SETTING
We are the Hook Fang Clan, a proud nomadic herd of Metallic Goblins. Our History though fractured shows the proud lineage of our people! STRONG! BRAVE! FEARLESS!
Wherever we marched Nature itself would cower in fear! We'd hunt the mightiest game, drink he finest wine and be fawned over by the most alluring beauties in the land. In the great planes that we'd call home we were the Apex predators. But now we are but lowly hunters.
The mighty warriors in that tale are no more. For we lost our pride….our HONOR!
We are now but subjects to these damned Apes! They took EVERYTHING that was ours!
Our Freedom, Our courage, Our Strength, all as dead as those fine warriors in those tales.
But the time will come when we will Take back our freedom!
When that time comes we will yank back our honor from their hands! Raise our banners! AND ROAM FREE ONCE AGAIN!

As Scrax listened to the ravings of the old seer his mind quickly went into a fog. These old stories of glory serve nothing more than to lessen the shame the clan feels on a daily basis. The apes he speak of are the true holders of the title Hook Fang you see, we only adopted the title after losing our own.
The story goes our Ancestors challenged The Hook Fangs and lost. And as war goes they took us as captives and the rest is history.
In all honesty Scrax and many other of the young Goblins do not believe anything the seer says. Just the rambling of some old Goblin with little time left in this world.
As the Seer kept going on and on, Scrax sneaks away and moves to the entrance of their tunnel and lets the fresh night air embrace his weary body, as a long day of hunting awaits him. After the clans enslavement by the real Hook Fangs we were merged with their hunting party. We bring them enough food and they might not eat our tribesman…..might.
Really no telling with them.
Though small and frail, Scrax is apart of the lucky few in our small tribe to inherit a trait. So Scrax doesn't have to worry about being eaten as long as he is useful.
Scrax now fully charged, runs into the forest to get a headstart on the hunters still listening to the old fool. Knowing him it should be another hour before he gets done. This should give him enough time if he be quick about it.
As said earlier Scrax has a trait but it means close to nothing with this weak frame he calls a body. The Apes take a majority of the food which leaves little to pass around, so most of the clan is in a precarious state. The old seers excuse is that they do this so that we don't grow strong, Scrax just belies they do this to torment us. But even in this state most of the tribe is better off than Scrax, he is the runt of the tribe. Without usig all of Scrax's trait abilities he'd have been long dead.
As scrax makes it to his hunting grounds and he gets into position.  He hides inside one of the bush's and waits.
Thirty minutes go by and he finally see's his quarry. A lone deer, disconnected from the herd.
Scrax gets low and calls upon one of his spirit, the spirit of one of the Ape archers who'd assault him during the hunt, The ape morphs shrinking into a small arrow.
From Fletching to tip the arrow glows with a ethereal energy which holds it aloft. Scrax with his weapon ready takes aim and FIRES.
The arrow soaring threw the air the wind whipping pass as Scrax wills the arrow to hit its mark before *shunk* the arrow hits the deer.
Unfortunately for scrax this did little damage to it.
