In Hobbiter Vallies, Hobbits dwell peacefully amongst each other, and wouldn't dare strike a fellow. But as of lately there as been a troublesome sore growing in the heat of the city, due to a mystical blade called "Soulage" its rumored to hold unbelievable powers, and if ever to fall into the wrong hands…it could be disastrous. The small little village is made up of various races, and they all are treated equally fair…seeing The Hobbits are a very kind and accepting race of creatures.

"A place where all is welcome, I doubt it." Vinsue thought to herself as she looked for the village. Seeing it she landed just out of site and turned to her human form. She was told that there was one place where the people would not look at her bounty and try to claim the reward so she had to see for it to believe it. She kept her hood up as she walked into the city as it was as she always did to keep her face hidden. She walled around tell she saw a tavern or an equivalent of one and went inside. 

She went to the bar and ordered the special. once she got the drink and meat that came with it she went to a corner seat and sat down. from her seat she had a good view of the place and by what she could see there was no wanted board. She grabbed the meat and took a bite. "Catfish" she thought with a smile for it had been a long time since she has gotten to eat any and even longer since she ate some that was fixed right. She than took a swaller of the beer which also had a nice flavor. if nothing happened to get her kicked out she would come to this place more often. 

To her the only thing missing was a few drunks singing some drunken song.
