Yurei took a calming breath to remind her that he couldn't hurt her and approached closer to where she thought he could see her and stopped. She had better night vision than most.

Heracles sensed a sort of foul play… certainly some trap of sorts. The oldest trick in the book! Send a young girl to distract you so the thief takes your stuff when your not watching. However Heracles was confident that even if it indeed a thieves dubious plan he could still handle the situation for all he knew this was just a harmless bum individual. "Show yourself Yurei!" Now that Heracles processed the name it sounded like name from Parvpora… he couldn't remember what kingdom exactly. Heracles didn't take his eyes from where he assumed Yurei was.

Yurei froze in place at his voice. She was tempted to run away now that he noticed her, but she refrained from doing so because she was already in this deep.

"Yurei." It wasn't her real name, and she doubt she'll ever remember it, but that's what many people called her when they saw her.

Heracles kept on eating, the food was great! Mainly because he had done a big job and got enough payment to buy a decent meal something that wasn't a piece of badly cooked meat and an over ripe apple which is what he usually had with the small money he usually managed to obtain. 

Suddenly Heracles felt a presence like something watching him… his eyes began to glint a yellow color much like a beast in the night which honestly he pretty much was. Heracles completely stopped and looked in the direction of Yurei and put his hand over his dagger, he wasn't sure what was there he assumed some stray cat… but Heracles was no fool he had seen wizards and druids polymorph and these alleys where usually full of strange people. Wizards looking for bodies to test spells on, Thieves after money, and who knows what else.

Heracles kept looking in Yurei's direction and squinted as his eyes adjusted, he could see someone was there dimly… life in the dark ruins of a castle allowed him to adapt better to see in the dark. "Who goes there?" Heracles asked calmly but coldly, his deep voice uninviting.

Hercacles roar startled Yurei making her fall onto her butt. She was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't notice him til he was right there. She scrambled towards the other side of the alleyway in fright expecting a wild animal to run through. Although she could'nt be touched she still felt it and the sensation  was weird.

When she finally noticed the stranger, she stared at him in wonder and fright. She had never seen someone as strange as he and it was a new experience for her.  After a moment of watching him eat, she crept closer when she realized he didn't notice her yet. She rarely ever got this close to people.  She was curious as to what he was eating.

The moons where on bright over the sky their light seeping in even into the darkest of alley ways. A large shadow of what seemed like a huge bear like creature was magnified onto the brick walls. It was no bear but rather a Bugbear a sort of cousin of the goblin who looked like a rather hairy orc. 
Heracles was said Bugbear he had his broad brim straw hat on and the scarf covering his face and in one hand carried a small leather bag and under his arm a long green bottle. Slowly he creeped into the dark alley way until he found a spot near a dumpster! There was a lot of junk like broken bottles and other sorts of trash thrown about, Heracles closed up to a crate on which there was cat licking it's paw. Heracles raised his hands and roared at the poor cat scarying it out of its mind the cat curved it's body up and it's fur stood up with a screech running off into the shadows.
Heracles cackled evily seeing the cat run away, he sat down and opened the bag revealing a large piece of mutton covered in cranberry sauces. Heracles' mouth was salivating, he removed his hat and slowly unraveled his scarf revealing his face, with his tusks and pronounced lower jaw. Heracles quickly open the leather bag and pulled out a small cloth that was wrapped around something, the smell of freshly cooked mutton began to fill the air as Heracles unwrapped the cloth. Heracles's mouth began to salivate as he looked at the large piece of mutton with some cranberry sauce and it didn't take long before he began to dig in. 
About half way through eating he needed a drink he was eating to fast and would surely choke if he didn't he opened the green bottle, a bottle of cider and chugged some down. Heracles was so busy eating he had not noticed there was a demon girl just five feet away from.

Yurei cautiously approached the sleeping cat hiding behind a dumpster. She has never been so close to one before and it piqued her interest. She vaguely remember her mother telling her that these small creatures never liked their kind (not that she could remember; she always assumed she was a ghost) but she didn't care. 

When she was in reaching distance, the cat suddenly woke. It hissed almost immediately and dashed away. Even though Yurei knew that it could never hurt her, she flinched back in case it took a swipe at her. 

Sighing dejectedly, she sat criss cross and began finger combing her long hair. She couldn't brush it because she lacked the capability of picking one up, and breaking off the hair was too much effort. Besides, maintaining her hair like this gave her something to do in the long nights.
