A sigh escaped Eden's lips as the two rifts in space opened up once more. The jackal was quick to step through, the the wolf paused before his, before looking up at Eden. "Are you sure its alright to let her be?" he questioned Eden. However, her response was much simpler than he seem to have expected as she pulled the metal weapon back of the earth and resting it upon her shoulder once more.

"She wanted the disks, not me. If that case, then let her enjoy.. greed?" That was the word for it, right? The want for things being greed? "If life not risk, then no waste energy." Besides, she still wanted to head back to the stream and refresh herself. At least wash the dirt from her face. Satisfied with the answer, the wolf headed back through his gate before the two closed, leaving reality back to its normal state.

All that was left to do now was to find that stream, thus her steps through the woods kept on her way.

She sneered. "That's all? Oh well. Can't complain. At least you have something and this wasn't a complete waste of my time." She swiped the coins quickly, counted them and placed them in her satchel bag. She picked up the knife and cleaned the blood from it, before placing it back into her cloak. She turned, and began walking out of the forest. She threw them onto the ground like they were pieces of junk. I wonder what her deal is.

It seemed to have not taken long for her to step out of her shadows. Then again, with three entities hunting her down, it would have been inevitable for them to seek her out. Even if she tried to silence one of her companions, the yelp would have told the others where she hid. And yet still, she had the gall to try and be intimidating. At the very least, though, it seemed this girl was unfamiliar with Eden and her history, so all she sought for was her crescents, not her being. Honestly, it was a bit relieving.

Lifting the weapon off her shoulder, she crushed the tip into the ground, the weight of it alone able to break the ground beneath her and stand on end. Then again, upon a closer inspection, it was clear that it was hard to really call her weapon a sword, but more of a metal club thicker than her arm that boasted the length of a bastard sword. The actual blade itself was dull, but the mass and weight behind the swings would still be enough to cleave a tree in two.

Digging her hand into the inner portion of the loose kimono top, Eden dug out all she could before throwing it on the ground between them along with the dagger from before. It was only about fifteen coins, but they were still tossed away hazardously, as if they really had no value to her. She wanted these disks, so be it. As long as she was not trying to rechain her up in the slave market, none of it really mattered.

Of course, if she thought that Eden was holding back, then things would easily get more messy. As if that weapon is threatening…

Niraalin stepped out of the bushes, smiling, with her scythe in hand. It dragged on the ground, the paint on the blade, scuffed and cracked. "Give me all the money you have and I'll let you go free." She smirked, and swung the scythe. Her hand gripped the top part of the handle and her nails scratched against the metal blade. So long as she doesn't draw her sword I should be fine. She thought.

The spark of ill intent. It spiked the air before the whirl of a knife filled the air from behind her. Turning around, the small blade pierced into the arm of the Tigerkin, causing her to gruff in pain. However, as soon as the sudden pain washed away, her eyes gleamed sharp, piercing the dark woodlands that surrounded her. The mysterious scent was after her, for whatever reason. Was it another slaver trying to "put her back in her place?" She would not be too surprised if that was the case. As she watched the direction the blade came from, ears pointed forward to catch any sound of movement, a breath was quickly inhaled as her fingers moved up to the latch of the steel collar.

Clack! With a swift motion, the binding of the collar was loosened, causing half of the metal to drop down at the hinge, catching upon the latch's grip, before Eden suddenly set out a roar, her voice vibrating the woods as her ferocity bounced off the trees. The air was now restless as she snapped it back closed, and in mere moments, it seemed as if the fabric of reality warped near her: passageways to other parts of the world opening up before her as a wolf and a jackal walked through, the gates closing behind them.

"Got pursuer," Eden stated, though her lips not moving an inch, and no real sound escaped her body aside form the small grunt of pulling the dagger out of her shoulder. She lowered it down to let the pair give it a good sniff, catching the scent of the owner. "Bring out." The two animals, both with scent in nose, went to hunt down the owner of the scent while Eden kept her eyes and ears on any unusual movement. Whoever wanted to hunt seemed to have made the wrong gamble…

Niraalin smiled underneath the shadows of the forest. Her legs were wrapped around the branch and she was hanging upside down. She released the crumbling bark and landed on the ground with barely more than a rustle. Her feet slipped past the underbrush quickly and quietly, and she stopped just in time to see her sword as the woman in front of her turned and sniffed around. She cursed and prayed to the gods, that she would startle the young woman enough to make her drop it. She pulled out a knife and threw it at the woman, hopefully scaring her.

She could feel the roots beneath her feet as she walked between the trees of the Laeto woods, a place she had found many comforts as of late. With so much time here, the scent of the land had been really familiar and comforting. The chirping of birds melded with the landscape in a simple manner while the trots of more dangerous animals echoed lightly. It was lively, yet at the same time peaceful. The only things that really ruined this immersion was the small rattle of chain links from the thick, metal collar around her neck and the clang against the thick metal sword that she rested upon her shoulder. Elements she wish she did not have to deal with, but drew accustomed to them a she survived her free life.

Suddenly, her pacing stopped as he held up her head, ears moving to try to catch the sound of rushing water and her nose aiming for its mist. A bath would certainly do nicely right about now, as it had been many suns since her last. Drinking wells were also very peaceful. Almost unnaturally so, as she would often see prey and predator drinking together as if there was no feud between the two.

However, as she sniffed, there was a new scent mixed in with them. One she could not exactly pinpoint. While it stood out as a bit strange, it was not something she would really turn alert to. After all, while the scent was new, she could not really feel any kind of malice in the air. Not only that, but her ears flicked towards the sound of a stream nearby, causing her tail to sway side to side. It was probably not big enough to get cleaned up in, but at least enough fora  quick drink. With the goal in mind, her pace turned more east and kept going at the same, casual pace.

Niraalin sat in the trees smiling, waiting for someone to walk underneath the branch she sat upon. She may have been a noble but she could always use some extra coins ever since her parents cut her off. Her gloves were on tight and her hooded cloak was shadowing her face, so she wouldn't be recognized If one of them went to the authorities. She had changed from her skirt to pants and she had bandaged her chest so she would look like a male from far away. She snickered softly and waited.
