of relief left her, she wasn’t sure how she would be treated. Victoria really didn’t care, she had the money. She didn’t want any trouble. If the guard found out what she was, she would be thrown in a jail cell. They didn’t like her kind in this town; normal folk is what they liked around. Victoria leaned back in her chair and looked out the window. The people that crowded the streets were nothing liked her. Yes, many monsters were hidden behind their fake faces, but most were human.

Hearing the sound of laughter, she looked down into her mug; it was a child’s laugh. One thing she could never have. She had grown used to that fact, but it would get under her skin sometimes. Losing a child would always hurt.

Downing the mug in her hands, she gasped for air as she slammed it down. “Whoa missy, would you like another round?” Kyle returned with the food and sat her down in front of her; corn on the cob, mash potatoes, and beef. “Yes, and thank you for your hospitality.” She said with a smile and began to eat.

The crowded streets soon died down with the sun and as the moon came out, the bar became more busy.

It wasn’t long before the men of the tavern noticed her. The silk and velvet she wore drew them to her. One by one, she turned them down. She didn’t want a man to be that drunk. One after another, they all walked away defeated; that’s if they could walk.

Taking another sip of her ale, her eyes caught sight of someone. A man at the end of the bar was eyeing her; a cigarette at his lips. When her brown eyes caught his green, he down his drink then made his way to her. Sitting down next to her, he waved his hand towards the barkeep; signaling two with his fingers. The barkeep nodded and poured two small cups with liquor.

“What is a lass like you doing in a place like this?” He asked as the barkeep set down the shots. His striking blue eyes looked at her, making her wonder about him. “It was the first place I could stop and rest.” That was the simplest answer Victoria could give. “I’m Calder.” He said as he grabbed his glass. Grabbing the glass, she held up her hand. “Victoria…Cheers, to meeting new people.” She said with a smile. Their classes clinked as they smiled at each other.

As the night went on, the two ended up in her room. Their lips didn’t leave each other’s as they made their way through the door. Calder’s hands roamed her body as he kicked the door shut. Before he knew it, the wolf demon pushed him onto the bed and crawled on top of him. They’re clothes were soon off and they were rolling around in the sheets….

The morning came early, and Victoria winced at the sunlight pouring through the window. A sigh left her as she stood from the bed. She expected the man to still be there, but he was gone. “Good.” She was relieved; Victoria didn’t do well with morning afters.

Having a maid draw a bath for her, Victoria sat down in the warm water. She had to pay a pretty penny for the flower petals in her bath; Jasmine, orange flower, orchids and rose petals. This was why it took the maid longer to draw her bath, for she had to run to the markets to get them. The maid did receive a great tip for the trouble.

An hour passed before she got out of the bath and dressed in the clean pressed clothes laid on her bed. She left her hair down this time and her curls fell around her shoulders. She pinned her black hat to her hair, that had black jems around the brine and a soft note of glitter. She slipped on her black leather pants and black four inch heels. Slipping over her naked shoulders was a black silk shirt that was tucked in. On top of that was her purple overcoat with black velvet leaves scattered all over it besides the black collar. Next was her makeup, black shadow with black eyeliner and lipstick; the shade a dark shade of purple.

Finally finishing getting dressed, she grabbed her bag and threw it over her shoulder. It was time to pick up the little girl. Heading down the hallway towards the stairs. A scent hit her nose she hadn't smelt in a long time. The sound of her heels stopped at the top of the stairs. “Alastair…” She whispered aloud before straightening her shoulders, and heading down.

Her posture was perfect as she reached the bottom of the stairs. She didn’t look at Caler who was sitting at the bar once more. His eyes did come up to look her up and down.

There he was, her brother, sitting by the lit fireplace. He didn’t move to look at her as she made her way towards him. Victoria was silent as she took her seat in the opposite chair and dropped her bag beside her. “It's been too long, brother.” She said as her eyes moved to meet his.

It had been centuries since she had seen him. He seemed to aged a bit more since the last time she saw him. He looked as if he was in his forties, while she stayed around her thirties. “You grew your beard out? It suits you.” She smiled at him this time. For a moment she didn’t think he would, but he surprised her. Like he always did.

The wolf demon held the reigns of his horse tight. Rin, his dark brown horse, neighed. He kept his pace steady but fast. Being a horse that was used to traveling; she could travel for miles without needing a break. After almost a day, the hunter stopped his horse. She needed a drink and to rest her muscles. The sun was falling behind the hills and the darkness was creeping over the land.

The two of them had stopped just outside Adeluna. He wanted to run in and find his sister but he needed to rest his horse. No matter how tough many thought he was, the hunter cared for people and his horse.

Patting the horse’s neck as he drank from the stream. Alastair watched as the sun was starting to disappear. “I’ll get some firewood.” He gave the horse one last pat before he ventured off to look for wood.

After a few minutes of looking, he had gathered an arm full. When he turned, he took a knee and started to stack the wood; the extras were put to the side. Finishing, the hunter grabbed the nearest rocks and lit the fire. His fire was lit just in time as the moon rose in the sky. The darkness around him was soothing. There wasn’t a monster around or bandits. “Time for some rest.” He said aloud, mostly to his horse.

Alastair grabbed his supplies from his horse and made his makeshift bed. Laying down, he set his weapons beside him and laid down. He didn’t fall fast asleep when he closed his eyes but listen to the sounds of the area around him; mostly crickets and the occasional owl whoo. Some time passed before darkness finally took him.

He learned many years ago not to fully sleep. The saying ‘sleep with one eye open’ always applied to him. He was surprised he almost had a full seven hours of sleep. Usually, he didn’t get that much while sleeping outside. That night when the sun was going to rise in only a few hours, the hunter was woken by a twig breaking. Alastair didn’t open his eyes just yet. He listened; to the breathing, to the footsteps crunching in the dirt, and to the heartbeat that was quickened. The hunter waited for the unknown person to move closer. As soon as, the person was just about right next to him, Alastair opened his eyes and looked at his thief. “Get out of here, kid.” The boy gasped and fell back. He was in mid reach for the hunters sword. While the hunter started to sit up, the boy started to move back, tripping as he tried to start to run. He caught himself the ground then regained his senses. In a moment, he was gone.

This made the hunter laugh. “Kids..” Alastair said while he shook his head. Standing, the wolf demon gathered his things and left the smoldering fire behind.

The sun was still about two hours off from raising. He made his way through the city till he caught her scent. It wasn’t long before he stopped in front of an Inn close to the city gates. His eyes looked up at the structure of the Inn. “The Winking Mermaid….Not your style, Sister…What has gotten into you..” Alastair almost shook his head at that, instead, he jumped off his horse and tied him to the hitch.

Gathering up his courage, the wolf demon walked up the steps of the inn and entered. He found a cozy spot in front of the fireplace. Two couch like chairs with a small table in the in the middle beside them. As the hunter took in the warmth of the fire, a waitress came up beside him. She had been cleaning up the nights mess. “Good mornin’ What can I get you?” She stood there with a hand on her hip. His eyes looked up her body and to her low cut dress. He finally made it to her eyes and spoke, “Ale.” He said and turned his eyes to the fire again. With a nod, she was gone.

Then he waited with his eyes on the flames. The waitress would occasionally ask how he was doing, then get back to work. Silence filled the bar, the only sounds heard was the waitress cleaning and the occasional snore from the drunk at the bar. Just before the sun started to raise in the sky, a young man came down the stairs and sat at the bar. He had a small chat with the waitress before lighting up his cigarette. “Thank you for the smoke..,.” Alastair thought to himself; he could smell his sister all over the man. “She still hasn’t found someone?” The hunter thought as he took another sip of his ale.

Just when he started to think about the past, he heard the sound of heels coming down the stairs. The wolf demon didn’t turn to look at Victoria, or even call her name. She knew he was there, just as he knew she was walking over to him. It took a moment before she spoke to him. Taking her seat beside him and staring at him. His eyes continued to look at the fire. He didn’t say anything just yet. He wasn’t ignoring her, he continued to listen. The hunter wasn’t sure what he should say at first. Then she asked him a question.

Alastair’s eyes turned to look at her. “And you still look as beautiful as the last day I say you. Just like mother.” He smiled at bit after he spoke. She returned it. “You sure have been making the rounds.” The jest came with nod motioning over his shoulder. She would know that he was talking about the guy behind them. “Now sister, Why on earth are you in this hubble? It's not like you.” He looked over her then back up to her eyes. “What has you all tied up in a knot?” The wolf demon knew his sister too well. She was annoyed. Maybe the man tried to have too much? Wanted a date? Or to get to know her better? Even after everything they been through and how much hate they had toward each other, the two were still family. He was worried.

The words that came from her brother surprised her. She didn’t expect him to be…well, nice. A smile curved on her lips as he spoke of mother. It had been a long time since she had thought of her. Saying that she looked like their mother, warmed her heart. “Thanks, brother.” She said as she crossed her legs while setting her hands on the arms of the couch chair. When he gestured to the man behind them, she laughed a bit. “What is life without a little fun.” She stated. She was always one for fun; sex, drinks, lavish inns, and being mischievous. These made life interesting. As he continued to speak, her eyes shifted to the fire. Maybe he could help on this venture, and he didn’t know about the family he had still alive. It would be a sore topic, but she needed to speak. “Our nephew.. His responsibility landed on me…” She said while handing him a letter. “ Apparently, they couldn’t locate him.” A sigh came to her lips as she laid her head back. “I found his location from a friend. I am going to get her and take her to him…. Ugh that nephew of ours.”As she finally stood from her chair, she turned to look down at him. “Well, if you like you can acommany me.” With that, she headed out the door. She didn’t turn to say goodbye to Calder. When she reached the deck of the Inn, she stood there for a moment waiting for her brother. Smiling when she heard his footsteps come up behind her, she turned her head to look beside her. “Well. Let’s get going then.” She slipped her arm into his and then walked down the stone streets towards the orphanage They were quiet for the walk; both deep in thoughtThe past went through the mind of the woman. She remembered how her and Katherine, Wilhelm’s mother, were best friends. That was until both of Victoria’s brother’s fell for her friend. The wolf demon had to represent a sigh. Katherine was a wonderful person; so happy and full of life. Back in those days, Victoria was too. Victoria had to force the thoughts away as they walked up to the entrance of the orphanage. It wasn’t a flourishing one. The orphanage was connected to a row of stone buildings. They seemed run down and old. The once white stone walls were brown with dirt and sout. The windows seemed to be barely holding themselves together. The entrance was wet and muddy. “Okay… We get this girl out now! This is not a place to live.” Victoria said as she finished staring. This time she hurried in, but stopped at the door. It was also covered in dirt. “Here..” She heard her brother say before he opened the door for her. When they entered, a lady greeted them. She for a well kept dress, apparently she could sew. The lady was wiping her hands with her apron as she approached. “Hello there! How may I help you? My name is Jane.” Introducing herself, she held out her hand. Victoria looked down then back at her, unsure of what Jane was just touching. Victoria’s brother soon spoke, introducing them, he even reached out and shook her hand. “My name is Victoria Silverstein. and this is my brother, Alastair Silverstein. We are here to pick up our niece, Priscilla.” The young wolf demon put her hands together as she said this. Her eyes looking from the two rooms on either side. One a dining area with a wood table and chairs with a fireplace. The other room just had a sitting area. The lady nodded, “She is upstairs in her room. I do need to talk to you about her… Needs.” The lady of the orphanage looked down then held out her hand to the sitting area. Reluctantly, Victoria went and sat down. Her brother didn’t follow though, instead the older wolf demon headed upstairs.

The wolf grew silent as he turned from his sister to look at the fire. “Her son.” The words echoed in his mind. The first born of Katherine; his first love. He turned to watch his sister stand and say she was heading out. He thought that she would just be on her way. Instead he invited her to go with her.

Alastair loved his brother, but his brother married the woman he loved. He pushed the thoughts away; that was all in the past. Standing from his seat, the wolf grabbed his swords and re-strapped them to his back. “They are still family.” He thought to himself while heading out of the Inn. He stepped beside his sister and looked down at her. A small smile tugging on his lips as she smiled at him.

When she slipped her arm through his, he didn’t move away. He kept her arm there, like old times. Growing up in a Duke’s castle made his use to such customs. As they walked down the stone streets of Adeluna, the two were silent. The past entered Alastair's mind; Katherine smiling at him from across the room. It seemed like they were the only one’s there at the party. It was a party for his sister, Victoria. He had just met her and couldn’t take his eyes off the young elemental. Her blonde hair seemed to glow in the sunlight shining through the windows. Her blue crystal like eyes were on him. He needed to make a move now, but instead, it was his brother. “Damnit. If only I asked you to dance first…” The wolf thought along with his memories.

Victoria finally stopped in front of a rundown street corner. Her eyes on the building before them. A sign hung right over the front door, it read; “Adeluna Orphanage.” He didn’t say a word when his sister made the comment about the home. He did repress a sigh. This was how his sister was, she loved luxury. Their parents did dote on her since she was the only girl in the family.

When his sister looked down at the doorknob. “Here.” He said as he opened the door for her. His gloved hand turning the knob with ease. He wasn’t one to care for mud. As they made their way in, the wolf man bowed slightly to the woman who introduced herself. His sister was the one to speak first. “I’ll go see her.” He said and headed up the stairs.

As he walked up the stairs, the stairs creaked with every step. His hand came up and glided against the railing as he tried to feel who was in the house. He only felt his sister, the woman… and someone else?

He felt her as he reached the top of the stairs. He didn’t have to open every door to find her. He only had to walk down the hall to the last room. The door was ajar, before entering, he looked inside.

Far in the corner on a windowsill, sat a young girl. Her blonde shining hair was wrapped in a braided bun. Her blue eyes stared down at the notepad in her lap while her right hand drew furiously. As he looked at her, he noticed the fabric of her left sleeve pinned up against what used to be her elbow.. “She has arm under her elbow..” His thoughts concluded. This didn’t phase him. It didn’t matter to him because she looked just like someone he used to know. “She look like Katherine…” He thought then decided to push the door open softly.

Her eyes shot up to him as soon as he opened the door. Her hand stopped drawing as well. “Who are you?” She asked. Her voice was soft with an edge of annoyance He stepped into the room but didn’t walk any further in. “Alastair. I’m your great uncle.” He said out right. He didn’t want to jump around the bush.

Standing from her spot on the windowsill, she took a step toward him. “Priscilla Darling… My mother’s family has been dead for a long time… so you must be on my father’s side. He must be dead or doesn’t want a daughter.” She didn’t seem said when she said this, just a bit annoyed.

“He doesn’t even know about you. Your Aunt and I are going to take you to him.”
He said while he crossed his arms. Her eyes seemed surprised at his words but she turned away and looked out the window. “What if I don’t want to go?” She said as she picked up her notebook. “Then don’t. It is your choice.” He paused in his words as he started to turn away. “But do you want to stay here for the rest of your life? Or be with family?” With that, he walked out of the room and down the stairs; leaving her to her thoughts.

As he reached the bottom of the stairs, there was his sister. “Is she coming?” She asked while watching him. “I’ll get the horses ready.” Was all he said as he walked passed her. Stepping outside, he walked the short distance to the stables. When he returned to the orphanage, he had three horses.

Taking a seat on the couch, the lady followed and sat on the other end. Victoria didn’t want to assume anything. Instead, the wolf woman stayed quiet. “Wel… You see… How do I put this.” The lady stuttered at first. “Out with it woman.” Victoria was growing anxious and just needed to hear what was wrong with the child. “There was a terrible accident about six months ago. Before her mother passed. She lost part of her left arm..” The lady of the orphanage looked down at her hands in her lap. “She won't be like other girls…”

“Well, that will change.” Stated Victoria as she stood. “How? How on earth can she have a normal life?” The lady stood with Victoria. “And this is why you fail as a guardian.” Victoria had enough with the woman and turned to walk over to the stairs. The lady of the orphanage fell back into the chair in a slump.

When Victoria saw her brother and not the girl, she felt nervous. “Is she coming?” She asked as she watched him move past her. A sigh escaped her when he spoke. As she stared at the closed door, she felt as if she was defeated. She didn’t know why, this girl wasn’t anything to her. That was until she turned around as she heard the footsteps. Seeing the girl now, she saw her sister. “Hello.” The girl said as she walked down the stairs. “I’m Priscilla Darling.” Victoria was stunned for a moment unable to speak.

Finally getting her witts back, the wolf demon cleared her throat. “Victoria Silverstein. Your Aunt.” She left out the great part because she didn’t want to feel old. “Are you ready to start your new life?” Victoria said with a smile as she went to grab the girl’s suitcase, she held in one hand. The missing limb didn’t matter to Victoria, but she did want to help the girl. “I got it.” Priscilla moved the suitcase back when she spoke. “Your a strong girl, Priscilla. Don’t ever lose that.” Victoria smirked then turned and walked out the door. She was letting the child have a moment with her temporary guardian.

When the teenager finally joined her is when she saw her brother come around the corner with the horses. “We need to go to Endapano.” Victoria said as she climbed on her horse. “Is that where my father is?” The girl asked while getting on her own horse. The wolf brother tied her suitcase on the back of the saddle.

“No.. Just a stop before we get to your fathers.” The woman smiled over at the girl and then they were off, riding towards the docks.

Days passed and they were finally at Endapono. With a help of a friend of Alastair. The young girl received a magical prosthetic. Then it was off to her father's.
