Kriv Noxirious

Character Info
Name: Kriv
Age: 33
Alignment: CG
Race: Dragonborn
Gender: Male
Class: Dragonborn Warrior
Silver: 17
Kriv was hired by the local villagers, not the Boharian Horsemen, to take out the bandit threat. Normally the Bohar was the ones looking to hire others to kill bandits but this time there just so happened to be boharians within the bandits ranks. So it was the villagers who hired him. As as he travelled closer and closer to the bandit’s main outpost, the bandits got more and more daring. They tried to ambush him at every possible moment - when he slept, when he ate, when he walked, and even when he was fighting off other bandits. It got annoying quickly, and the leader of the bandits sure did know what he was doing, as Kriv was not always sure what was coming next. One day it would be a pit with sharp branches, the next day it would be gone, only to be replaced with something worse. He would find snares and nets, pits and spikes. But nothing prepared him nor the bandits for the day when one of them decided to steal a bit of Kriv’s food. Kriv’s supply of food had not been large from the start, and with his every move being watched by more eyes than he could see, hunting was hard. Not only were the bandits scaring away his would-be kills, but they also ambushed him once while he was pulling an arrow out of a prairie vole. He had learned to always watch his own back ever since.

So a bandit youth decided to steal his food. Kriv was angered so much that he started to grow. Bigger and bigger he grew. His scales hardened to their real strength, and his size had transcended everything that he had ever expected. He now stood well over 18 feet, with well defined scales and formidable claws and an impressive ‘snout’. The youth did not have enough time to spit out “Dragon?” Before he was squashed underfoot as Kriv gave chase to the remaining bandits. “Rryaahhyyyrrr!!!” the chase was on. It was not far to the outpost, and Kriv could see most of it from even before he had grown.

Only one of the bandits managed to get safely inside of the bandit outpost, but his safety was only for a couple of minutes as he was one of the first bandits to be eradicated from the face of the plains of Bohar by Kriv’s gaping jaw. Down his jaws clamped, on countless bodies and sadly a few innocent horses too.  He pawed his was through the gate and tore the outpost, and it’s villainous occupants, to shreds. No more bandits, no more problems. And with that, He blacked out.

During this black-out he shrunk back to his normal size and all of his normal attributes and traits returned. It would be days before he could do that again, or so he thought within his little blacked-out mind…

He had heard of bandits that had taken up residence in the Plains a while back, but until now hadn't been asked to take care of them. Lokir and his people tended to leave people to their own devices until asked, at which point they would come in and help solve said problems. In this case the bandits had set up a decent camp in the Plains, but had gotten some of their numbers from the local tribes people as well as outsiders. Troubling for Lokir to hear since he knew the tribes were generally close with each other and family oriented, so to have some leave to take up a life of banditry was upsetting.

That being said, Lokir had decided to take this job from the tribes people themselves once they had given up trying to get their people back. But he wanted to keep it on a lower key than normal so that other tribes in the area didn't get too much wind of what was going on, so Lokir had come out here alone.

However as Lokir trekked his way through the Plains to find the camp, not that that was hard, he was finding bodies, a lot of them, and they were bandits. Seemed that someone may have been doing his job for him, interesting. His mind went to the village not too far off, perhaps they had had enough waiting and had taken matters into their own hands. But the trail that was left wasn't that of humans attacking people, and the wounds looked like they came from a beast of some kind, a large one at that. ”Interesting.” Lokir spoke aloud as he examined a body or two and continued on. He was wearing full armour with his bastard sword at his side, his armour wasn't normal black and white armour. No, he was incognito today, at least for now, hiding the powerful aura that he gave off as a God while wearing plain steel armour and a helm to cover his face.

But as Lokir came upon the camp itself, it was clear that the bandits had been taken care of. Walking the grounds Lokir kept his eyes open but he saw nothing alive, but he did sense something close by. He followed that sense until he came across a curious sight on the ground. ”Well, what do we have here?” Lokir questioned aloud as he came up to the creature on the ground, it was alive, but unconscious.

It looked like a dragon of some kind, but on two legs instead, Lokir knew of another dragon that was similar but they were still very different, so they weren't the same breed of dragon then. He must have been the one who had destroyed the camp and slaughtered the bandits, but the level of carnage done didn't seem to fit the dragon kin's size. Maybe he had another form then?

Grinning under the helm Lokir squatted down and gently prodded the dragon kin's chest. ”Hey, wakey wakey, friend. Can you hear me?” Lokir asked and waited to see what the dragon would do.
