Aaren bit him lip and nodded slowing the flap of his wings, fully extending them as he lowers himself to the ground. The boys feet land on the ground and the amount of force behind his wings send him tumbling to the ground. Aaren sat up sitting back on his legs shaking his head from the landing and look to the older boy "was that supposed to happen?"

"Just stop flapping your wings and extend them to their full extent. Then you'll just kinda float down." Alistar instructs as he pulls his battle fan. "Now, you are going to have to deal with air resistance and other harsh air environments. Now, you are gonna have to keep flying, so I can make fist of wind for you to deal with." Alistar smiles innocently, preparing his fan.

Aaren nodded and followed Alistar to the ground but hovered over it his wings flapping gentle "H-how do I land?" He asked staring at the grass a few inches bellow

"It's fine, that rag can be cleaned easily." He said quietly, he began to float back down to the ground. "You should hurry back down here, there are a few more things you need to learn before you can fly freely." Alistar states, landing on the ground gracefully.

Aaren giggled at Alistar's face taking the rag "thank you" he said wiping his face with it smudging the dirt all over his face getting the rag dirty to. He frowned and held it back out the the older boy his cheeks flushed "sorry…I kinda got it dirty" He said the tears no longer flowing

"There is no need to be sorry! Emmie-chan just is very overprotective of me! She has always been there for me and doesn't really want me to know anyone else." Alistar sighs before pulling out some cloth from his bag. Floating back to the boy he holds out the rag with a bit of a blush. "Here, it'll make the tears go away." He says, sticking out his tougne a bit and winking.

Aaren stared at the bunny before if disappeared and flinched when it looked at him that way and he backed away "s-sorry" he whispered as it disappeared into the older boy's bag and  the younger looked down biting his lip wondering what he did wrong as these weird things called tears feel from his eyes

"No no, it's fine. I'm alright. This just happens sometimes. There is no need to worry." Alistar smiles before his plush bursts out of his bag, pushing the two apart. The bunny then bows towards Alistar and looks rudely at the boy before disappearing back in Alistar's bag.

Aaren nodded his head still against Alistar's then gasped and used his dirty sleeve to wipe the tears way and sniffled "your making my eyes water" He said not sure what was happening and wiped his own tears away dirt smudging his face. Aaren's cheeks then flushed using one of his sleeves to wipe Alistars eyes the other for his own.

Alistar opens his eyes and immediately sees the boy's face in front of his own. Blushing profusely, he looks at the boy and smiles. "T-these are called tears, they come out of the eyes when someone is feeling extremely sad, extremely happy, or when laughing." He says quietly as more tears start to flow. Why am I still doing this! I feel as though I should stop this Now, but I don't want to hurt the boy!

Aaren sighed nodding "I wish I knew more about my home too" he said looking at Alistar and frowned when he saw the tear from the older boy and subconsciously held the olders cheeks bringing his forehead to Alistar's "are you okay? your eyes leaked water" Aaren said/asked concerned for the boy in front of him

Alistar notices the blue wisps disappear. That is definitely not normal, but whatever. He sighs, "That's sad, I wish that you could tell me more about where you lived, cause with you being a half dragon it must have been a wonderful place." Alistar looks back at the boy and smiles a closed eyed smile. I wanna help this boy so much, but they said that if I interfere with something one more time they would have to exterminate me. I feel so bad having to break the trust this boy gives me. Alistar feels a tear run down his cheek and quickly wipes it away.

"It's beautiful isn't It? Reminds me of my life up in Heaven……….I do wish that I could go back a bit." Alistar looks towards the male and sees a wisp of blue. What was that? Hmmm. Alistar stared at the boy very intensively. Seeing more blue wisps. What could that possibly be?? Alistar wondered. He shrugged and flew up next to the boy. "Did you have a home? I mean before all this slave stuff?" Alistar asked, hoping to get to know more about the boy.

Aaren giggled and straightened his body zooming high into the sky stopped 5 almost 6 feet above Alistar gasping and looking around the tree tops seeing a massive lake in the distance. this hair fluting gently about his head as he turned around to see a mountain with this white powdery stuff on it a blue aura surrounded the young boy as he flew closer to the mountain, but the boy didn't seem to notice the strange aura

"Outstanding! You're a natural! Now, do you think you can go any higher? You need to be higher than the tree line if you wanna fly properly." Alistar states as the plush disappears back in his bag and he pulls out a parasol. Floating up above the tree line he places the parasol's handle on his shoulder, allowing it to lay upon his shoulder. He also pulls out a fan and starts to fan himself. "Phew! It is really hot up here! Luckily I bought these!" He says cheerfully. "Hurry up here and check out this view!"

Aaren crossed his arms over his chest thinking then nodded in agreement looking at Alistar then stared in amazement and curiously at the dance the plush and older boy where doing then stood following Alistars advice and soon was flying 3 feet in the air and Aaren  happily twirling around in the air looking down at the boy bellow "Look look! I did it!" Aaren shouted happily smiling for a moment forgetting about the dance

Alistar quietly stood in the opening of the cave, playing with his bunny plush and twirling around. He hums a little tune as he twirls and starts to dance with his plush. The plush grows until they are both doing a ballroom dance, with Alistar playing the female role and the plush playing the male. They both twirl around the boy as he struggles. "You gotta feel your wings, let them flow like another part of your body, don't force them. Let them submit to you willingly." Alistar says as he twirls around, his rags of clothes transforming into beautiful white robes.

Aaren nodded and stuck his tongue out the corner of his mouth flapping him wings lifting about 1 foot from the ground when he gave out and feel to the ground landing on him bum, the boy frowned and stood trying again only getting a few inches higher before falling again "how em I supposed to get that high?" Aaren asked himself

"Well, Angel wings sell for a fair price on the black market. So, as per being an angel, if I show my wings most people would want to take them." Alistar stared at the ground, clicking his feet together. "But nevermind that! So first, if you wanna fly you gotta get your wings to flap fast enough to hover at first. Like so." Alistar starts flapping his wings until he has hovered about 3 feet off the ground. "Now I want you to try to hold that for about 2 hours at where I was. Once you can do that we can continue to the next stage!" He said, winking and sticking his finger in the air, pointing towards the sky.

with childlike curiosity Aaren rubbed his nose against the fluffy white wings giggling as they tickled him then looked up at Alistar frowning "why would someone get the wrong idea of an angle?" he said/asked then puffed his cheeks nodding "yeah I'm ready" Aaren said pulling away from the angles wings a faint blush on his cheeks

The younger boy smiled happily unfolding his wings. The said wings cut little silts into the back of the shirt to free them as Aaren tilted him head to the side when you flapped them "how do you do that?" He asked in amazement walking up and reached out the touch Alistars wings

Aaren asked shyly looking at the grassy floor of the forest

I can't believe I have been missing this for almost 300 years!" Alistar cheered, causing his voice to echo all around.

Aaren nodded and looked down at his forgotten apple and looked at Alistar holding the apple out "do you want some?" He asked and turned him head to the side biting his lip thinking the angle was going to say no, but he still offered since Alistar was being so nice and answering all of Aarens questions as best he could

"Gardening is where you plant many different types of flowers and other things to look beautiful. Heaven is where all good people go after they die." Alistar explains. Making a few images appear in the boy's head. It showed of nicely placed gardens with statues of angels and trees with fruit and many flowers. It also showed Heaven with angels enjoying themselves on what looked like clouds.

Alistar cheers slightly. "Now where are my rooks, knights, and bishops? And my King is missing as well!" Alistar sighs. "Guess it can't be helped."

She was fine with the thing as long as it did not explode or do damage like wise. She turned and led the two back to the main den and sat down. "Aaren what i men earlier is that all my powers are blocked do to this thing." she said grabbing the neckless. it was not something she knew how to remove it but would not let the two try for fear of it taking their powers as well. 

"And with out my powers it is hard to fair well in a fight. I free salves and mess with pirates for a living and now that i have limited fight they are still after me and survive is a lot harder than it should be."

Vinsue had not moved from the fire as she did not need to. but after a bit she left her jar and approached the two. She had forgotten his earlier questions and stopped seeing the two. "I see you found a friend and i do not appreciate you throwing that in my cave." She said looking at the angel.

Alistar growls and grabs the object out of his bag. He fiddles with it a bit until it starts shrieking and growing hot. "Dammit! That took me a month to make! And it is all ruined!" He throws the gadget over into the darker part of the cave and quickly pulls the boy deeper into the cave. "Keep quiet and don't move." Alistar whispered as he stood there.

Aaren seemed to fold in on himself looking at his feet playing with his fingers "I don't know where I'm from and all I remember is the way my mom looked she was beautiful! she was a purplish white dragon and yes i'm really half dragon I also don't really have eating habits considering I was a slave just a few hours ago" He explained timidly  rubbing his arm shivering at the memories that surfaced

Aaren asked confused then looked behind himself seeing his wings we'rent folding and folded them up now standing at his real height of 4'11 "sorry to confuse you with my height!" He said waving his hands "when my wings are unfolded they make me seem taller than I really em" he explained then frowned "whats alcohol?"

"Yes, apples are mostly always sweet, but sometimes sour. Ale is the mix of a fruit and alcohol to make a sweet concoction!" Alistar said quickly before straightening himself. Looking up at the boy. "Wait a second, how old are You? And why is everyone taller than meeeeeeeeeee?" Alistar pouted slightly.

"Okay, the red fruit is called an apple. Most of the time humans eat it for nutrition. Sometimes the make ale out of it and drink it." Alistar said politely, trying not to sound rude. He swung his hand into his bag and pulled out a little bunny plush, hugging it tightly. He looks at what the boy is holding out to him and slowly follows his command and opens his mouth. "Awwwwwwww"

Aaren smiled taking the red fruit "thank you….but uh…what is it?" he asked never having seen an apple before now looking down at his bare feet lightly flushed and embarrassed. He then cleared his throat looking back up at the older boy  "ahh whats your name? Mine's Aaren" the younger said shyly rubbing the back of his neck "also eating is where you consume food like this" Aaren said walking back over to the jar of food grabbing a piece walking back to the older boy holding the food the the boys lips his own parted "awww" he said not noticing how childish he's being

Hmm, the younger boy was taller than him, grrrrr, curse this tiny body! "E-eat? What's that?" He said quietly, floating farther into the dark cave. "Oh wait! Is it like this?" He slowly close his hands and starts whispering, before a bright red apple appeared in his small hands. "I learned how to do this awhile back! I never really used it though. Do you want it?" He asked the boy, holding the apple out towards him.

Aaren turned around an sighed in relief "though I was going crazy" he murmured to himself and walked over to the floating older boy looking up at him then smiled rubbing the back of his head his cheeks flushed as he avoided eye contact "eh you can come in I guess to eat with us" he said no really sure how to entertain the floating boy or give him something to do

Alistar just sat there silently for a second. Oh screw It! He thought as he flew down into the cave. "Hello? Is someone in here? I wasn't trying to be rude, I was just trying to find something to do!" Alistar said shyly. The consequences for getting yourself caught you idiot! He quietly cursed at himself for being caught spying.

Aaren looked up hearing another voice frowning confused. He stood excusing himself setting the jar down and walked outside looking around. "Hello?" He called out but seeing no one he turned back going inside the cave sighing shaking his head them smiled "Maybe all that time in the trade went to my head" He joked then then grimaced remembering something

Alistar sighs quietly. He had been hiding himself from the two that he had followed. Hoping that they would provide something interesting to him. "These two are quite boring. Well, besides the dragon part, that's pretty cool. But I wonder what a real dragon would look like, I have never seen one before." He lightly lifted his small figure and floated above. "I shall investigate more until I am fully satisfied!" He said a bit too loudly, causing him to clamp his hands around his mouth to quiet himself.

Aaren stiffly nodded taking the jar "thank you" he said sitting next to her opening the jar then turned back to her "what did you mean by that?" he asked wondering what could have messed her life up, as she put it. He pulled his knee to his chest laying his head on them looking at her popping what was in the jar into his mouth slowly chewing since this is the first time in awhile he is having something to eat. His eye then shown with excitement "Can you also tell me about some of the spells you now?!" he asked

since he did not know how to control fire and hers being blocked she grabbed a stone and took her danger out and struck the two together. the sparks ignited the oil and she stood up. "i did not lean that tell i was 16. just at the moment i have a inhibiter that had basically messed up my life."  

she walked in to the cave and found her food storage and grabbed a few jars and went to the main den. she sat against the wall and held up a jar. "Eat" she said than opened her jar.

Aaren shook his head "that's weird…if I had a brother I would never do that" he then looked at you suprised "really you are a full blooded dragon?! that's amazing the only other dragon i've meet was my mother!" He said sliding his close back of smiling brightly "and thank you I like my wings to" he stated then frowned when your grabbed the neckless. 
He sighed and shook his head "I have been in the trade since I was five if I did I had long forgotten how to" He said and looked at the entrance then at you when your dropped your hood.

"It just was. and the two where rivals." she stopped and looked at him after he said he would show her. She was a bit surprised at how he had hid his wings. it had been a long time since she had seen one of dragon blood and longer since a male one. she slowly reached to fill the wings. Than put her hand back down knowing that would have annoyed her. her face than lost expression as she looked over he scars. "Poor thing i would defiantly say your part dragon. and i like your wings." she again turned and started walking. "I am a full blooded dragon." she said than grabbed the neckless that hung on her throat.

she stopped at the entrance of the cave and dropped her hood. "Can you control flame? or not." she asked. she was a bit older the first time she had done so but still wanted to ask. she had set up oil and sliva in a way that if sparked would light the main tunnel and the main den. she than felt the ground and smiled it was still useable.

He frowned "why was it wrong? he was my master, also why would your masters brother do that?" he stated. then look at you brushing his hair to the side sighing "It's true i'm not and I'll just show you" He stated and took the cloak, and the old shirt off the revel a old to big pair of shorts and he spread his wings out looking to the side bringing his scared arms over his chest to hid the lager ones littering it. "as you can see I'm part dragon…so they say anyway" He said shyly

He then looked back at her "and you are?" he asked curiously

"well your master was wrong to tell you that and it was wrong for him to try to remove them." She said. the memory of her masters dead body still haunted her. "His brother killed him." She stated the truth. it was the simple answer that sighted that she had not wanted to talk of it. soon the entrance to her cave was in site. "your obviously not a full blooded human. if i may ask what are you?" She stated.

if she did not have the stupid neckless her heritage would tell her of his dragon heritage but at the moment she still could not remove it.

"oh..well I think Silvertail suits you" Aaren said looking up at Vinsue. He then brought his hands up to his horns slightly flushed again "Master used to tell me they look like missed placed bone and tried to remove them" He said shivering at the memory. Aaren remembered something "What ever happened to your master?" He asked out of curiosity.  

He then looked forward looking at all the green trees his eyes eyes matching the color, the same eyes that shown wonder seeing all these different animals. Not noticing the hood Vinsue is wearing and not caring that he was with someone that could turn of him in an instant.

"Thats just fine. Silvertail was the last name of my master, I adopted it cause i did not have one like you." She said once he was beside her. "I was around your age when i was set free." She said to finish the history and the few questions that others ask. than changed the subject with the one thing she had noticed. "Also nice horns Aaren." 

She may be in human form but the snow white hair and matching skin made it clear that she in fact was not human.but for now the hood still hid her hair.

Aaren was dumbfounded and his cheeks flushed when she said her reasoning for helping him. He said lightly smiling "I'm Aaren…I…I don't now my last name….I don't remember" He said quietly then looked over at his old master. Aaren nodded agreeing with her about the beast and shivered pulling the cloak closer to his small frame "this is going to be one big storm" He said to no one in particular looking up at the sky . 

He looked back at Vinsue and noticed her walking away. she then turned around looking at him "Coming?" she said and turned away again as she keep walking. Aaren smiled and nodded running to reach her.

the neck of corse it is on the neck. She quickly broke the chain holding the key and than took the key to him. She than inserted the key and turned. the heavy clasp fell off. the boy was cute with his purple hair and shy actions. She smiled at him. "i helped cause i hate chains and those who put others in them." she looked at the corps than back at the boy. "Im Vinsue Silvertail, and i do believe it would be best to seek shelter before the oncoming storm or a beast catches the smell of blood." 

She than turned and started walking. She had a cave nearby and the pressure drop before a storm was present. she than stopped turned and stated "coming?" and turned and kept walking.

Aaren woke to the sound of keys fear spread across his features as he sat up but saw his master dead and turned his head around to see the women that attacked them seeing her looking threw the keys and pointed to his chain "If your looking for the key to this check his neck" he said looking away playing with a strand of his hair with his other hand shyly looking at the grassy green floor

Aaren stood with shaky legs looking at the taller women "what made you decide to help me?" he asked tilting his head to the side his hair falling over his face relieving a small horn growing up and away from his head

Seeing that the man was distracted and basically blinded with anger Vinsue ran at him jumped and sent both her feet into his lower back. once she laded she grabbed the danger and immediately tried to cut his throat. 

She was not going to give him a chance to toss her into another tree. She wiped the blood from her dagger onto his shirt and put it back in her boot before looking over at the boy. she needed to get that chain off of him if she could. she was quick to find the dead mans keys and flipped threw them as she tried a few trying them in the key hole. none worked so she tried them again hoping that she just missed one.

The master had dogged the blade nicking his cheek as he turned to the side to avoid it but  Aaren had used the last of his strength against the spelled chains to redirect the blade, impaling the older males arm. In a fit of confusion and rage the master pulled the blade out and forgot about the threat of the women advancing on the younger boy lifting him by his chains. the man then threw the younger onto the ground knocking him out then proceeded to enhance the spells on the chairs and added a few extra that where sure to hurt. His mind completely clouded giving the women a chance to either run or attack him,

he had to be a spell caster. the tree nocked the breath from her but she was quick to git back on her feet and grab the dagger before hiding. she should have killed when she had the chance. 

she may be magic less but she knew a few tricks. "chains radial, men cry. and scilvertail finds her target. slaves are freed. there masters dead." she had thrown her voice so that it came from a different direction. than threw her danger at his head. she hopped it would hit. the name was hers but she knew it had a power of stoping the fiercest of pirates as she had a reputation. she than bolted to a different tree. her aim was flawless the question was in the mans ability to dauge and block.

if he still stood and faced from her she would charge and do a high kick at his head.

Aaren feel back the hood falling from his pink locks as he stared helplessly as his master was attacked thinking the stranger was after him, but he blinked in surprise when the women did not attack him but instead his master holding the blade to this throat the spells on my chains deactivate with the masters confusion and fear. The master then looked the girl in the eyes whispering the silent spell to push her off of himself. Aaren backed away in fear for what his master might do. The spell said the young women flew into a near by tree the master standing taking out his wand "tell me what do you want?" the older male said preparing to do another spell 

Aaren stands to the side conjuring up his own spell since the chains where useless at the moment but it fizzed out as he feel to the ground couching and pulling at the chain the spells still active to prevent him from using magic

she sat up and quickly looked around after she hard the sounds of a chain. her first thoughts where that she had been tracked and they came to chain her. but that thought faded when she saw two men walking. one was defiantly human the other his captive. 

She may have a curse at the moment but she still had her opinions and some stealth. She had freed so many she knew that one more would not hurt. She climbed to a lower limb and watched tell the leader was under her and dropped onto him. she was quick to recall him to the ground and pull out her dagger.

yes she made the assumption that the one chained was wanting freed but she could have been wrong. 

She held the dagger at his throat ready to slice if he made a wrong move. if she could she would likely just slam her head into his nocking him out and giving her a slight headache for a bit.

Aaren was currently laying on his side curled in a ball the heavy chain around his neck seeming to cut off his oxygen when he sat straight. He heard the loud familiar bang and clatter of keys and looked to the door where his 'master' stood looking into the cage/room. "we are moving" he stated lifting his fingers activation the suppression spell to hold back the young Hafling's magic as the master unlocked the door stepping in and took the chain off the wall dragging the boy until he stood in old dirtied shirt falling to his knees as he walked quietly behind the man. one out of the dungeon the master slide a red cloak over Aaren's head pulling the hood up and walked into the forest near Vinsue the dragon's hiding place

Vinsue was in her human form do to the curse that also took her powers. she was running as fast as she could to get away from her pursuers. but she was not fast enough and the darkness hindered her vision. She tripped over a root and hurried to her feet. her tracks wher deep and easy to follow as she again picked up speed. soon she again tripped over a branch but getting up took longer than she thought it would as her leg now hurt.

She looked back knowing that she could not run. the men quickly circled her. she reached for her dagger and looked at each of them than the leader as she just wanted to be free. "put that down and come peacefully and you will obtain less wombs." the man said then chuckled. "Never." she yelled than sliced at the man. she cault his arm and he looked at it than shook his head. "Guess where doing this the hard way." he said than the others drew their swords.

 she was quick to attack and they were quick to do the same. she managed to cut the one on the arm than on the leg. he fell with a scream and she faced the remaining two. she barely had time to gain her breath before she was sliced at and got a shallow cut on her arm wich she returned on the leader's arm. than sent a kick to his throat. it was an instant blackout. his body fell awkwardly to the ground. she turned to the other just in time to avoid a nasty cut to the neck. she punched at him and missed than did a roundhouse into his head. another black out.

she wiped off her dagger and placed it back in her boot took a few steps one way than slightly changed course and set off at a run. after ten or so minutes she stopped and climbed a tree. half way up she laid in a branch and looked at her arm than held it. it was not deep but it still bleed like it was deep. she put up her brown hood to make her a little less visible. one sleeve had already been cut off a while ago so she ripped the other off and tied it around the womb. than checked her leg. it was scratched up but it would be fine as long as she did not need to run or fight anything else off. She laid back and closed her eyes. She still was breathing hard and needed to rest just she did not fill as safe as she once had.
